बीकानेर, @MaruSangram।  शहर में यात्रियों के लिए बसें रुकने हेतु बस स्टॉप निर्धारित किए जाएंगे, इन निर्धारित किए गए बस स्टॉपेज से ही सवारियां उतारी और चढ़ाई जाएंगी।

जिला कलेक्टर भगवती प्रसाद कलाल ने सड़क सुरक्षा समिति की शुक्रवार को कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में आयोजित बैठक में यह जानकारी दी।

जिला कलेक्टर ने इसकी अनुपालना करवाने के संबंधित अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए।

उन्होंने कहा कि निर्धारित बस स्टॉपेज का निर्धारण शीघ्र ही कर दिया जाएगा। इन निर्धारित किए गए स्थानों के अतिरिक्त किसी भी स्थान पर बसें नहीं रुकेंगी। समिति द्वारा सुझाए गए बस स्टॉपेज के नामों को शीघ्र ही फाइनल कर दिया जाएगा।

जिला कलेक्टर ने कहा कि सभी बस ऑपरेटर अपनी बसों का ठहराव  करने के लिए बाड़े बनाएं। किसी भी सार्वजनिक स्थान या मुख्य मार्ग के किनारे बसों का ठहराव नहीं होना चाहिए।

यदि इन स्थानों पर बसों का ठहराव पाया जाता है तो संबंधित ऑपरेटर के विरुद्ध नियमानुसार सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी। जिला कलेक्टर ने इस संबंध में ट्रैफिक पुलिस और परिवहन विभाग को सख्त कार्रवाई अमल में लाने के निर्देश दिए।

जिला कलेक्टर ने कहा कि सभी बस मालिकों के साथ इस संबंध में बैठक कर स्पष्ट रूप से निर्देश दिए जाएं।

उन्होंने बताया कि बस स्टॉपेज पर रुकने का समय भी निर्धारित किया जाएगा। इन स्थानों पर वीडियो रिकॉर्डिंग की जाएगी ताकि यदि बसें अधिक देर तक यहां खड़ी मिली तो उन संबंधित  के विरुद्ध कार्रवाई की जा सके।

जिला कलेक्टर ने कहा कि शहर में सुगम और सुचारू रूप से ट्रैफिक रहे इसके लिए निजी बस ऑपरेटरों को भी सहयोग करने की आवश्यकता है।

भीमसेन सर्किल से पूगल फांटा तक आदर्श सड़क के रूप में विकसित किए जाने के निर्देश देते हुए जिला कलेक्टर भगवती प्रसाद ने कहा कि इस रोड पर आइडियल ट्रैफिक  मैनेजमेंट के अनुसार ट्रैफिक व्यवस्थाएं की जाए और इसे आदर्श रूप में विकसित करें।

जिला कलेक्टर ने जैसलमेर मार्ग की सर्विस लाइन से में ट्रैकों के ठहराव न होने के भी निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि इन एंट्री प्वाइंट्स पर हाइट बैरियर्स लगाए जाएंगे। यदि इस सर्विस लेन में ट्रकों का ठहराव पाया जाता है तो भी कार्रवाई होगी ।

उन्होंने कहा कि सभी ट्रांसपोर्ट और ट्रक मालिक अपने वाहन तुरंत प्रभाव से ट्रांसपोर्ट नगर में शिफ्ट करवाएं।

बैठक में यातायात प्रबंधन के विभिन्न बिंदुओं पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई। इस अवसर पर सार्वजनिक निर्माण विभाग अधीक्षण अभियंता मुकेश गुप्ता, जिला परिवहन अधिकारी भारती नैथानी, अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक यातायात अनिल कुमार, सीएमएचओ डॉ मोहम्मद अबरार पंवार सहित अन्य अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Bus stops will be designated for the passengers in the city, passengers will be disembarked and boarded from these designated bus stops only.

District Collector Bhagwati Prasad Kalal gave this information in the meeting of the Road Safety Committee held in the Collectorate Auditorium on Friday.

The District Collector gave clear instructions to the concerned officers to ensure its compliance.

He said that the scheduled bus stoppages would be decided soon. Buses will not stop at any place other than these designated places. The names of bus stops suggested by the committee will be finalized soon.

The District Collector said that all bus operators should build enclosures to stop their buses. Buses should not stop at any public place or along the main road.

If buses are found stopping at these places, then strict action will be taken against the concerned operator as per rules. The District Collector instructed the Traffic Police and Transport Department to take strict action in this regard.

The District Collector said that clear instructions should be given in this regard by holding a meeting with all the bus owners.

He informed that the stopping time at the bus stop will also be fixed. Video recording will be done at these places so that if buses are found parked here for a long time, action can be taken against those concerned.

The District Collector said that there is a need to cooperate with private bus operators to ensure smooth and smooth traffic in the city.

Giving instructions to develop Bhimsen Circle to Pugal Phanta as an ideal road, District Collector Bhagwati Prasad said that traffic arrangements should be made on this road as per ideal traffic management and it should be developed in an ideal form.

The District Collector also directed that there should be no stoppage of tracks on the service line of Jaisalmer route. He said that height barriers will be installed at these entry points. If trucks are found stopping in this service lane, action will also be taken.

He said that all transport and truck owners should get their vehicles shifted to Transport Nagar with immediate effect.

Various points of traffic management were discussed in detail in the meeting. On this occasion, Public Works Department Superintending Engineer Mukesh Gupta, District Transport Officer Bharti Naithani, Additional Superintendent of Police Traffic Anil Kumar, CMHO Dr Mohammad Abrar Panwar and other officers were present.
