बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। शुद्ध के लिए युद्ध अभियान के अंतर्गत बुधवार को खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारियों के दल ने कमला कॉलोनी स्थित एक कोल्ड स्टोरेज का निरीक्षण कर 260 किलो फफूंद लगा मावा नष्ट करवाया।
मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ मोहम्मद अबरार पंवार ने बताया कि कमला कॉलोनी स्थित सनो कोल्ड स्टोर में निरीक्षण के दौरान 13 जंग लगे पीपे मिले। इनमें प्रति पीपा 20 किलो के हिसाब से कुल 260 किलो ग्राम सड़ा हुआ मावा मिला जिसमें फफूंद लगी थी और दुर्गंध भी आ रही थी।
लगभग तीन माह पुराने बताए जा रहे स्टॉक पर कोई तारीख अंकित नहीं थी। इसे जनहित में मौके पर ही नष्ट करवा दिया गया।
निरीक्षण दल में खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी भानु प्रताप सिंह गहलोत, श्रवण वर्मा, सुरेंद्र कुमार व राकेश गोदारा शामिल रहे।

War for purity: 260 kg rotten mawa found in cold store, destroyed
Bikaner, @MaruSangram. On Wednesday, a team of food safety officers destroyed 260 kg of moldy mawa by inspecting a cold storage located at Kamla Colony under the war campaign for pure.
Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Mohammad Abrar Panwar said that during inspection, 13 rusty barrels were found in Sano Cold Store located in Kamla Colony. In these, a total of 260 kg of rotten mawa was found at the rate of 20 kg per barrel, which was moldy and also had a foul smell.
There was no date marked on the stock said to be about three months old. It was destroyed on the spot in public interest.
Food safety officers Bhanu Pratap Singh Gehlot, Shravan Verma, Surendra Kumar and Rakesh Godara were included in the inspection team.
