बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। बीकानेर थियेटर यूनिट के तत्वावधान मे गांधी पार्क मे बीकानेर के रंगकर्मियों की एक बैठक का आयोजन किया गया जिसमे ऐतिहासिक टाऊन हॉल व रवीन्द्र रंगमंच की बदहाली व अव्यवस्थाओं पर विस्तार से चर्चा हुई।
वरिष्ठ रंगकर्मी रमेश शर्मा व दिलिप सिंह भाटी के संयोजकिय दायित्व में आयोजित इस बैठक मे टाऊन हॉल की बदहाली को लेकर के विस्तार से बिन्दुवार चर्चा हुई जिसमे बताया गया की” बीकानेर की ऐतिहासिक धरोहरों मे शामिल” टाऊन हॉल” का निर्माण बीकानेर की सांस्कृतिक परंपरा में शामिल”, लोकनाटक, संगीत, नृत्य एवं अन्य प्रदर्शनकारी कलाओं के प्रस्तुतिकरण केन्द्र के रूप में इसकी स्थापना की गई।
इसी स्थान पर वर्षो से बीकानेर की सांस्कृतिक प्रस्तुतियां निरंतर रूप से जारी है।
उत्तर भारत की ” छोटी काशी” कहे जाने वाला बीकानेर साहित्य, सस्कृति व नाट्य कलाओं मे पूरे भारत वर्ष मे अपना महत्वपूर्ण स्थान रखता है व नाट्य कला के क्षेत्र मे बीकानेर को ‘रंगमंच की राजधानी ” कहा जाने लगा। यहां की विभिन्न सांस्कृतिक दल व नाट्य संस्थाए निरन्तर रूप से अपनी कलाओं प्रदर्शन पर नियमित रूप करता आ रहा है।
किसी भी प्रस्तुति को बेहतरीन रूप से प्रस्तुत करने के लिए आधुनिक संसाधनों की आवश्यकताए रहती है लेकिन लम्बे समय से टाऊन हॉल व रविन्द्र रंगमंच मे तकनीकी व मूलभूत आवश्यक सुविधाएँ बीकानेर रंगकर्मीयों व अन्यकलाकारो को इन स्थानो पर नही मिल रही है।
बीकानेर के ऐतिहासिक हॉल की स्थिति वाकई दयनिय है तथा साथ ही रवीन्द्र रंगमच मे तकनीकी रूप से आवश्यक लाईट, साऊण्ड, मुख्य मंच व अन्य सुविधाए मुहैया नही हो रही है जिसके चलते नाटक अन्य कलाओं के प्रदर्शन मे असुविधा होती है।
इन समस्त असुविधाओं के शीघ्र निस्तारण करवाने हेतु बार-बार लिखित दस्तावेज के रूप – बीकानेर के संभागिय आयुक्त, जिला कलक्टर व यु.आई.टी सचिव, बीकानेर को भी अवगत करवाया गया, लेकिन अभी तक इन विभागो की तरफ किसी भी प्रकार की कार्यवाही नही की गई है।
इस बैठक मे उपस्थित समस्त रंगकर्मियों ने निर्णय लिया पुनः एक बार फिर से उक्त विभागों के प्रशासनिक अधिकारियो से मिलकर इन समस्याओं के निवारण हेतु बातचीत की जाएगी।
बैठक में रोहित बोड़ा, भरत राजपुरोहित, मीनू गौड़, सुरेश आचार्य, प्रहलाद सिंह, गीतिका वालिया, शशांक रामानन्द, रजनी सारस्वत, जयदीप उपाध्याय, पृथ्वी सिंह, अनिल बांधडा, पृथ्वी सिंह राठौड़ पंकज व्यास आदि मौजूद रहे।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Under the auspices of Bikaner Theater Unit, a meeting of theater workers of Bikaner was organized at Gandhi Park, in which the plight and disorder of the historic Town Hall and Rabindra Theater was discussed in detail.
In this meeting, organized under the co-ordinating responsibility of senior artists Ramesh Sharma and Dilip Singh Bhati, there was a point-by-point discussion about the plight of the Town Hall, in which it was told that the construction of the “Town Hall” included in the historical heritage of Bikaner is in the cultural tradition of Bikaner. Shamil”, it was established as a presentation center for folk drama, music, dance and other performing arts.
Bikaner’s cultural presentations continue continuously for years at this place.
Bikaner, which is called “Little Kashi” of North India, holds its important place in literature, culture and theatrical arts throughout India and in the field of theatrical art, Bikaner came to be known as the “Capital of Theater”. Theatrical institutions have been continuously doing regular work on performing their arts.
Modern resources are needed to present any presentation in the best possible way, but for a long time technical and basic necessary facilities in Town Hall and Ravindra Theater are not available to Bikaner painters and other artistes at these places.
The condition of Bikaner’s historical hall is really pathetic and at the same time technically necessary light, sound, main stage and other facilities are not being provided in Rabindra Theater due to which there is inconvenience in the performance of drama and other arts.
For quick disposal of all these inconveniences, the Divisional Commissioner of Bikaner, District Collector and U.I.T. Secretary, Bikaner were also informed repeatedly in the form of written documents, but till now no action has been taken by these departments. Has not been done.
