चार महीने की समस्या का महापौर ने किया 2 घंटे में समाधान
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। मॉर्डन मार्केट बोथरा कॉम्प्लेक्स के सामने रेलवे स्टेशन को जाने वाली रोड पर बना एक क्रॉस आमजन के लिए पिछले 4/5 माह से भारी समस्या का सबब बना हुआ था। क्रॉस पर लगे फेरोकवर टूट जाने से एकतरफा मार्ग भी बंद हो गया और नाला सफाई न होने के कारण पूरा कीचड़ सड़कों पर पसर रहा था।
आज महापौर सुशीला कंवर निगम अभियंताओं, स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी और अतिक्रमण दल सहित पूरे प्रशासनिक अमले के साथ मौके पर पहुंची।
महापौर ने तत्काल स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी को निर्देशित कर 2 वार्डों की सफाईकर्मियों के दल को लगवाकर नाला सफाई मौके पर ही शुरू करवा दी।
इस दौरान महापौर निगम के अधीक्षण अभियंता ललित ओझा और अधिशाषी अभियंता संजय ठोलिया के साथ बोथरा कॉम्प्लेक्स के सामने अव्यवस्थित टैक्सी स्टैंड एवं निगम के ओपन कलेक्शन पॉइंट पर पहुंची।
महापौर ने तुरंत राजीव गांधी सर्किल तथा सड़क के बीच खाली जगह में रोड लेवल के ब्लॉक लगाने के निर्देश दिए साथ ही स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी को ओपन पॉइंट हटाकर दो डस्टबिन रखवाने के निर्देश दिए। महापौर ने मौके से ही पुलिस अधीक्षक तेजस्वानी गौतम से बात कर मॉर्डन मार्केट में टैक्सियों एवं वाहनों को व्यवस्थित पार्किंग एवं सुगम संचालन के लिए स्थाई ट्रैफिक पुलिस की व्यवस्था हेतु कहा।
स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी के निर्देशन में निगम के संसाधन मंगवाकर नाला सफाई का कार्य प्रारंभ कर दिया । महापौर इस पूरी कार्यवाही के दौरान लगभग 2 घंटे मौके पर ही मौजूद रही।
महापौर ने बताया की इस टूटे हुए क्रॉस से कई दुर्घटनाओं के बारे में ज्ञात होने पर आज खुद मौके पर निरीक्षण किया। अपने साथ निर्माण, स्वास्थ्य शाखा और अतिक्रमण दल को लेकर आई हूं ताकि मौके पर ही समस्या का समाधान हो सके।
महापौर ने मौके से निर्देशित कर वर्तमान में बने हुए क्रॉस की जगह सीधा क्रॉस बनाते हुए वर्तमान नाले को इमरजेंसी के समय डाइवर्जन के रूप में इस्तेमाल करने हेतु सुरक्षित रखने को कहा। नगर निगम द्वारा कल सुबह से ही क्रॉस एवं ब्लॉक कार्य शुरु किया जाएगा।
महापौर ने सख्ती से अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया की वे कल फिर से मौके पर आएंगी।
इस दौरान बड़ी संख्या में व्यापारियों एवं आमजन ने महापौर का आभार व्यक्त किया। इस दौरान नगर निगम अधीक्षण अभियंता ललित ओझा, संजय ठोलिया, स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी मुकेश पंवार, अतिक्रमण दल, श्याम मोदी सहित बड़ी संख्या में व्यापारी एवं आमजन मौजूद रहे।

The mayor solved the problem of four months in 2 hours
Bikaner, @MaruSangram. A cross built on the road leading to the railway station in front of Modern Market Bothra Complex was causing a huge problem for the common man for the last 4/5 months. The one-way road was also closed due to breaking of the ferrocover on the cross and due to non-cleaning of the drain, the entire mud was spreading on the roads.
Today Mayor Sushila Kanwar Nigam reached the spot along with the entire administrative staff including engineers, health officer and encroachment team.
The mayor immediately directed the health officer to engage a team of cleaners of two wards and started cleaning the drains on the spot.
During this, the mayor along with corporation’s superintending engineer Lalit Ojha and executive engineer Sanjay Tholia reached the disorganized taxi stand in front of Bothra Complex and the corporation’s open collection point.
The Mayor immediately instructed to install road level blocks in the empty space between Rajiv Gandhi Circle and the road, as well as instructed the health officer to remove the open point and place two dustbins. On the spot, the Mayor spoke to Superintendent of Police Tejaswani Gautam and asked for arrangement of permanent traffic police for systematic parking and smooth operation of taxis and vehicles in Modern Market.
Under the direction of the health officer, the work of cleaning the drain was started by calling the resources of the corporation. The mayor was present on the spot for about 2 hours during the whole process.
