बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के प्रस्तावित बीकानेर दौरे को लेकर मुख्यमंत्री श्री अशोक गहलोत के विशेषाधिकारी लोकेश शर्मा ने सवाल खड़े किए हैं।

लोकेश शर्मा ने बयान जारी कर कहा कि इससे पहले जब भी प्रधानमंत्री प्रदेश दौरे पर आए, तो उन्होंने अपने विपक्षी दलों को घेरने का काम तो किया, लेकिन केंद्र सरकार की ओर से राजस्थान की जनता की मूलभूत आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करने के लिए कोई सोच नहीं रखी।

लोकेश शर्मा ने क्रमवार प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के राजस्थान दौरों को लेकर सवाल खड़े किए। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री मोदी पिछले साल 30 सितंबर 2022 को आबूरोड और सिरोही जिले के दौरे पर आए थे।

प्रधानमंत्री के इस दौरे से प्रदेशवासियों को काफी उम्मीदें थीं, लेकिन प्रधानमंत्री ने ऐसा कोई ऐलान नहीं किया। इसके बाद करीब 1 महीने बाद ही प्रधानमंत्री मोदी 1 नवंबर को बांसवाड़ा जिले के मानगढ़ धाम पर एक जनसभा को संबोधित करने आए थे। बांसवाड़ा और वागड़ के आदिवासियों को भी पीएम मोदी से सौगात की उम्मीद थी, लेकिन मानगढ़ धाम को राष्ट्रीय स्मारक का दर्जा दिलाने की तमाम उम्मीदों पर पीएम मोदी ने पानी फेर दिया।

मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत के विशेषाधिकारी लोकेश शर्मा ने कहा कि 28 जनवरी 2023 को प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी भीलवाड़ा जिले में गुर्जरों के आराध्य देव भगवान देवनारायण की जयंती पर जनसभा को संबोधित करने पहुंचे।

लेकिन न प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने मंदिर के विकास के लिए ही कोई घोषणा की और न ही यूपीए सरकार के समय भीलवाड़ा में शिलान्यास की गई मेमू कोच फैक्ट्री को फिर से शुरू करने का ऐलान किया। 12 फरवरी 2023 को प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के दौसा दौरे से भी जनता को निराशा हाथ लगी। 12 अप्रैल को राजस्थान को पहली वंदे भारत ट्रेन की सौगात प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने वर्चुअल माध्यम से दी।

इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने अपने संबोधन में रेल मंत्रालय से जुड़ी कई परियोजनाओं को शुरू करने का आग्रह किया, लेकिन प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने इस पर भी कुछ नहीं कहा। यही नहीं इसके बाद 10 मई को प्रधानमंत्री नाथद्वारा और आबूरोड़ और अजमेर में बड़ी जनसभाएं करने आए। यहां भी प्रधानमंत्री ने पूर्वी राजस्थान के 13 जिलों की पेयजल और सिंचाई आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करने वाली ईआरसीपी को लेकर कोई घोषणा नहीं की।

लोकेश शर्मा ने कहा कि पीएम मोदी जब भी प्रदेश दौरे पर आए, जनता को झूठे ख्वाब दिखाने और विपक्ष को घेरने के अलावा कुछ नहीं किया। इसलिए पीएम मोदी का बीकानेर दौरा भी ऊंची दुकान फीके पकवान जैसा ही रहने वाला है। राजस्थान में साढ़े 4 साल बाद भी सरकार के खिलाफ कोई भी एंटी-इनकम्बेंसी नहीं है।

राजस्थान सरकार की जनकल्याणकारी नीतियों और ओपीएस, चिरंजीवी योजना, महंगाई राहत शिविर, किसान ऋणमाफी जैसी लोककल्याणकारी योजनाओं के चलते भाजपा का केंद्रीय नेतृत्व पूरी तरह घबरा गया है।

शर्मा ने कहा कि इस दौरे के दौरान पीएम मोदी जनता को भ्रमित करने और सियासी उद्देश्यों को हासिल करने के लिए जनता से झूठे वादे करने का काम तो करेंगे, लेकिन पीएम मोदी के इस दौरे से जनता की उम्मीदें पूरी होंगी, इसकी संभावना नहीं के बराबर हैं।
