प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के 8 जुलाई को प्रस्तावित दौरे की तैयारियों की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की 8 जुलाई की प्रस्तावित यात्रा के मद्देनजर तैयारी बैठक मंगलवार को हुई।
कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में आयोजित बैठक में संभागीय आयुक्त डॉ. नीरज के. पवन, जिला कलेक्टर भगवती प्रसाद कलाल तथा पुलिस अधीक्षक तेजस्विनी गौतम ने अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए।
बैठक के दौरान सभा स्थल पर प्रवेश, निकास, बैठक, सुरक्षा, पेयजल, पास जारी करने, वाहन, सहित विभिन्न तैयारियों की तैयारियों की समीक्षा की गई।
संभागीय आयुक्त ने सभी अधिकारियों को पूर्ण गंभीरता और आपसी समन्वय से कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि सभी अधिकारी जिम्मेदारी समझते हुए समयबद्ध कार्य करें। किसी प्रकार की समस्या होने पर तत्काल उच्च अधिकारियों से संपर्क किया जाए।
जिला कलेक्टर ने कहा कि सभी विभागों के वरिष्ठतम अधिकारी तैयारियों की नियमित समीक्षा करें। इसमें किसी प्रकार की लापरवाही सहन नहीं की जाएगी।
बैठक के दौरान वीवीआईपी और वीआईपी ठहराव, मेडिकल टीमों के गठन सहित प्रत्येक व्यवस्था की समीक्षा की गई।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. The preparatory meeting for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s proposed visit on July 8 was held on Tuesday.
In the meeting held at Collectorate Auditorium, Divisional Commissioner Dr. Neeraj K. Pawan, District Collector Bhagwati Prasad Kalal and Superintendent of Police Tejaswini Gautam gave necessary guidelines to the officers.
During the meeting, preparations for various preparations, including entry, exit, meeting, security, drinking water, pass issuance, vehicles, were reviewed at the venue.
The Divisional Commissioner instructed all the officers to work with full seriousness and mutual coordination. He said that all officers should work in a time bound manner considering their responsibility. In case of any problem, the higher authorities should be contacted immediately.
The District Collector said that the senior most officers of all the departments should regularly review the preparations. No kind of negligence will be tolerated in this.
Every arrangement including VVIP and VIP stay, formation of medical teams were reviewed during the meeting.
