जयपुर, @MaruSangram। मुख्यमंत्री चिरंजीवी स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना के तहत प्रदेश के बाहर किसी भी अस्पताल में निःशुल्क अंग प्रत्यारोपण कराया जा सकेगा। मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने इस संबंध में गाइडलाइन को स्वीकृति दी हैै।

गाइडलाइन के अनुसार प्रदेश के बाहर अंग प्रत्यारोपण एवं कॉक्लियर इम्प्लांट के लिए पुर्नभरण किया जाएगा। अंग प्रत्यारोपण की अनुशंसा सरकारी चिकित्सा महाविद्यालयों में गठित ट्रांसप्लांट इवेल्यूएशन कमेटी करेगी।

अनुशंसा जारी किए जाने के बाद अंग प्रत्यारोपण के पैकेज का लाभ मरीज को प्रदेश के बाहर मिल सकेगा।

इसमें मरीज एवं एक सहायक को राज्य से बाहर उपचार हेतु आने-जाने के लिए 1 लाख रुपए तक की हवाई यात्रा के व्यय का पुर्नभरण भी होगा। इसके अतिरिक्त सक्षम स्तर की अनुमति से विशेष परिस्थितियों में पैकेज सीमा की 50 प्रतिशत तक की अग्रिम राशि भी मरीज को मिल सकेगी।

वर्तमान में योजना के तहत प्रदेश के एमपेनल्ड अस्पतालों में अंग प्रत्यारोपण के 37 पैकेज तथा कॉकलियर इम्प्लांट के लिए 5 अतिरिक्त पैकेज लागू हैं।

गौरतलब है कि मुख्यमंत्री गहलोत की ओर से वर्ष 2023-24 के बजट में इस संबंध में घोषणा की गई थी।

Jaipur, @MaruSangram. Under the Chief Minister Chiranjeevi Health Insurance Scheme, free organ transplant can be done in any hospital outside the state. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has approved the guideline in this regard.

According to the guideline, reimbursement will be done for organ transplant and cochlear implant outside the state. Organ transplant will be recommended by the Transplant Evaluation Committee constituted in government medical colleges.

After the recommendation is issued, the patient will be able to get the benefit of organ transplant package outside the state.

In this, the air travel expenses of up to Rs 1 lakh will be reimbursed to the patient and one attendant for treatment outside the state. Apart from this, with the permission of the competent level, under special circumstances, the advance amount of up to 50 percent of the package limit will also be available to the patient.

At present, 37 packages for organ transplant and 5 additional packages for cochlear implant are implemented in empaneled hospitals of the state under the scheme.

It is noteworthy that an announcement in this regard was made by Chief Minister Gehlot in the budget for the year 2023-24.
