बिना अनुमति मुख्यालय छोड़ने पर 3 कार्मिकों के विरुद्ध कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। बिपरजॉय तूफान को मध्यनजर रखते हुए चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य विभाग जिले में नियुक्त कार्मिकों को बिना अनुमति मुख्यालय नहीं छोड़ने के लिए निर्देशित किया गया था। इन आदेशों की अवहेलना पाए जाने पर तीन कार्मिकों के विरुद्ध कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी किए गए हैं।
मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ. मोहम्मद अबरार पंवार ने बताया कि जिला कलेक्टर के निर्देशों की अनुपालना में सभी विभागीय कार्मिकों को अपने मुख्यालय पर रहने के निर्देश दिए थे, लेकिन शनिवार को केसरदेसर जाटान से कार्मिकों के अनुपस्थित होने की शिकायत मिली।
क्रॉस वेरिफिकेशन करवाने पर यह जानकारी सही पाई गई। इसके अनुसार प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र केसरदेसर जाटान की चिकित्सा अधिकारी प्रिया चौधरी, सुपरवाइजर अरुण बिस्सा और लैब टेक्नीशियन शिवानी खत्री बिना सक्षम अनुमति के मुख्यालय पर नहीं पाए गए।
इसे गंभीरता से लेते हुए मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी ने तीनों कार्मिकों के विरुद्ध कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी करते हुए 3 दिन में स्पष्टीकरण मांगा है।
उन्होंने बताया कि रविवार को भी बिना अनुमति के कोई मुख्यालय नहीं छोड़ेगा। यदि कोई अनुपस्थित पाया गया तो उनके खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई अम्ल में लाई जाएगी।

Show cause notice issued against 3 personnel for leaving the headquarters without permission
Bikaner, @MaruSangram. In view of Biparjoy storm, the medical and health department personnel appointed in the district were directed not to leave the headquarters without permission. Show cause notices have been issued against three personnel for disobeying these orders.
Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Mohammad Abrar Panwar said that in compliance with the instructions of the District Collector, all the departmental personnel were instructed to stay at their headquarters, but on Saturday a complaint was received from Kesardesar Jatan about the absence of the personnel.
This information was found to be correct after cross verification. According to this, Medical Officer Priya Chaudhary, Supervisor Arun Bissa and Lab Technician Shivani Khatri of Primary Health Center Kesardesar Jatan were not found at the headquarters without competent permission.
Taking this seriously, the Chief Medical and Health Officer issued a show cause notice against the three personnel and sought an explanation within three days.
He said that even on Sunday no one would leave the headquarters without permission. If anyone is found absent then strict action will be taken against them.
