राजस्थान के हनुमानगढ़ में क्रैश हुआ मिग 21 विमान
हनुमानगढ़/बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। राजस्थान के हनुमानगढ़ में सोमवार सुबह बड़ा हादसा हो गया। यहां एयरफोर्स का MiG-21 विमान क्रैश होकर रिहायशी इलाके में गिरा।
इस हादसे में तीन महिलाओं की मौत हो गई हालांकि, दोनों पायलट खुद को इजेक्ट करने में सफल रहे।
हनुमानगढ़ SP सुधीर चौधरी ने बताया कि विमान ने सूरतगढ़ से उड़ान भरी थी। यह बहलोलनगर में क्रैश हो गया। विमान दुर्घटनाग्रस्त होकर एक घर पर गिरा। हादसे में 3 लोगों की मौत हो गई। पीलीबंगा थाना क्षेत्र के बहलोलनगर वार्ड नंबर तीन स्थित रतन सिंह उर्फ रतिराम पुत्र नाजर सिंह रायसिख के मकान की छत्त पर अचानक मिग गिर गया।
सूचना के अनुसार दुर्घटना में 45 वर्षीय बंशी कौर पत्नी रतिराम, 60 वर्षीय बंतो पत्नी लालसिंह रायसिख व 55 वर्षीय लीला देवी पत्नी रामप्रताप ब्राह्मण की मौत हो गई। वहीं 18 वर्षीय सरोज पुत्री रतन सिंह, 19 वर्षीय विमला पुत्री रतन सिंह व 32 वर्षीय वीरपाल कौर पुत्र नरेंद्र उर्फ बिट्टू रायसिख घायल है। इनको पीबीएम रैफर कर दिया गया है। मृतकों में केवल लीला देवी वार्ड नंबर दो की रहने वाली थी।
मिग21 का पायलट राहुल अरोड़ा घायल हुआ है। उसने पैराशूट से कूदकर अपनी जान बचाई। वह गिर गया। आमजन ने उसे भी संभाला। पुलिस व फायर ब्रिगेड आने तक आमजन ने आग पर काबू पाने का प्रयास किया। मौके पर वायु सेना सहित जिला पुलिस व प्रशासन के अधिकारी भी मौजूद हैं।
एयरफोर्स ने बयान जारी कर बताया, वायुसेना के MiG-21 ने आज सुबह नियमित प्रशिक्षण उड़ान भरी थी। तभी यह दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हो गया। दोनों पायलट खुद को सुरक्षित निकालने में सफल रहे। हादसे के कारणों का पता लगाने के लिए जांच शुरू कर दी गई है।
बहलोलनगर गांव में मिग 21 क्रैश होने का प्रकरण
तीनों शवों के पोस्टमार्टम पर नहीं बन रही सहमति, प्रति मृतक 50 लाख रुपए मुआवजा और नौकरी की मांग पर अड़े परिजन, तीनों मृतकों के परिजनों से समझाइश में जुटे पुलिस प्रशासन के अधिकारी, परिजनों के साथ पीलीबंगा चिकित्सालय में बैठे धरने पर सदर, रावतसर, गोलूवाला और पीलीबंगा पुलिस थाना से जाब्ता तैनात
इससे पहले जुलाई 2022 में राजस्थान के बाड़मेर के पास एक ट्रेनिंग उड़ान के दौरान मिग-21 विमान दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हो गया था। हादसे में भारतीय वायु सेना (IAF) के दो पायलट शहीद हो गए थे।
1960 में बेड़े में शामिल हुआ था MiG 21
मिग-21 क्रैश होने की आज की घटना ने एक बार फिर सोवियत मूल के मिग-21 विमानों पर सवाल खड़े कर दिए हैं।
भारतीय वायुसेना के बेड़े में मिग-21 विमान 1960 के दशक की शुरुआत में शामिल हुए थे और 2022 तक मिग-21 विमान से करीब 200 दुर्घटनाएं हो चुकी हैं।
मिग-21 लंबे समय तक भारतीय वायुसेना का मुख्य आधार हुआ करता था। हालांकि, विमान का सुरक्षा रिकॉर्ड बहुत खराब है। विमान दुर्घटनाओं में कई की जान भी गई है। पिछले साल मार्च में रक्षा राज्य मंत्री अजय भट्ट ने राज्यसभा में बताया था कि पिछले पांच वर्षों में तीन सेवाओं के विमान और हेलिकॉप्टरों की दुर्घटनाओं में 42 रक्षा कर्मियों की मौत हुई है। पिछले पांच सालों में कुल 45 हवाई दुर्घटनाएं हुईं, इनमें से 29 में भारतीय वायुसेना के प्लेटफॉर्म शामिल थे।
बेड़े से हटाए जा रहे MiG-21
MiG-21 क्रैश की हाल की घटनाओं को देखते हुए एयरफोर्स ने इसे अपने बेड़े से हटा रही है।
एयरफोर्स ने पिछले साल 30 सितंबर तक मिग 21 बाइसन की एक स्क्वाड्रन को हटा दिया था। मिग 21 की बाकी तीन स्क्वाड्रन को चरणबद्ध तरीके से 2025 तक बाहर करने की योजना है।
अभिनंदन ने किया था इसी विमान का इस्तेमाल
फरवरी 2019 में बालाकोट स्ट्राइक के एक दिन बाद जब विंग कमांडर अभिनंदन वर्धमान ने पाकिस्तान के F-16 विमान को मार गिराया था, उस समय वह MiG-21 ही उड़ा रहे थे।

Three women were killed in the accident, however, both the pilots were able to eject themselves.
Hanumangarh SP Sudhir Chaudhary told that the plane had taken off from Suratgarh. It crashed in Bahalolnagar. The plane crashed and fell on a house. 3 people died in the accident. Suddenly a mig fell on the roof of the house of Ratan Singh alias Ratiram s/o Najar Singh Raisikh, located in Bahalolnagar ward number three of Pilibanga police station area.
According to information, 45 year old Banshi Kaur wife Ratiram, 60 year old Banto wife Lalsingh Raisikh and 55 year old Leela Devi wife Rampratap Brahmin died in the accident. While 18 year old Saroj daughter Ratan Singh, 19 year old Vimla daughter Ratan Singh and 32 year old Veerpal Kaur son Narendra alias Bittu Raisikh are injured. He has been referred to PBM. Only Leela Devi was a resident of ward number two among the dead.
MiG 21 pilot Rahul Arora is injured. He saved his life by jumping with a parachute. he fell. The common people took care of him too. The common man tried to control the fire till the police and fire brigade arrived. Officers of district police and administration along with the Air Force are also present on the spot.
The Air Force issued a statement saying, the MiG-21 of the Air Force had taken a routine training flight this morning. Then it crashed. Both the pilots were able to eject themselves safely. An investigation has been started to find out the cause of the accident.
Earlier in July 2022, a MiG-21 aircraft had crashed during a training flight near Barmer in Rajasthan. Two pilots of the Indian Air Force (IAF) were martyred in the accident.

MiG 21 joined the fleet in 1960
Today’s incident of MiG-21 crash has once again raised questions on MiG-21 aircraft of Soviet origin.
MiG-21 aircraft joined the Indian Air Force fleet in the early 1960s and by 2022, there have been around 200 accidents involving MiG-21 aircraft.
The MiG-21 used to be a mainstay of the Indian Air Force for a long time. However, the safety record of the aircraft is very poor. Many lives have also been lost in plane accidents. In March last year, Minister of State for Defense Ajay Bhatt told the Rajya Sabha that 42 defense personnel had died in accidents involving aircraft and helicopters of the three services in the last five years. A total of 45 air accidents occurred in the last five years, of which 29 involved IAF platforms.
MiG-21 being removed from the fleet
In view of the recent incidents of MiG-21 crashes, the Airforce is removing it from its fleet.
The Airforce had retired a squadron of MiG 21 Bison by 30 September last year. The plan is to phase out the remaining three squadrons of the MiG 21 by 2025.
