नई दिल्ली, @MaruSangram। हाई सिक्योरिटी तिहाड़ जेल में 19 दिन के भीतर एक के बाद एक गैंगवार की दो घटनाओं में दो कैदियों की मौत हो चुकी है। कुछ दिन के भीतर ही हुई गैंगवार की इन घटनाओं के बाद जेल प्रशासन में हड़कंप मच गया है।
हाई सिक्योरिटी जेल के भीतर की व्यवस्था, सुरक्षा को लेकर भी सवाल उठ रहे हैं। एक के बाद एक गैंगवार की घटनाओं और दो गैंगस्टर की मौत के बाद अब तिहाड़ प्रशासन एक्शन में आ गया है।
तिहाड़ जेल प्रशान ने अब जेल के भीतर गैंगवार की बढ़ती घटनाओं को देखते हुए एक स्पेशल टीम तैनात करने का आदेश दिया हैं। तिहाड़ जेल के महानिदेशक (डीजी) ने इसे लेकर आदेश जारी कर दिया है।
डीजी तिहाड़ जेल के आदेश के बाद अब इस जेल में हाई सिक्योरिटी वार्ड के बाहर QRT यानी क्विक रिस्पॉन्स टीम की तैनाती की जाएगी।
जानकारी के मुताबिक तिहाड़ जेल के हाई सिक्योरिटी वार्ड के बाहर तैनात की जाने वाली QRT में तमिलनाडु स्पेशल पुलिस के साथ ही केंद्रीय रिजर्व पुलिस बल (सीआरपीएफ) के जवानों को तैनात किया जाएगा।
बताया जाता है कि किसी भी तरह की स्थिति से निपटने के लिए इन जवानों को सभी जरूरी उपकरणों से भी लैस किया जाएगा।
मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक क्विक रिस्पॉन्स टीम में तैनात जवानों को हेलमेट के साथ ही बुलेटप्रूफ जैकेट और मिर्च पाउडर जैसी चीजों से भी लैस होंगे।
सुरक्षा के लिहाज से तिहाड़ जेल के बाहर तैनात भारत तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस यानी ITBP के जवानों की तादाद भी बढ़ाई जाएगी। तिहाड़ जेल के डीजी संजय बेनीवाल ने QRT की तैनाती की पुष्टि की है।
तिहाड़ जेल के डीजी ने कहा है कि QRT के जवानों को दंगा रोधी उपकरणों से लैस किया जाएगा।
उन्होंने क्यूआरटी जवानों को हथियारों से लैस किए जाने संबंधी खबरों का खंडन करते हुए कहा कि जेल मैनुअल में हथियार प्रतिबंधित हैं।
गौरतलब है कि इस तरह की खबरें भी आ रही थीं कि तिहाड़ जेल में तैनात की जाने वाली क्यूआरटी के जवान हथियारों से लैस होंगे।
जेल में हुई थी दो गैंगस्टर की हत्या
तिहाड़ जेल में 14 अप्रैल को गैंगवार की घटना में गैंगस्टर प्रिंस तेवतिया की हत्या हुई थी।
जेल के भीतर हुई गैंगस्टर की हत्या की इस वारदात को अभी कुछ ही दिन बीते थे कि गैंगवार की एक और घटना ने तिहाड़ जेल प्रशासन के कान खड़े कर दिए।
2 मई की सुबह-सुबह तिहाड़ जेल में गैंगवार की दूसरी घटना में योगेश टूंडा और दीपक तीतर ने अपने साथियों के साथ मिलकर गैंगस्टर टिल्लू ताजपुरिया की हत्या कर दी।

Jail administration in action after two incidents of gang war
New Delhi, @MaruSangram. Two prisoners have died in two incidents of gang war one after the other within 19 days in the high security Tihar Jail. After these incidents of gang war that took place within a few days, there has been a stir in the jail administration.
Questions are also being raised regarding the arrangement and security inside the high security jail. Tihar administration has now swung into action after one after the other incidents of gang war and the death of two gangsters.
Tihar Jail Administration has now ordered to deploy a special team in view of increasing incidents of gang war inside the jail. The Director General (DG) of Tihar Jail has issued an order regarding this.
After the order of DG Tihar Jail, QRT i.e. Quick Response Team will now be deployed outside the high security ward in this jail.
According to the information, personnel of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) along with Tamil Nadu Special Police will be deployed in the QRT to be deployed outside the High Security Ward of Tihar Jail.
It is said that these soldiers will also be equipped with all the necessary equipment to deal with any kind of situation.
According to the information received, the soldiers deployed in the Quick Response Team will be equipped with helmets as well as things like bulletproof jackets and chili powder.
In terms of security, the number of Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) personnel deployed outside Tihar Jail will also be increased. Tihar Jail DG Sanjay Beniwal has confirmed the deployment of QRT.
The DG of Tihar Jail has said that the jawans of QRT will be equipped with anti-riot equipment.
Refuting reports that QRT jawans were armed, he said that weapons are prohibited in the jail manual.
Significantly, such news was also coming that the QRT jawans to be deployed in Tihar Jail would be equipped with weapons.
Two gangsters were killed in jail
Gangster Prince Tewatia was killed in Tihar Jail on April 14 in a gang war incident.
Just a few days had passed since the incident of gangster’s murder inside the jail that another incident of gang war raised the ears of the Tihar Jail Administration.
Yogesh Tunda and Deepak Teetar along with their accomplices killed gangster Tillu Tajpuria in the second incident of gang war in Tihar Jail early in the morning of 2nd May.
