बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। मातृ शिशु स्वास्थ्य से संबंधित कार्यक्रमों, योजनाओं तथा सेवाओं का लक्ष्य के अनुरूप संपादन हो तथा स्वास्थ्य परिवार कल्याण केंद्रों पर राष्ट्रीय स्तर के मापदंडों अनुसार उत्कृष्ट सेवाएं प्रदान की जाए। यह कहना था राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन राजस्थान के मिशन निदेशक एवं चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य विभाग के विशिष्ट शासन सचिव सुधीर शर्मा का, वे शनिवार को स्थानीय होटल सभागार में स्वास्थ्य विभाग के समस्त कार्यक्रमों, उपलब्धियों की समीक्षा कर रहे थे।

उन्होंने दिन भर चली मैराथन बैठक में लगभग प्रत्येक कार्यक्रम के वार्षिक लक्ष्य तथा वास्तविक उपलब्धियों की तुलना कर संबंधित नोडल अधिकारी के साथ आ रही समस्याओं तथा कमियों पर मंथन किया।

राज्य स्तरीय दल में राज्य परियोजना निदेशक स्वास्थ्य कल्याण केंद्र डॉ महेश सचदेवा तथा राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन राजस्थान के राज्य कार्यक्रम प्रबंधक डॉ. लोकेश चतुर्वेदी शामिल रहे जबकि जिला स्तर से संयुक्त निदेशक डॉ. देवेंद्र चौधरी, सीएमएचओ डॉ. मोहम्मद अबरार पवार, डिप्टी सीएमएचओ परिवार कल्याण डॉ. योगेंद्र तनेजा, डिप्टी सीएमएचओ स्वास्थ्य डॉ. लोकेश गुप्ता, जिला प्रजनन एवं शिशु स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ. राजेश कुमार गुप्ता, डीटीओ सी एस मोदी सहित समस्त ब्लॉक सीएमओ, जिला स्तरीय तथा खंड स्तरीय अधिकारी-कर्मचारी शामिल हुए।

मिशन निदेशक ने स्पष्ट किया कि ठीक एक माह बाद वे फिर दलबल सहित बीकानेर आएंगे और पुन: संभाग स्तरीय समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित करेंगे। इसके लिए सभी कार्यक्रम अधिकारियों को मासिक लक्ष्य भी आवंटित किए गए। सुधीर शर्मा ने निजी अस्पतालों तथा पीबीएम अस्पताल में दी जा रही प्रसव तथा टीकाकरण सेवाओं की रिपोर्टिंग दुरुस्त करने तथा इस संबंध में सख्त निर्देश जारी करवाने की बात कही ताकि जिला अच्छा कार्य करते हुए भी लक्ष्यों के विरुद्ध ना पिछड़े।

डॉ. महेश सचदेवा ने स्वास्थ्य कल्याण केंद्रों की ब्रांडिंग तथा वहां दी जा रही अतिरिक्त सेवाओं की गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। राज्य कार्यक्रम प्रबंधक डॉ. लोकेश चतुर्वेदी ने जिले की भौतिक प्रगति के साथ-साथ वित्तीय प्रगति की भी गहन समीक्षा की।

उन्होंने जारी बजट के सर्वोत्तम सदुपयोग द्वारा आमजन को बेहतरीन सेवाएं देने के निर्देश दिए। संयुक्त निदेशक डॉ. देवेंद्र चौधरी तथा सीएमएचओ डॉ. मोहम्मद अबरार पवार द्वारा पीपीटी प्रेजेंटेशन के माध्यम से जिले की प्रगति तथा उपलब्धियों की जानकारी दी गई। उन्होंने जिले में जिला कलेक्टर भगवती प्रसाद कलाल द्वारा चलाए गए नवाचार पुकार कार्यक्रम, शक्ति कार्यक्रम व मां एप्प जैसे बेहतरीन कार्य और उनके मिल रहे उत्कृष्ट परिणामों की जानकारी से भी मिशन निदेशक को अवगत करवाया।

State level review meeting of the works of Health Department Bikaner organized

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Programs, schemes and services related to maternal and child health should be edited according to the target and excellent services should be provided at the Health Family Welfare Centers according to the national level parameters. This was said by Sudhir Sharma, Mission Director, National Health Mission Rajasthan and Special Government Secretary, Medical and Health Department, he was reviewing all the programs and achievements of the health department at the local hotel auditorium on Saturday.

In the day-long marathon meeting, he brainstormed on the problems and shortcomings being faced by the concerned nodal officer by comparing the annual target and actual achievements of almost each programme.

State Project Director Health Welfare Center Dr. Mahesh Sachdeva and State Program Manager of National Health Mission Rajasthan Dr. Lokesh Chaturvedi were included in the state level team while from district level Joint Director Dr. Devendra Chaudhary, CMHO Dr. Mohammad Abrar Pawar, Deputy CMHO Family Welfare Dr. Yogendra Taneja, Deputy CMHO Health Dr. Lokesh Gupta, District Reproductive and Child Health Officer Dr. Rajesh Kumar Gupta, DTO CS Modi including all block CMOs, district level and block level officers-employees participated.

The Mission Director made it clear that after exactly one month he would again come to Bikaner along with his team and again organize a divisional level review meeting. For this, monthly targets were also allotted to all the program officers. Sudhir Sharma talked about improving the reporting of delivery and vaccination services being provided in private hospitals and PBM hospitals and issuing strict instructions in this regard so that the district does not lag behind the targets despite doing good work.

Dr. Mahesh Sachdeva instructed to ensure the branding of health welfare centers and the quality of additional services being provided there. State Program Manager Dr. Lokesh Chaturvedi did an in-depth review of the physical progress as well as the financial progress of the district.

He instructed to provide best services to the common man by making the best use of the released budget. Information about the progress and achievements of the district was given through PPT presentation by Joint Director Dr. Devendra Chaudhary and CMHO Dr. Mohammad Abrar Pawar. He also apprised the Mission Director about the excellent work done by District Collector Bhagwati Prasad Kalal in the district like Innovation Call Program, Shakti Program and Maa App and the excellent results they are getting.
