संजीवनी मामले में शेखावत की गिरफ्तारी पर रोक के आदेश : सीएम बोले: पैसा नहीं दे रहे, मुझे गुस्सा आता है, पीएम इन्हें बर्खास्त करे….

जोधपुर, @MaruSangram। बहुचर्चित संजीवनी क्रेडिट काे-ऑपरेटिव सोसायटी घोटाले के आरोपों में घिरे केंद्रीय जलशक्ति मंत्री गजेंद्र सिंह शेखावत को हाईकोर्ट से राहत मिली है।

हाईकोर्ट ने गुरुवार को सुनवाई करते हुए संजीवनी घोटाले में उनकी गिरफ्तारी पर रोक लगा दी है। हाईकोर्ट ने एसओजी व राजस्थान में कहीं भी दर्ज एफआईआर पर गिरफ्तारी पर अंतरिम रोक लगाने के आदेश दिए है।

इधर,केंद्रीय मंत्री शेखावत को मिली राहत पर सीएम ने निशाना साधते हुए कहा कि- पैसे लौटाने की बजाय गजेंद्र सिंह हाईकोर्ट जा रहे हैं…मुझे इस पर गुस्सा आ रहा है।

दो सुनवाई से इनकार के बाद तीसरे पर आया फैसला
दरअसल, संजीवनी क्रेडिट को-ऑपरेटिव सोसायटी घोटाले मामले में एसओजी ने जोधपुर समेत जालोर और बाड़मेर जिले में एफआईआर करनी शुरू कर दी थी। इन एफआईआर के बाद केंद्रीय मंत्री गजेंद्र सिंह ने 24 मार्च को जोधपुर हाईकोर्ट में मामले की जांच सीबीआई से करवाने और गिरफ्तारी पर रोक की मांग को लेकर याचिका दायर की थी।

इससे पूर्व 28 मार्च और 3 अप्रैल को हुई सुनवाई में हाईकोर्ट जस्टिस मनेाज गर्ग और प्रवीर भटनागर की बेंच ने सुनवाई पर इनकार कर दिया था। लेकिन, 13 अप्रैल गुरुवार को हुई सुनवाई में जस्टिस कुलदीप माथुर ने राहत देते हुए गिरफ्तारी पर रोक लगा दी और 3 सप्ताह बाद दोबारा सुनवाई के लिए कहा गया है।
जज ने आदेश में कहा कि एसओजी द्वारा दायर एफआईआर में पिटीशनर ( शेखावात) को आरोपी नहीं बनाया गया है। ऐसे में इस मामले में गिरफ्तारी नहीं हो सकती।

केंद्रीय जलशक्ति मंत्री गजेंद्र सिंह की ओर से जोधपुर हाईकोर्ट में सीनियर एडवोकेट मनीन्द्र सिंह, उनके सहायक एडवोकेट युवराज सिंह और आदित्य विक्रम सिंह भी मौजूद थे।

Jodhpur, @MaruSangram. Union Jal Shakti Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, surrounded by allegations of the famous Sanjivani Credit Co-operative Society scam, has got relief from the High Court.

The High Court, while hearing on Thursday, stayed his arrest in the Sanjeevani scam. The High Court has ordered an interim stay on arrests on SOG and FIRs registered anywhere in Rajasthan.

Here, targeting the relief given to Union Minister Shekhawat, the CM said that instead of returning the money, Gajendra Singh is going to the High Court… I am getting angry on this.

After refusing two hearings, the decision came on the third
In fact, in the Sanjivani Credit Co-operative Society scam case, the SOG had started registering FIRs in Jalore and Barmer districts including Jodhpur. Following these FIRs, Union Minister Gajendra Singh had filed a petition in the Jodhpur High Court on March 24 demanding a CBI probe into the matter and a stay on the arrest.

Earlier, in the hearing held on March 28 and April 3, the bench of High Court Justice Maneaj Garg and Praveer Bhatnagar had refused to hear. But, in the hearing held on Thursday, April 13, Justice Kuldeep Mathur, while giving relief, stayed the arrest and asked for a re-hearing after 3 weeks.
The judge said in the order that the petitioner (Shekhawat) has not been made an accused in the FIR filed by the SOG. Therefore, there cannot be an arrest in this case.

Senior Advocate Manindra Singh, his Assistant Advocates Yuvraj Singh and Aditya Vikram Singh were also present in the Jodhpur High Court on behalf of Union Jal Shakti Minister Gajendra Singh.
