कोरोना के विरुद्ध कितने तैयार हैं हम?: जानने के लिए 10 को होगी मॉक ड्रिल
बीकानेर MaruSangram। कोरोना की आशंकित किसी नई लहर की स्थिति में बीकानेर जिला कितना अलर्ट और तैयार है ? यह जानने सोमवार 10 तारीख को प्रदेश सहित जिले के समस्त पीएचसी, सीएचसी, जिला अस्पताल, सैटेलाइट अस्पताल में मॉक ड्रिल का आयोजन किया जाएगा। मॉक ड्रिल की तैयारियों को लेकर केंद्रीय रोग नियंत्रण कार्यक्रम दिल्ली की ओर से वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंस द्वारा समीक्षा की गई। इसे लेकर जिला स्तरीय वीडियो कांफ्रेंस समीक्षा भी आयोजित की गई जिसमें सीएमएचओ डॉ मोहम्मद अबरार पंवार व डिप्टी सीएमएचओ स्वास्थ्य डॉ लोकेश गुप्ता द्वारा जिले के समस्त चिकित्सा अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए गए।
डॉ. अबरार ने बताया कि देशभर में कोरोना के मामलों में बढ़ोतरी दर्ज हुई है उसी प्रकार बीकानेर जिले में भी मार्च व अप्रैल माह में फिर से कोरोना पॉजिटिव केस आ रहे हैं।
गुरुवार को भी 9 नए कोरोना पॉजिटिव केस सामने आए हैं। यद्यपि सभी कोरोना पॉजिटिव व्यक्ति स्वस्थ हैं और उनमें कोई विशेष लक्षण भी नहीं हैं ना ही कोरोना के कारण किसी को अस्पताल में भर्ती कराना पड़ा है परंतु एहतियात के तौर पर जिले भर में कोरोना को लेकर अलर्ट किया जा चुका है। साथ ही कोविड एप्रोप्रियेट बिहेवियर को संपूर्ण चिकित्सा संस्थानों पर लागू किया गया है।
आमजन से भी यह उम्मीद की जाती है कि वे “2 गज की दूरी, मास्क है जरूरी” के नियम को फिर से अपने आचरण में लाएं। वर्तमान में लगभग 200 कोविड टेस्ट प्रतिदिन हो रहे हैं जिसे बढ़ाकर 500 तक लाने के निर्देश दिए है। रेलवे स्टेशन पर बाहर से आने वाले लोगों की लगातार आरटी पीसीआर जांच की जा रही है, जल्द ही एयरपोर्ट पर भी शुरू की जाएगी।
डॉ. लोकेश गुप्ता ने बताया कि मॉक ड्रिल के दौरान ऑक्सीजन की उपलब्धता, ऑक्सीजन प्लांट की कार्यशीलता, सिलेंडर तथा ऑक्सीजन कंसंट्रेटर की उपलब्धता, सामान्य बेड, आईसीयू बेड, ऑक्सीजन युक्त बेड की उपलब्धता, रेमदेसीविर सहित आवश्यक दवाइयों की उपलब्धता, मास्क, सैनिटाइजर, पीपीई किट सहित आवश्यक कंज्यूमेंबल की उपलब्धता, प्रशिक्षित स्टाफ की उपस्थिति इत्यादि बिंदुओं पर सभी अस्पतालों द्वारा चेक लिस्ट अनुसार स्वयं जांच कर रिपोर्ट अपलोड की जाएगी।

Bikaner MaruSangram. How alert and ready is Bikaner district in case of any new wave of Corona? To know this, mock drill will be organized in all the PHCs, CHCs, District Hospitals, Satellite Hospitals of the district including the state on Monday, 10th. The preparations for the mock drill were reviewed by the Central Disease Control Program Delhi through video conference. District level video conference review was also organized regarding this, in which CMHO Dr. Mohammad Abrar Panwar and Deputy CMHO Health Dr. Lokesh Gupta gave necessary guidelines to all the medical officers of the district.
Dr. Abrar told that there has been an increase in the cases of corona across the country, similarly in Bikaner district, corona positive cases are coming again in the months of March and April.
On Thursday also 9 new corona positive cases have been reported. Although all corona positive persons are healthy and do not have any special symptoms, nor has anyone had to be admitted to the hospital due to corona, but as a precaution, alert has been issued across the district regarding corona. Along with this, Kovid Appropriate Behavior has been implemented on the entire medical institutions.
It is also expected from the common people that they should bring back the rule of “2 yards, mask is necessary” in their conduct. At present, about 200 Covid tests are being done daily, which has been instructed to be increased to 500. People coming from outside are being continuously RT PCR checked at the railway station, soon it will be started at the airport as well.
Dr. Lokesh Gupta told that during the mock drill, availability of oxygen, functionality of oxygen plant, availability of cylinders and oxygen concentrator, availability of normal beds, ICU beds, oxygenated beds, availability of essential medicines including remdesivir, masks, sanitizers, According to the checklist, the report will be uploaded by all the hospitals on their own checking on the availability of essential consumables including PPE kits, presence of trained staff etc.
