नोखा जिला अस्पताल में नोडल अधिकारियों की एक्सपोजर विजिट आयोजित, सफल मॉडल का किया अवलोकन
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य विभाग के राष्ट्रीय गैर संचारी रोग (एनसीडी) कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत बुधवार को जिला अस्पताल नोखा में जिले के सातों उप जिला अस्पतालों के रामाश्रय वार्ड के नोडल अधिकारियों की एक्सपोजर विजिट आयोजित की गई। मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ पुखराज साध ने बताया कि डिप्टी सीएमएचओ (स्वास्थ्य) एवं एनसीडी प्रभारी डॉ. लोकेश गुप्ता तथा जिला कार्यक्रम अधिकारी (एनसीडी) महेंद्र जायसवाल के निर्देशन में आयोजित इस एक्सपोजर विजिट के दौरान जिला अस्पताल नोखा के प्रमुख चिकित्सा अधिकारी डॉ. सुनील बोधरा भी मौजूद रहे।
डॉ साध ने बताया कि जिले के सात उप जिला अस्पतालों में अगस्त माह से रामाश्रय वार्ड प्रारंभ किए जाएंगे। इसी उद्देश्य से उप जिला अस्पताल बज्जू, खाजूवाला, कोलायत, लूणकरणसर, पूगल, श्रीडूंगरगढ़ तथा नापासर के नोडल अधिकारियों की जिला अस्पताल नोखा में पहले से सफलतापूर्वक संचालित रामाश्रय वार्ड का एक्सपोजर विजिट कराया गया।
डॉ लोकेश गुप्ता ने बताया कि एक्सपोजर विजिट के दौरान नोडल अधिकारियों ने रामाश्रय वार्ड में बुजुर्गों को उपलब्ध कराई जा रही समस्त सुविधाओं का अवलोकन किया। यहां वरिष्ठ नागरिकों के लिए स्वास्थ्य जांच, उपचार, आवश्यक प्रयोगशाला जांच, परामर्श, दवा वितरण, रिहैबिलिटेशन तथा जरूरत पड़ने पर उच्च संस्थानों के लिए रेफरल जैसी सेवाएं व्यवस्थित रूप से संचालित की जा रही हैं। अधिकारियों ने वार्ड प्रबंधन, मरीजों की सुविधा, रिकॉर्ड संधारण तथा सेवा संचालन की कार्यप्रणाली का भी अध्ययन किया। उन्होंने बताया कि एक्सपोजर विजिट का उद्देश्य सभी उप जिला अस्पतालों में रामाश्रय वार्डों का संचालन एक समान गुणवत्ता के साथ प्रारंभ करना है, ताकि बुजुर्गों को उनके निकटतम स्वास्थ्य संस्थान पर ही सम्मानजनक एवं समग्र स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं उपलब्ध हो सकें।
क्या है रामाश्रय वार्ड?
डीपीओ महेंद्र जयसवाल ने बताया कि राष्ट्रीय वृद्धजन स्वास्थ्य देखभाल कार्यक्रम (एनपीएचसीई) के अंतर्गत वरिष्ठ नागरिकों को समर्पित विशेष स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं उपलब्ध कराने के उद्देश्य से रामाश्रय वार्ड स्थापित किए जा रहे हैं। इन वार्डों में 60 वर्ष एवं उससे अधिक आयु के बुजुर्गों के लिए समग्र स्वास्थ्य जांच, उपचार, आवश्यक दवाएं, प्रयोगशाला जांच, विशेषज्ञ परामर्श, फिजियोथेरेपी, रिहैबिलिटेशन एवं रेफरल जैसी सेवाएं एक ही स्थान पर उपलब्ध कराई जाती हैं।

Exposure visit for nodal officers held at Nokha District Hospital, successful model observed
Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Under the National Non-Communicable Disease (NCD) program of the Medical and Health Department, an exposure visit for nodal officers of Ramashraya wards from all seven sub-district hospitals in the district was held at District Hospital Nokha on Wednesday. Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Pukhraj Sadh stated that Dr. Sunil Bodhra, Chief Medical Officer of District Hospital Nokha, was also present during the exposure visit, conducted under the direction of Deputy Chief Medical Officer (Health) and NCD in-charge Dr. Lokesh Gupta and District Program Officer (NCD) Mahendra Jaiswal.
Dr. Sadh stated that Ramashraya wards will be opened in seven sub-district hospitals in the district from August. To this end, nodal officers from Sub-District Hospitals Bajju, Khajuwala, Kolayat, Lunkaransar, Pogal, Sridungargarh, and Napasar were given an exposure visit to the Ramashra Ward, which is already successfully operating at District Hospital Nokha.
Dr. Lokesh Gupta stated that during the exposure visit, the nodal officers observed all the facilities provided to the elderly at the Ramashra Ward. Services such as health check-ups, treatment, essential laboratory tests, counseling, medication distribution, rehabilitation, and referrals to higher institutions, if needed, are being systematically conducted for senior citizens. The officers also studied ward management, patient convenience, record maintenance, and service operations. He stated that the objective of the exposure visit is to ensure that Ramashra Wards are operated with uniform quality standards across all Sub-District Hospitals, ensuring that the elderly receive respectful and comprehensive healthcare at their nearest healthcare facility.
What is Ramashra Ward?
DPO Mahendra Jaiswal stated that under the National Program for Health Care of the Elderly (NPHCE), Ramashraya wards are being established to provide dedicated healthcare services for senior citizens. These wards offer comprehensive health checkups, treatment, essential medications, laboratory tests, specialist consultations, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and referral services for seniors aged 60 and older.
