दिल्ली, @MaruSangram। अदालत ने उन्हें 19 सितंबर 2026 को व्यक्तिगत रूप से पेश होने का आदेश दिया है। कोर्ट के निर्देश के मुताबिक, खड़गे को अदालत में खुद पेश होकर जमानत लेनी होगी। यह मामला 2023 का है।
संगरूर निवासी और बजरंग दल से जुड़े हितेश भारद्वाज की शिकायत पर अदालत ने यह कार्रवाई की है।
शिकायत में कर्नाटक विधानसभा चुनाव के दौरान मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे के उस बयान का जिक्र किया गया है, जिसमें उन्होंने बजरंग दल की तुलना पॉपुलर फ्रंट ऑफ इंडिया (PFI) से की थी और कांग्रेस की सरकार बनने पर बजरंग दल पर प्रतिबंध लगाने की बात कही थी।
अदालत ने मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे के खिलाफ 15,000 रुपये का जमानती वारंट जारी किया है। बताया जा रहा है कि पहले इस मामले को सिविल प्रकृति का माना गया था, लेकिन अब अदालत ने इसे आपराधिक प्रकृति का मामला मानते हुए आगे की कार्रवाई शुरू की है।

The court took this action following a complaint from Hitesh Bhardwaj, a resident of Sangrur and associated with the Bajrang Dal.
The complaint refers to Mallikarjun Kharge’s statement during the Karnataka Assembly elections, in which he compared the Bajrang Dal to the Popular Front of India (PFI) and threatened to ban the Bajrang Dal if a Congress government was formed.
The court has issued a bailable warrant of ₹15,000 against Mallikarjun Kharge. It is being reported that the case was initially considered civil in nature, but now the court has considered it a criminal case and initiated further proceedings.
