प्यार कभी खत्म नहीं होता, बस विश्वास चाहिए

पेशे से हम पति पत्नी दोनों वकील हैं। पिछले साल ही शादी हुई है।दो दिन पहले इतेफाक से हमदोनों के पास तलाक के केस आये हैं और इतेफाक ये भी कि शालिनी के पास उस जोड़े की तरफ से पति का केस है, और मेरे पास उसी की पत्नी का। केस स्टडी में मैंने पाया कि दोनों की शादी को दस साल हो गए हैं। दो बच्चे हैं। पति का खुद का बिजनेस है, पत्नी हाउसवाइफ है। पति काम के सिलसिले में इधर कुछ सालों से बाहर ज्यादा रहता है। घर में पत्नी अब सोशल मीडिया पर ज्यादा एक्टिव रहती है। कुछ मेल फ्रैंड भी बन गए हैं। दोनों एकदूसरे पर शक करते हैं। दोनों में अब बहुत ज्यादा लड़ाइयां होनी शुरू हो गई हैं। दोनों ही साथ नहीं रहना चाहते और किसी भी तरह तलाक लेना चाहते हैं। पर बच्चों को दोनों अपने साथ रखना चाहते हैं। इसी वजह से दोनों ने अपनी अपनी तरफ से हमदोनों को वकील रखा है। कल पहले पत्नी गई थी उनके घर, और शाम में मैं भी। पत्नी ने भी महसूस किया कि बच्चे दोनों के बगैर नहीं रह सकते, वे बहुत मासूम से हैं। उनका बचपन छीन जाएगा, मैंने भी यही महसूस किया। हमने एक चीज़ और महसूस किया कि दोनों पति पत्नी के बीच प्यार पूरी तरह खत्म नहीं हुआ है बस शक ने उसे कमजोर जरूर कर दिया है।

आज पत्नी उस क्लाइंट के ऑफिस में है और ठीक उसी समय मैं भी मौजूद हूँ उसकी पत्नी के साथ घर में।
“जी कुछ भी कर के बस ये हो जाये कि बच्चे मेरे साथ ही रहें, नहीं तो वो, इन बच्चों पर ध्यान नहीं दे पाएंगे”

तभी मेरे फोन पर शालिनी का फोन आया।जिसे मैंने पेपर वैगरह देखते देखते स्पीकर ऑन कर टेबल पर ही रख दिया।
“हेल्लो कहां हो तुम?”
“मैं अपने एक क्लाइंट के साथ हूँ”
“अच्छा! और वो तुम्हारी क्लाइंट फिर से कोई लेडी ही होंगी, है ना? क्यूँ सही कहा ना?”

“ये क्या बकवास है? बेवजह कितना शक करती हो तुम, और यही सवाल मैं करूं कि तुम कहाँ हो? और किसके साथ हो”
हमने प्लानिंग के हिसाब से एकदूसरे से झगड़े शुरू कर दिए।मेरी क्लाइंट मुझसे नाम जोड़े जाने के बाद तमतमा उठी। गुस्से में मेरी क्लाइंट ने शालिनी को कहा-“देखिए, ये सिर्फ मेरे केस के सिलसिले में मुझसे मिलने आये हैं, आप बेवजह शक कर रही हैं” तभी दूसरी तरफ से उनके पति मुझसे बोले-“सुनिए, शालिनी जी एक सभ्य और सुलझी हुई महिला हैं, अपने पेशे की वजह से मेरे साथ मेरी ऑफिस में हैं, और आप पति हैं,इसका मतलब ये नहीं कि आप अपनी पत्नी पर बेवजह शक करें” मेरे चेहरे पर मुस्कान खिल गई।

“बिलकुल सही कहा सर आपने। फिर आप क्यूँ अपनी पत्नी पर शक करते हैं”
उधर से शालिनी की आवाज आई
“हाँ मैम, सर भी तो अपने काम और परिवार के लिए ही बाहर रहते हैं”
मैंने देखा उनकी पत्नी की आंखों में प्रायश्चित के आँसू थे। वे सर झुकाए कुछ सोचने लगीं। तभी दूसरी तरफ से आवाज आई

“मधु! मुझे माफ़ कर दो, मैंने बेवजह तुम्हें तकलीफ दी” उनकी पत्नी ने टेबल पर रखे पेपर को फाड़कर डस्टबिन में डाल दिया। और अपने आँसू पोछते हुए बोले जा रही थीं,”राज, तुम भी मुझे माफ़ कर दो..मैं तुम्हारे त्याग को समझ ही नहीं पाई”
दोनों मासूम बच्चे दूसरे कमरे में खेल रहे थे। मैं अपना बैग उठा ये सोचते हुए चलने को हुआ कि इस पेशे से पैसे तो हम आगे भी कमा लेंगे..पर इन बच्चों का बचपन बचा कर जो खुशियां कमाई हैं,वो फिर शायद कभी ना कमा पाऊं।दरवाजे पर ही था कि उनकी पत्नी की आवाज आई, “सर, आपकी बाकी की.. कुछ फीस..!” मैंने पलट कर हँसते हुए कहा-“इन बच्चों की खिलखिलाहट ही हमारी बाकी की फीस है मैम..!

👉शिक्षा
शक परिवार को तोड़ता है, विश्वास जोड़ता है।पति-पत्नी का रिश्ता सिर्फ प्रेम से नहीं, बल्कि आपसी विश्वास और समझ से मजबूत होता है। जहाँ शक आता है, वहाँ घर टूटने लगता है।

सदैव प्रसन्न रहिये – जो प्राप्त है, पर्याप्त है।
जिसका मन मस्त है – उसके पास समस्त है।।

Love never ends, all you need is trust.

We, husband and wife, are both lawyers by profession. We got married just last year. Two days ago, coincidentally, we both received divorce cases. Coincidentally, Shalini has the husband’s case, and I have the wife’s. In my case study, I found that they have been married for ten years. They have two children. Shalini’s voice came from the other side.

The two innocent children were playing in the other room.
