जिला उद्योग संघ के अध्यक्ष द्वारका प्रसाद पचीसिया की अगुवाई में जिले के उद्यमियों ने दोनों अधिकारियों का किया भव्य अभिनंदन

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। बीकानेर जिला उद्योग संघ द्वारा निवर्तमान जिला कलेक्टर नम्रता वृष्णि तथा जिला परिषद के पूर्व मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी सोहनलाल के स्थानांतरण उपरांत उन्हें भावभीनी विदाई दी। दोनों अधिकारियों के सम्मान में जिला उद्योग संघ सभागार में गरिमामय एवं भावनात्मक अभिनंदन समारोह का आयोजन किया गया।

कार्यक्रम में शहर के प्रमुख उद्योगपति, जनप्रतिनिधि, प्रशासनिक अधिकारी तथा विभिन्न सामाजिक संगठनों के प्रतिनिधि बड़ी संख्या में उपस्थित रहे।

समारोह को संबोधित करते हुए निवर्तमान जिला कलेक्टर नम्रता वृष्णि ने अपने लगभग 26 महीनों के कार्यकाल को स्मरणीय बताते हुए कहा कि बीकानेर में बिताया गया समय उनके जीवन के सबसे महत्वपूर्ण अनुभवों में से एक रहेगा।
उन्होंने कहा कि यहां के लोग अत्यंत सहयोगी, सरल और सकारात्मक सोच वाले हैं, जिनके सहयोग से प्रशासनिक कार्यों को सुचारु रूप से संपादित करना संभव हुआ।
उन्होंने कहा कि उन्होंने अपने कार्यकाल के दौरान राज्य सरकार की योजनाओं को अंतिम छोर तक पहुंचाने और जरूरतमंदों को उनका लाभ दिलाने के लिए सतत प्रयास किए।
उन्होंने कहा कि बीकानेर में विकास कार्यों को गति देने के साथ सामाजिक सहभागिता को भी बढ़ावा दिया गया। शहर के सौंदर्यीकरण, त्योहारों के आयोजन को नए स्वरूप में प्रस्तुत करने तथा जनहित से जुड़े कार्यों में सभी वर्गों का सहयोग सराहनीय रहा।
उन्होंने विश्वास जताया कि बीकानेर की यही जीवंतता और सहयोग की भावना आगे भी बनी रहेगी।

जिला परिषद के पूर्व मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी सोहनलाल ने कहा कि नम्रता वृष्णि के निर्देशन में कार्य करते हुए उन्होंने बहुत कुछ सीखा। उन्होंने बीकानेर में कार्य करने का अनुभव उनके लिए अत्यंत प्रेरणादायक और यादगार बताया।
उन्होंने यहां के प्रशासनिक तंत्र, जनप्रतिनिधियों और आमजन के सहयोग के लिए आभार व्यक्त किया।

जिला उद्योग संघ के अध्यक्ष द्वारका प्रसाद पचीसिया ने कहा कि नम्रता वृष्णि के कार्यकाल में उद्योग और सामाजिक क्षेत्र में कई महत्वपूर्ण पहलें हुईं।
उन्होंने विशेष रूप से मेडिसिन विंग की स्थापना में उनके योगदान की सराहना की। उन्होंने कहा कि होली, दीपावली एवं अन्य प्रमुख त्योहारों के दौरान शहर के सौंदर्यीकरण और सांस्कृतिक आयोजनों को नया रूप देने में जिला कलेक्टर की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका रही।
बच्चों के लिए आयोजित विशेष कार्यक्रम आजू गूजा और नवाचारों ने शहर को एक नई पहचान दी, जिसके लिए उन्हें सदैव याद किया जाएगा।

इस अवसर पर विभिन्न संस्थाओं एवं संगठनों के प्रतिनिधियों ने निवर्तमान जिला कलेक्टर एवं अन्य अधिकारियों का माल्यार्पण कर, शॉल ओढ़ाकर एवं स्मृति चिन्ह भेंट कर सम्मान किया। कार्यक्रम के दौरान कई वक्ताओं ने उनके कार्यकाल की सराहना करते हुए उनके उज्ज्वल भविष्य की कामना की।

जिला उद्योग संघ के सचिव वीरेंद्र किराडू ने सभी अतिथियों का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि प्रशासन और उद्योग जगत के बीच बेहतर समन्वय ही विकास की कुंजी है, और यह समन्वय नम्रता वृष्णि के कार्यकाल में सशक्त रूप से देखने को मिला।

कार्यक्रम का संचालन रविंद्र हर्ष और ज्योति प्रकाश रंगा ने किया। समारोह में अतिथि के रूप में राजस्थान प्रशासनिक सेवा के अधिकारी पंकज शर्मा, जिला उद्योग केंद्र की महाप्रबंधक मंजू नैन गोदारा, मेडिकल कॉलेज के प्राचार्य डॉ. सुरेंद्र वर्मा, पीबीएम अस्पताल के अधीक्षक डॉ. बी. सी. घीया, भाजपा नेता मोहन सुराणा आदि मौजूद रहे।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram: The Bikaner District Industries Association organized a heartfelt farewell ceremony for the outgoing District Collector, Namrata Vrishni, and the former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Zila Parishad, Sohanlal, following their transfers. A dignified and emotionally resonant felicitation ceremony was held in honor of both officials at the District Industries Association Auditorium.

The event witnessed the presence of a large number of prominent industrialists, public representatives, administrative officials, and representatives from various social organizations across the city.

Addressing the gathering, outgoing District Collector Namrata Vrishni described her tenure of approximately 26 months as truly memorable, stating that the time spent in Bikaner would remain one of the most significant experiences of her life.
She remarked that the people of Bikaner are extremely cooperative, simple-natured, and possess a positive outlook—qualities that made it possible to execute administrative tasks smoothly and efficiently.
She further stated that throughout her tenure, she made continuous efforts to ensure that state government schemes reached the last mile and that their benefits were delivered to those in need.
She noted that alongside accelerating development works in Bikaner, significant emphasis was also placed on fostering social participation. The cooperation extended by all sections of society—whether in the beautification of the city, the innovative organization of festivals, or various public-interest initiatives—was truly commendable.
She expressed her confidence that this very vibrancy and spirit of cooperation within Bikaner would continue to thrive in the future. Sohanlal, the former Chief Executive Officer of the District Council, stated that he learned a great deal while working under the guidance of Namrata Vrishni. He described his experience of working in Bikaner as immensely inspiring and memorable.
He expressed his gratitude for the cooperation extended by the local administrative machinery, elected representatives, and the general public.

Dwarka Prasad Pachisia, President of the District Industries Association, remarked that several significant initiatives were undertaken in both the industrial and social sectors during Namrata Vrishni’s tenure.
He specifically lauded her contribution to the establishment of the ‘Medicine Wing.’ He further noted that the District Collector played a pivotal role in beautifying the city and revitalizing cultural events during major festivals such as Holi, Diwali, and others.
Special programs organized for children—such as ‘Aaju Guja’—along with various other innovative initiatives, gave the city a distinct new identity, for which she will always be remembered.

On this occasion, representatives from various institutions and organizations honored the outgoing District Collector and other officials by garlanding them, draping shawls over their shoulders, and presenting them with mementos. During the program, several speakers praised her tenure and extended their best wishes for her bright future.

Virendra Kiradu, Secretary of the District Industries Association, expressed his gratitude to all the guests, stating that effective coordination between the administration and the industrial sector is the key to development—a coordination that was robustly evident throughout Namrata Vrishni’s tenure.

The program was anchored by Ravindra Harsh and Jyoti Prakash Ranga.
