बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। आयुर्वेद विभाग की ओर से चलाई जा रहे आयुष्मान आदर्श ग्राम योजना के तहत टीबी और तम्बाकू मुक्त ग्राम पंचायत करने के लिए हदाँ ग्राम पंचायत द्वारा विशेष ग्राम सभा का आयोजन किया गया। इसके तहत हदाँ ग्राम पंचायत को टीबी और तंबाकू मुक्त ग्राम पंचायत करने का प्रस्ताव पारित किया गया।

शिक्षण संस्थानों का तंबाकू मुक्त होना जरूरी : मुख्य चिकित्सा एवम स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ पुखराज साध ने कहा कि स्वस्थ पीढ़ी तैयार करने के लिए शिक्षण संस्थानों का तंबाकू मुक्त होना और नियमित स्वास्थ्य गतिविधियां आयोजित करना अनिवार्य है।

ग्राम पंचायत स्तर में होंगे जन-जागरूकता कार्यक्रम
जिला क्षय रोग अधिकारी डॉ सी एस मोदी ने बताया कि इस कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य टीबी मुक्त ग्राम पंचायत को केवल सरकारी कार्यक्रम न रखकर एक जन-आंदोलन में बदलना है।

कार्यशाला में डॉ मोदी ने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि समाज से टीबी से जुड़ी गलत धारणाओं और डर को खत्म करने के लिए युवाओं की रचनात्मक सोच सबसे सशक्त माध्यम है।

डब्ल्यूएचओ कंसल्टेंट से डॉ सुधांश खत्रीने कहा कि टीबी के प्रति डर और भेदभाव को केवल सही जानकारी और संवाद से ही मिटाया जा सकता है। उन्होंने सुझाव दिया कि पोस्टर प्रतियोगिता, सोशल मीडिया रील्स और डिजिटल कहानियों के माध्यम से सफल उपचार की गाथाएं लोगों तक पहुंचाई जाएं।

कार्यक्रम में ब्लॉक कोलायत टीबी वरिष्ट उपचार पर्यवेक्षक लक्ष्मीकांत छंगाणी ने बताया कि टीबी मुक्त ग्राम पंचायत अभियान के तहत विद्यालय में टीबी के बारे में वीडियो के माध्यम से जानकारी देकर जागरूक किया और निश्चय पौषण योजना और डीबीटी योजना के बारे में बताया ।

हदाँ औषधालय प्रभारी डॉ दुर्गाप्रसाद मौर्य ने बताया कि आयुष्मान आदर्श ग्राम योजना का उद्देश्य पारंपरिक चिकित्सा पद्धतियों के जरिए स्वास्थ्य में सुधार करके ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में आमजन का आहार विहार, दिनचर्या, ऋतुचर्या, प्रकृति परीक्षण, तंबाकू मुक्त,टीबी मुक्त आदि 18 प्रकार का स्वास्थ्य सूचकांकों के माध्यम से समाज को निरोगी बनाना है। 18 स्वास्थ्य सूचकांकों पर शत प्रतिशत प्राप्ति होने पर ग्राम पंचायत को 11 लाख रुपए प्रोत्साहन राशि दी जाएगी।

इस अवसर पर रा.उ.मा.विद्यालय और महात्मा गांधी इंग्लिश मीडियम विद्यालय हदाँ से 100 से अधिक बच्चों और अध्यापक लक्ष्मणसिंह, अमित , विक्रम विश्नोई और ग्रामीणों ने टीबी मुक्त और तंबाकू मुक्त ग्राम पंचायत के निर्माण के लिए अपनी प्रतिबद्धता दोहराई। सभी ने संकल्प लिया कि वे इस संदेश को जन-जन तक पहुंचाकर टीबी मुक्त और तंबाकू मुक्त ग्राम पंचायत के लक्ष्य को सिद्ध करेंगे।

कार्यक्रम में कोलायत ब्लॉक मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डॉ सुनील जैन, हदाँ सीएचसी प्रभारी डॉ भरत ओझा व डॉ ऐश्वर्या, आयुर्वेद नर्स किरण रेगर, एसटीएलएस राजेश कुमार रंगा,सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी राकेश, लालचंद, योग प्रशिक्षक गिरधारी लाल व आशा दुर्गा देवी और उर्मिला आदि उपस्थित रहे।

Educational institutions must be tobacco-free: Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Pukhraj Sadh stated that educational institutions must be tobacco-free and conduct regular health activities to cultivate a healthy generation.

Public awareness programs will be held at the Gram Panchayat level.
District Tuberculosis Officer Dr. C.S. Modi stated that the objective of this program is to transform the TB-free Gram Panchayat initiative from a mere government program to a mass movement.

During the workshop, Dr. Modi emphasized that the creative thinking of youth is the most powerful tool to eliminate misconceptions and fears related to TB from society.

Dr. Sudhansh Khatri, WHO consultant, stated that fear and discrimination against TB can only be eradicated through accurate information and communication. He suggested that stories of successful treatment be disseminated through poster competitions, social media reels, and digital stories.

At the event, Block Kolayat TB Senior Treatment Supervisor Laxmikant Changani stated that as part of the TB-Free Gram Panchayat Campaign, awareness was created in schools by providing information about TB through videos, and the Nishchay Poshan Yojana and DBT scheme were also explained.

Hadan Dispensary Incharge Dr. Durga Prasad Maurya stated that the Ayushman Adarsh ​​Gram Yojana aims to improve health through traditional medical practices and make the rural community healthy by addressing 18 health indicators, including dietary habits, daily routines, seasonal routines, nature testing, tobacco-free, and TB-free. Upon achieving 100% achievement on all 18 health indicators, the Gram Panchayat will receive an incentive of ₹1.1 million.

On this occasion, more than 100 children from Government Upper Primary School and Mahatma Gandhi English Medium School, Hadan, teachers Laxman Singh, Amit, Vikram Vishnoi and villagers reiterated their commitment to build a TB-free and tobacco-free Gram Panchayat. All of them pledged that they will achieve the goal of a TB-free and tobacco-free Gram Panchayat by spreading this message to every person.
