बीकानेर / कोलायत, @MaruSangram। राजकीय बालिका उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय कोलायत में बुधवार को टीबी मुक्त भारत अभियान के अंतर्गत जागरूकता रैली एवं विशेष शिक्षण सत्र का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य छात्राओं एवं समुदाय में क्षय रोग के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाना और टीबी उन्मूलन के लिए सामूहिक प्रयासों को मजबूत करना रहा। कार्यक्रम में खंड मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ. सुनील जैन मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में उपस्थित रहे।

उन्होंने छात्राओं को संबोधित करते हुए बताया कि टीबी एक पूरी तरह से इलाज़ योग्य बीमारी है और इसके लिए सरकार द्वारा निःशुल्क जाँच, दवाइयाँ एवं पोषण सहायता उपलब्ध कराई जाती है। उन्होंने कहा कि विद्यार्थियों की भागीदारी अभियान को जन-जन तक पहुँचाने में अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है।

कार्यक्रम में स्वास्थ्य विभाग की टीम से एसटीएलएस लक्ष्मीकांत, नर्सिंग ऑफिसर सरफराज सहित अन्य कार्मिक मौजूद रहे।

टीम ने टीबी के लक्षण, संक्रमण के तरीके, डॉट्स उपचार पद्धति और समय पर जाँच करवाने के महत्व पर विस्तृत जानकारी दी। उन्होंने बताया कि लगातार खाँसी, वजन घटना, कमजोरी, बुखार या रात में पसीना आना जैसे लक्षण दिखें तो तुरंत नजदीकी स्वास्थ्य केंद्र में जाँच करवानी चाहिए।

विद्यालय की वाइस प्रिंसिपल मंजू सुथार, शिक्षिका शीला चूरा, गोविंद राम, हजारी राम, कमल किशोर, लक्ष्मी प्रजापत सहित विद्यालय के अन्य शिक्षकगण कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित रहे और आयोजन में सक्रिय भूमिका निभाई। इस दौरान कक्षा 3 से 12 तक की सभी छात्राओं ने हाथों में जागरूकता स्लोगन वाले पोस्टर लेकर रैली निकाली।

रैली विद्यालय परिसर से शुरू होकर मुख्य मार्गों से होकर गुज़री, जहाँ छात्राओं ने “टीबी हराएंगे–देश बचाएँगे”, “टीबी का इलाज मुफ्त है”, “लक्षण दिखें तो तुरंत जाँच कराएँ” जैसे नारे लगाकर लोगों को जागरूक किया।

कार्यक्रम के अंत में स्वास्थ्य विभाग की टीम ने छात्रों को टीबी उन्मूलन की दिशा में सहयोग करने, परिवार और समुदाय में जागरूकता फैलाने तथा लक्षण दिखने पर तुरंत जाँच करवाने की शपथ दिलाई। विद्यालय प्रशासन और स्वास्थ्य विभाग के संयुक्त प्रयासों से यह कार्यक्रम सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न हुआ एवं स्थानीय समुदाय में टीबी रोकथाम का सशक्त संदेश पहुँचा।

Rally and awareness program organized in Kolayat under the TB-Free India Campaign…

Bikaner/Kolayat, @MaruSangram. An awareness rally and special educational session were organized at the Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Kolayat, on Wednesday under the TB-Free India Campaign. The program aimed to raise awareness about tuberculosis among students and the community and strengthen collective efforts to eradicate it. Dr. Sunil Jain, the Block Chief Medical and Health Officer, was the chief guest at the event.

Addressing the students, he explained that TB is a completely curable disease, and the government provides free testing, medicines, and nutritional support. He emphasized that student participation is crucial in spreading the campaign to the public.

STLS Laxmikant, Nursing Officer Sarfaraz, and other personnel from the Health Department were present at the event.

The team provided detailed information on the symptoms of TB, modes of infection, DOTS treatment method, and the importance of timely testing. He advised that if symptoms such as persistent cough, weight loss, weakness, fever, or night sweats occur, one should immediately seek medical attention at the nearest health center.

School Vice Principal Manju Suthar, teachers Sheela Chura, Govind Ram, Hazari Ram, Kamal Kishore, Lakshmi Prajapat, and other teachers were present at the event and played an active role in organizing it. During the event, all female students from grades 3 to 12 took part in a rally carrying posters with awareness slogans.

The rally began from the school campus and passed through main roads, where the female students raised awareness by raising slogans such as “We will defeat TB – we will save the country,” “TB treatment is free,” and “If symptoms appear, get tested immediately.”

At the end of the program, the health department team administered a pledge to the students to cooperate in TB eradication, spread awareness within their families and communities, and get tested immediately if symptoms appear. Through the joint efforts of the school administration and the health department, the program was successful and a strong message of TB prevention was conveyed to the local community.
