कोलकाता और बीकानेर से प्रकाशित होने वाले ‘देश और व्यापार’ समाचार पत्र की स्थापना वरिष्ठ पत्रकार श्री प्रकाश पुगलिया ने वर्ष 1979 में कोलकाता में की थी।
