बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। राजस्थान विधान सभा के अधिनियम के अंतर्गत वर्ष 2015 में स्थापित, आरएनबी ग्लोबल यूनिवर्सिटी पश्चिमी राजस्थान में शैक्षणिक उत्कृष्टता का प्रतीक बनकर उभरी है। यह विश्वविद्यालय राजस्थान के बीकानेर शहर में फैले 86 एकड़ के विशाल हरित शहरी परिसर में स्थित है।
आरएनबी ग्लोवल यूनिवर्सिटी की स्थापना स्व. जगन्नाथ बजाज की दूरदर्शी सोच का परिणाम है, जो एक समर्पित समाजसेवी एवं पर्यावरणविद् थे। उनका उद्देश्य बीकानेर और इसके आसपास के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में सामाजिक, आर्थिक एवं शैक्षणिक रूप से पिछड़े समुदायों का उत्थान करना था।
इतिहास और विरासत
स्वर्गीय जगन्नाथ बजाज की सामाजिक उत्थान की दूरदृष्टि से प्रेरित होकर आरएनबी ग्लोबल यूनिवर्सिटी की स्थापना की गई, जिसका उद्देश्य गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा एवं समग्र विकास को बढ़ावा देना था।
विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग (UGC) की धारा 2 (एफ) के अंतर्गत मान्यता प्राप्त यह विश्वविद्यालय अपने पहले NAAC मूल्यांकन चक्र में B++ ग्रेड प्राप्त करने में सफल रहा, और पुनर्मूल्यांकन में “A” ग्रेड प्राप्त कर लिया जो कि पश्चिमी राजस्थान के किसी निजी विश्वविद्यालय के लिए एक दुर्लभ उपलब्धि है।
NAAC द्वारा “A” ग्रेड से मान्यता प्राप्त, आरएनबी ग्लोबल यूनिवर्सिटी के विधि कार्यक्रमों को बार काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया (BCI) द्वारा तथा B.Sc. (ऑनर्स) एग्रीकल्चर कार्यक्रम को भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान परिषद (ICAR) द्वारा अनुमोदित किया गया है।
यह विश्वविद्यालय न केवल शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में बल्कि सामुदायिक विकास, अनुसंधान और नवाचार के क्षेत्र में भी अपनी अमिट छाप छोड़ चुका है, और इसने क्षेत्र में एक परिवर्तनकारी शक्ति के रूप में अपनी पहचान बनाई है।
विशेष उल्लेखनीय है कि कोविड-19 महामारी के प्रारंभिक दिनों में ही विश्वविद्यालय ने तीन दिनों के भीतर ऑनलाइन कक्षाओं में रूपांतरण कर अपनी दक्षता और तत्परता का परिचय दिया।
शैक्षणिक कार्यक्रम
आरएनबी ग्लोबल यूनिवर्सिटी विज्ञान, वाणिज्य, प्रबंधन, विधि और कला जैसे विविध विषयों में स्नातक (UG), परास्नातक (PG) और डॉक्टरेट (Ph.D.) स्तर के अनेक कार्यक्रम प्रदान करती है। ये सभी कार्यक्रम तीन संकायों के अंतर्गत संचालित होते हैं और इन्हें राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति (NEP) 2020 के अनुरूप डिज़ाइन किया गया है, जिसमें ब्लूम्स टैक्सोनॉमी को भी अपनाया गया है।
भारतीय ज्ञान परंपरा (Indian Knowledge System IKS) पर आधारित 25 वैल्यू एडेड कोर्स (VACs) विद्यार्थियों को समग्र और सांस्कृतिक रूप से समृद्ध शिक्षा प्रदान करते हैं।
यहां के अध्यापकगण विश्व की प्रतिष्ठित शैक्षणिक एवं औद्योगिक संस्थाओं से अनुभव प्राप्त करके आते हैं, और केस आधारित शिक्षण, इंटर्नशिप, लाइव प्रोजेक्ट्स, अतिथि व्याख्यान, तथा SWAYAM/NPTEL जैसे प्लेटफॉर्म्स से एम.ओ.ओ.सी. प्रमाणपत्र जैसे नवाचारी शिक्षण विधियों का प्रयोग करते हैं।
आरएनबी ग्लोबल यूनिवर्सिटी में अंतर्विषयक पाठ्यक्रम (interdisciplinary courses), परिणाम आधारित शिक्षा (Outcome-Based Education) और डिजिटल शिक्षण प्लेटफॉर्म्स का समावेश किया गया है, जिससे शैक्षणिक गुणवता को और अधिक प्रभावशाली बनाया जा सके।
विधि एवं कला संकाय
स्कूल ऑफ लॉ दद्वारा 5 वर्षीय BA LL.B, 5 वर्षीय BBA LL.B, 3 वर्षीय LL.B, 2 वर्षीय LL.M तथा पीएच.डी. कार्यक्रम संचालित किए जाते हैं।
यूनिवर्सिटी कैम्पस में वर्ष 2025 में आयोजित प्रतियोगिता में 36 टीमों ने भाग लिया, जिनमें भारत भर के नेशनल लॉ यूनिवर्सिटीज़ भी शामिल थे।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Established in the year 2015 under the Act of Rajasthan Legislative Assembly, RNB Global University has emerged as a symbol of educational excellence in western Rajasthan. The university is located in a sprawling green urban campus of 86 acres spread in Bikaner city of Rajasthan.
The establishment of RNB Global University is the result of the visionary thinking of Late Jagannath Bajaj, who was a dedicated social worker and environmentalist. His aim was to uplift the socially, economically and educationally backward communities in Bikaner and its surrounding rural areas.
History and Heritage
Inspired by the vision of social upliftment of Late Jagannath Bajaj, RNB Global University was established with the aim of promoting quality education and holistic development.
Accredited under Section 2(f) of the University Grants Commission (UGC), the University managed to secure B++ grade in its first NAAC assessment cycle, and “A” grade in re-assessment, a rare achievement for a private university in Western Rajasthan.
Accredited with “A” grade by NAAC, RNB Global University’s Law programmes have been approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI) and B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture programme by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR).
The University has left an indelible mark not only in the field of education but also in the field of community development, research and innovation, and has established itself as a transformative force in the region.
It is noteworthy that in the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, the University demonstrated its efficiency and readiness by converting to online classes within three days.
