अक्कासर, @MaruSangram। प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र अक्कासर में आज मुख्यमंत्री आयुष्मान आरोग्य शिविर का आयोजन किया गया। शिविर में बड़ी संख्या में लोगों ने स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का लाभ उठाया।
इस अवसर पर प्रसवपूर्व जांच, नियमित टीकाकरण, संचारी और गैर-संचारी रोगों की जाँच एवं उपचार, नेत्र रोगों की जाँच, मोतियाबिंद की पहचान एवं चश्मा वितरण के साथ-साथ दंत रोगों की स्क्रीनिंग और उपचार की सेवाएँ उपलब्ध कराई गईं।
टेली कन्सल्टेंसी ई-संजीवनी के माध्यम से चर्म रोग, ईएनटी, मनोरोग एवं अस्थि रोगों का उपचार किया गया। शिविर में कुल 915 मरीजों ने ओपीडी में अपनी जाँच व उपचार कराया।
टीकाकरण के तहत 9 बच्चों और 2 गर्भवती महिलाओं का टीकाकरण किया गया। साथ ही 203 लोगों की गैर-संचारी रोगों (NCD) की स्क्रीनिंग की गई। टेली कन्सल्टेंसी के माध्यम से 16 मरीजों को सेवाएँ दी गईं और 70 आभा आईडी का निर्माण किया गया। लैब जाँचों में सीबीसी और विभिन्न प्रकार की जाँचे की गई।
शिविर का निरीक्षण चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य विभाग के संयुक्त उप निदेशक डॉ. राहुल हर्ष, मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ. राजेश गुप्ता और ई-विन प्रभारी योगेश शर्मा द्वारा किया गया। उन्होंने शिविर में दी जा रही सेवाओं पर संतोष व्यक्त किया और टीम के कार्य की सराहना की।
शिविर में चिकित्सा अधिकारी प्रभारी अक्कासर डॉ. माधुरी चौधरी, चिकित्सा अधिकारी प्रभारी गजनेर डॉ. दुर्गावती, दंत चिकित्सक डॉ. शिवानी कोहली और आयुष चिकित्सक डॉ. चंद्रशेखर ने अपनी सेवाएँ प्रदान कीं।
इस अवसर पर सरपंच अक्कासर सहित अन्य जन प्रतिनिधियों ने भी सरकार की स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं पर संतोष व्यक्त किया और इसे ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के लिए अत्यंत लाभकारी बताया।
इस शिविर का उद्देश्य लोगों तक स्वास्थ्य सेवाएँ पहुँचाना और जागरूकता बढ़ाना रहा जो सफलतापूर्वक पूरा हुआ।

Akkasar, @MaruSangram. Chief Minister Ayushman Arogya Camp was organized today at Primary Health Center Akkasar. A large number of people took advantage of health services in the camp.
On this occasion, services like prenatal checkup, regular vaccination, checkup and treatment of communicable and non-communicable diseases, checkup of eye diseases, identification of cataract and distribution of glasses as well as screening and treatment of dental diseases were provided.
Treatment of skin diseases, ENT, psychiatry and bone diseases was done through tele consultancy e-Sanjeevani. A total of 915 patients got their checkup and treatment done in OPD in the camp.
Under vaccination, 9 children and 2 pregnant women were vaccinated. Also, 203 people were screened for non-communicable diseases (NCD). Services were provided to 16 patients through tele-consultancy and 70 Aabha IDs were created. CBC and various types of tests were conducted in lab tests.
The camp was inspected by Joint Deputy Director of Medical and Health Department Dr. Rahul Harsh, Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Rajesh Gupta and E-Vin Incharge Yogesh Sharma. They expressed satisfaction over the services being provided in the camp and appreciated the work of the team.
Medical Officer Incharge Akkasar Dr. Madhuri Chaudhary, Medical Officer Incharge Gajner Dr. Durgavati, Dentist Dr. Shivani Kohli and Ayush Doctor Dr. Chandrashekhar provided their services in the camp.
On this occasion, Sarpanch Akkasar and other public representatives also expressed satisfaction over the health services of the government and described it as extremely beneficial for the rural area.
The objective of this camp was to provide health services to the people and increase awareness, which was successfully completed.
