जयपुर, @MaruSangram। राजस्थान हाईकोर्ट में शनिवार को गैंगस्टर लॉरेंस बिश्नोई के बयान दर्ज किए गए। गुजरात की साबरमती जेल से वीसी के जरिए बयान हुए। ट्रैवल्स व्यवसायी मनीष जैन से रंगदारी वसूली के मामले में लॉरेंस ने कोर्ट के सभी सवालों का जवाब देते हुए पूरे प्रकरण को झूठा बताया। पुलिस पर फर्जी कार्रवाई कर फसाने का भी आरोप लगाया।
गैंगस्टर का कहना है कि मैं जेल में बंद था, ऐसे में मोबाइल पर धमकाना संभव नहीं है। दरअसल, 17 मार्च 2017 को जोधपुर के शास्त्री नगर थाने में निजी ट्रेवल्स मालिक मनीष जैन ने लॉरेंस बिश्नोई के नाम से धमकी मिलने की रिपोर्ट दी थी।
जानिए आखिर क्या है पूरा मामला:
पीड़ित ने रिपोर्ट कि उसकी दुकान पर 2 लोगों ने फायरिंग करने का प्रयास किया था. लेकिन रिवॉल्वर में गोली फंस जाने की वजह से फायर नहीं हो सका। मामले में निजी ट्रेवल्स के मालिक ने सीसीटीवी फुटेज भी पुलिस को सौंपे थे।
इस फायरिंग के बाद मनीष जैन के मोबाइल पर अंतरराष्ट्रीय कॉल से लॉरेंस बिश्नोई के नाम से धमकी भी आई थी और उससे रंगदारी की मांग की गई थी।
इस मामले में पुलिस ने जांच करते हुए लॉरेंस विश्नोई और उसके भाई अनमोल बिश्नोई को मास्टरमाइंड मानते हुए जांच शुरू की थी।
वकील ने कहा- घटना के वक्त जोधपुर नहीं, जेल में था लॉरेंस:
इसी प्रकरण में जोधपुर के महानगर मजिस्ट्रेट संख्या 7 के मजिस्ट्रेट हर्षित हाड़ा की अदालत में लॉरेंस की पेश हुई। लॉरेंस बिश्नोई ने अपने ऊपर लगाए गए तमाम आरोपों से इनकार किया। उसके वकील संजय बिश्नोई ने कहा कि लॉरेंस पिछले 11 साल से पुलिस की हिरासत में है और घटना के वक्त वह जोधपुर में नहीं था।
पुलिस ने लॉरेंस और उसके भाई अनमोल विश्नोई दोनों को झूठा फंसाया है। हालांकि इस मामले की सुनवाई आज अधूरी रही।
लॉरेंस बिश्नोई को करीब 55 सवालों की लिस्ट दी गई थी। जिसमें से कुछ ही सवालों पर उसके जवाब वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिए दर्ज किए गए।

Jaipur, @MaruSangram. Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s statement was recorded in Rajasthan High Court on Saturday. Statements were made through VC from Sabarmati Jail in Gujarat. Lawrence, while answering all the questions of the court in the case of extortion from travel businessman Manish Jain, called the entire episode false. He also accused the police of trapping him by taking fake action.
The gangster says that I was in jail, so it is not possible to threaten on mobile. In fact, on March 17, 2017, private travel owner Manish Jain had reported receiving threats in the name of Lawrence Bishnoi in Shastri Nagar police station of Jodhpur.
Know what is the whole matter:
The victim reported that 2 people had tried to fire at his shop. But the revolver could not fire because the bullet was stuck in it. In this case, the owner of the private travels also handed over the CCTV footage to the police.
After this firing, Manish Jain also received a threat in the name of Lawrence Bishnoi from an international call on his mobile and extortion was demanded from him.
While investigating this case, the police started the investigation considering Lawrence Vishnoi and his brother Anmol Bishnoi as the masterminds.
The lawyer said – Lawrence was in jail, not Jodhpur at the time of the incident:
In this case, Lawrence appeared in the court of Magistrate Harshit Hada of Metropolitan Magistrate No. 7 of Jodhpur. Lawrence Bishnoi denied all the allegations leveled against him. His lawyer Sanjay Bishnoi said that Lawrence has been in police custody for the last 11 years and he was not in Jodhpur at the time of the incident.
The police have falsely implicated both Lawrence and his brother Anmol Vishnoi. However, the hearing of this case remained incomplete today.
Lawrence Bishnoi was given a list of about 55 questions. Out of which, his answers to only a few questions were recorded through video conferencing.
