बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। आयुष्मान आदर्श ग्राम योजना के तहत शनिवार को स्वास्थ्य विभाग एवं आयुर्वेद विभाग की टीम ने ग्राम गुड़ा से जुड़ी आसपास की ढाणियों का भ्रमण कर स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की जमीनी स्थिति का जायजा लिया। टीम ने टीबी रोगियों तथा अति गंभीर गर्भावस्था के मामलों में घर-घर पहुंचकर उपचार, जांच एवं स्वास्थ्य देखभाल की जानकारी ली।
जिला क्षय एवं एड्स नियंत्रण अधिकारी डॉ. सी.एस. मोदी एवं वरिष्ठ आयुर्वेद चिकित्साधिकारी तथा राजकीय आयुर्वेद औषधालय गुड़ा के प्रभारी डॉ. इरशाद रफीक के नेतृत्व में किए गए भ्रमण के दौरान संबंधित मरीजों एवं उनके परिजनों से स्वास्थ्य संबंधी जानकारी ली गई। अति गंभीर गर्भावस्था के मामलों में संभावित जोखिमों से बचाव, समय पर जांच, नियमित चिकित्सकीय परामर्श एवं आवश्यक देखरेख के संबंध में स्वास्थ्य जागरूकता दी गई।
18 स्वास्थ्य इंडिकेटर्स की प्रगति की समीक्षा
इस अवसर पर डॉ. सी.एस. मोदी ने आयुष्मान आदर्श ग्राम योजना के सभी 18 स्वास्थ्य इंडिकेटर्स की प्रगति की समीक्षा की तथा संबंधित स्वास्थ्य गतिविधियों की जानकारी ली। उन्होंने बताया कि बजट घोषणा वर्ष 2025-26 के तहत पारंपरिक चिकित्सा पद्धतियों को बढ़ावा देने और गांवों को पूर्णतः निरोगी बनाने के उद्देश्य से आयुष्मान आदर्श ग्राम योजना प्रारंभ की गई है। योजना के माध्यम से स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को ग्रामीण स्तर तक प्रभावी रूप से पहुंचाने और विभिन्न स्वास्थ्य संकेतकों में सुधार के लिए निरंतर प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं।
भ्रमण के दौरान एसटीएस लक्ष्मीकांत छंगाणी ने सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी नीलिमा ज्यानी, एएनएम कविता एवं आशा पुष्पा सहित अन्य कार्मिकों को निक्षय पोषण योजना के तहत डीबीटी, आभा आईडी, जियो-टैगिंग, एक्स-रे अपडेट तथा मरीजों के समय पर फॉलोअप के संबंध में आवश्यक जानकारी दी।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Under the Ayushman Adarsh Gram Yojana, a team from the Health Department and the Ayurveda Department visited the surrounding hamlets in Guda village on Saturday to assess the on-the-ground health services. The team went door-to-door to gather information on treatment, testing, and health care for TB patients and those with severe pregnancy complications.
During the visit, led by District Tuberculosis and AIDS Control Officer Dr. C.S. Modi and Senior Ayurveda Medical Officer and In-charge of the Government Ayurveda Dispensary, Guda, Dr. Irshad Rafiq, health information was collected from the patients and their families. Health awareness was provided regarding prevention of potential risks, timely screening, regular medical consultation, and necessary care in cases of severe pregnancy complications.
Review of Progress on 18 Health Indicators
On this occasion, Dr. C.S. Modi reviewed the progress of all 18 health indicators under the Ayushman Adarsh Gram Yojana and inquired about related health activities. He explained that the Ayushman Adarsh Gram Yojana was launched under the Budget 2025-26 with the aim of promoting traditional medical practices and ensuring complete health in villages. Through the scheme, continuous efforts are being made to effectively deliver health services to the rural level and improve various health indicators.
During the visit, STS Laxmikant Chhangani provided essential information to Community Health Officer Neelima Jyani, ANM Kavita, ASHA Pushpa, and other staff regarding DBT, Aabha ID, geo-tagging, X-ray updates, and timely patient follow-up under the Nikshay Poshan Yojana.
