अजमेर, @MaruSangram। अजमेर जिले के अरांई थाना क्षेत्र के छोटालांबा गांव में हुई महिला के ब्लाइंड मर्डर के सनसनीखेज मामले का पुलिस ने महज 6 घंटे के भीतर पर्दाफाश कर दिया है। ज्वार के खेत में आपत्तिजनक हालत में देखकर टोकने पर आरोपी और उसकी नाबालिग साथी ने बदनामी के डर से महिला की हत्या कर शव को कुएं में फेंक दिया था। पुलिस ने मामले में त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए मुख्य आरोपी शंकरलाल बैरवा (25) को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है, जबकि वारदात में शामिल एक नाबालिग बालिका को निरुद्ध किया है।
कुएं में मिला था महिला का शव, गले पर थे कसने के निशान
घटनाक्रम के अनुसार गुरुवार को अरांई पुलिस को सूचना मिली कि बोराड़ा रोड स्थित एक कुएं में महिला का शव तैर रहा है। ग्रामीणों की मदद से शव को बाहर निकाला गया, जिसकी पहचान छोटालांबा निवासी सोनी देवी (38) पत्नी बजरंग लाल बैरवा के रूप में हुई। मृतका के गले पर ओढ़नी का फंदा कसने और सिर पर चोट के निशान मिलने से मामला हत्या का प्रतीत हुआ।
राजकीय यज्ञनारायण चिकित्सालय किशनगढ़ में मेडिकल बोर्ड से कराए गए पोस्टमार्टम में डॉक्टरों ने गला घोंटने से मौत की पुष्टि की। इसके बाद मृतका के पति की रिपोर्ट पर पुलिस ने हत्या का मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच शुरू की।
संदिग्ध हरकतों और गले के निशान से खुला राज
मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए अजमेर रेंज आईजी डॉ. रवि, एसपी हर्षवर्धन अग्रवाला और एएसपी ग्रामीण लालचंद कायल के निर्देश पर सीओ किशनगढ़ आयुष वशिष्ठ के सुपरविजन में थानाधिकारी राजमल के नेतृत्व में विशेष टीम गठित की गई। एफएसएल और एमओबी टीमों ने मौके से साक्ष्य जुटाए।
पुलिस ने जब आसपास के खेतों में काम करने वाले लोगों से पूछताछ की, तो स्थानीय निवासी शंकरलाल बैरवा घबरा गया और मनगढ़ंत कहानियां गढ़ने लगा। गहनता से निरीक्षण करने पर पुलिस की नजर शंकर के गले पर बने झपट्टे (खरोंच) के निशानों पर पड़ी। सही जवाब न दे पाने पर जब मनोवैज्ञानिक और तकनीकी साक्ष्यों के आधार पर कड़ाई से पूछताछ की गई, तो आरोपी ने अपना जुर्म कबूल कर लिया।
बदनामी के डर से की हत्या, शव कुएं में फेंका
पूछताछ में सामने आया कि बुधवार 2 सितंबर को दोपहर करीब 1 बजे आरोपी शंकरलाल बैरवा बाड़े के पास अपने ज्वार के खेत में एक पूर्व परिचित नाबालिग बालिका के साथ मौजूद था। इसी दौरान पास के खेत से पशुओं के लिए चारा लेकर गुजर रही सोनी देवी ने उन्हें इस स्थिति में देख लिया और डांट-डपट की।
बदनामी होने के डर से दोनों ने मिलकर ज्वार के खेत में ही सोनी देवी की ओढ़नी से गला घोंटकर उसकी हत्या कर दी। इसके बाद आरोपी ने बालिका को घर भेज दिया और अंधेरा होने पर शव को पास के कुएं में फेंक दिया। खुद को निर्दोष साबित करने के लिए शातिर आरोपी दिनभर परिजनों के साथ मिलकर मृतका की तलाश करने का नाटक करता रहा।
हालांकि शव मिलने के बाद पकड़े जाने के डर से वह गांव छोड़कर भागने की फिराक में था, लेकिन अरांई, बोराड़ा, किशनगढ़ और बांदरसिंदरी पुलिस की संयुक्त कार्रवाई से कानून के शिकंजे में आ गया। फिलहाल पुलिस गिरफ्तार आरोपी से अग्रिम अनुसंधान कर रही है।

Ajmer, @MaruSangram. Police have solved the sensational case of a woman’s blind murder in Chhotalamba village, under the Arani police station area of Ajmer district, within just 6 hours. The accused and his minor accomplice, fearing disgrace after being confronted while they were seen in an objectionable position in a sorghum field, murdered the woman and threw her body into a well. Police took prompt action in the case and arrested the main accused, Shankarlal Bairwa (25), and detained a minor girl involved in the crime.
Woman’s body found in a well with strangulation marks
According to the incident, on Thursday, Arani police received information that a woman’s body was floating in a well on Borada Road. With the help of villagers, the body was recovered and identified as Soni Devi (38), wife of Bajrang Lal Bairwa, a resident of Chhotalamba. The presence of a scarf around the neck and injury marks on the head suggested a case of murder.
In a post-mortem conducted by a medical board at the Government Yagnanarayan Hospital, Kishangarh, doctors confirmed the cause of death as strangulation. Following a report from the deceased’s husband, police registered a murder case and initiated an investigation.
Suspicious movements and marks on the neck revealed the mystery.
Given the seriousness of the case, a special team was formed under the leadership of Station Officer Rajmal, under the supervision of CO Kishangarh Ayush Vashishtha, on the instructions of Ajmer Range IG Dr. Ravi, SP Harshvardhan Aggarwal, and ASP Rural Lalchand Kayal. FSL and MOB teams collected evidence from the scene.
When police questioned people working in the nearby fields, local resident Shankarlal Bairwa became nervous and began fabricating stories. Upon closer inspection, police noticed scratch marks on Shankar’s neck. Unable to provide a convincing answer, the accused confessed to the crime when rigorously questioned based on psychological and technical evidence.
Murdered out of fear of disrepute, body thrown into a well
Interrogation revealed that on Wednesday, September 2, at around 1 pm, the accused Shankarlal Bairwa was present with a minor girl, a former acquaintance, in his sorghum field near the barn. Meanwhile, Soni Devi, who was passing by a nearby field carrying fodder for the animals, saw them in this situation and scolded them.
Fearing disgrace, the two men strangled Soni Devi to death in the sorghum field with her shawl. The accused then sent the girl home and, after dark, threw the body into a nearby well. To prove his innocence, the cunning accused, along with the family, pretended to be searching for the deceased throughout the day.
Although, fearing arrest after the body was found, he was trying to flee the village, but a joint operation by the Arani, Borada, Kishangarh, and Bandarsindri police brought him to justice. Police are currently conducting further investigations with the arrested accused.
