बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। बीकानेर पुलिस ने अपराध और मादक पदार्थ तस्करी के खिलाफ चलाए जा रहे विशेष अभियान “ऑपरेशन नीलकंठ” के तहत बुधवार को दो महत्वपूर्ण कार्रवाई करते हुए बड़ी सफलता हासिल की। एक ओर पुलिस ने करोड़ों रुपये की कथित अवैध संपत्ति फ्रीज की, वहीं दूसरी ओर अंतरराज्यीय नार्को-आर्म्स सिंडिकेट से जुड़े 75 हजार रुपये के इनामी आरोपी को गिरफ्तार किया।
₹1.18 करोड़ की अवैध संपत्ति फ्रीज
पुलिस अधीक्षक मृदुल कच्छावा के निर्देशन में सदर थाना पुलिस ने बीएनएस की धारा 68F के तहत हिस्ट्रीशीटर सत्तार अली उर्फ सत्तार मुट्टा और उसके परिजनों की कथित अवैध रूप से अर्जित संपत्ति फ्रीज करने की कार्रवाई की।
पुलिस के अनुसार फतेहपुरा स्थित दो मकानों की अनुमानित कीमत ₹1 करोड़ 10 लाख तथा बैंक खाते में जमा ₹8.49 लाख सहित कुल ₹1 करोड़ 18 लाख 49 हजार 305 रुपये की संपत्ति फ्रीज की गई। बताया गया है कि आरोपी और उसके परिवार के खिलाफ 46 आपराधिक मामले दर्ज हैं।
75 हजार का इनामी तस्कर गिरफ्तार
बीकानेर पुलिस की साइबर सेल, जिला स्पेशल टीम और खाजूवाला थाना पुलिस की संयुक्त कार्रवाई में राकेश प्रजापत को गिरफ्तार किया गया। आरोपी पर बीकानेर रेंज की ओर से ₹50 हजार और पाली पुलिस की ओर से ₹25 हजार का इनाम घोषित था।
पुलिस के अनुसार आरोपी के खिलाफ राजस्थान, पंजाब, गोवा और कर्नाटक सहित विभिन्न राज्यों में 22 आपराधिक मामले दर्ज हैं। उसे हाल ही में बीकानेर में हुई 75 करोड़ रुपये की हेरोइन बरामदगी तथा खाजूवाला के नार्को-आर्म्स ड्रोन ड्रॉपिंग प्रकरण का कथित मास्टरमाइंड माना जा रहा है।
जांच जारी
प्रारंभिक पूछताछ में पुलिस को जानकारी मिली है कि आरोपी लंबे समय से अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर सक्रिय नार्को-आर्म्स नेटवर्क से जुड़ा हुआ था और विभिन्न राज्यों में फर्जी पहचान के सहारे फरार चल रहा था। पुलिस अब उससे पूछताछ कर नेटवर्क से जुड़े अन्य लोगों की जानकारी जुटा रही है।
पुलिस का संदेश
बीकानेर पुलिस ने स्पष्ट किया है कि ऑपरेशन नीलकंठ के तहत अपराधियों, मादक पदार्थ तस्करों और संगठित अपराध से जुड़े लोगों के खिलाफ अभियान लगातार जारी रहेगा।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Bikaner Police achieved major success on Wednesday by conducting two significant operations as part of “Operation Neelkanth,” a special campaign against crime and drug trafficking. On one hand, the police froze alleged illegal assets worth crores of rupees, while on the other hand, arrested an accused associated with an interstate narco-arms syndicate carrying a reward of ₹75,000.
Illegal assets worth ₹1.18 crore frozen
Under the direction of Superintendent of Police Mridul Kachhwa, the Sadar police station took action to freeze the alleged illegally acquired assets of history-sheeter Sattar Ali alias Sattar Mutta and his family members under Section 68F of the IPC.
According to the police, assets worth ₹1,18,49,305, including two houses in Fatehpura with an estimated value of ₹11 million and ₹8.49 lakh in bank accounts, were frozen. It is reported that 46 criminal cases are registered against the accused and his family.
Smuggler with a reward of ₹75,000 arrested
Rakesh Prajapat was arrested in a joint operation by the Bikaner Police Cyber Cell, the District Special Team, and the Khajuwala Police Station. A reward of ₹50,000 was announced by the Bikaner Range and ₹25,000 by the Pali Police.
According to the police, the accused has 22 criminal cases registered against him in various states, including Rajasthan, Punjab, Goa, and Karnataka. He is believed to be the alleged mastermind behind the recent ₹75 crore heroin seizure in Bikaner and the Khajuwala narco-arms drone dropping incident.
Investigation continues
Initial investigations have revealed that the accused has long been associated with an international narco-arms network and has been on the run in various states using fake identities. Police are now interrogating him and gathering information about other individuals involved in the network.

Bikaner Police have clarified that Operation Neelkanth will continue its crackdown on criminals, drug traffickers, and those involved in organized crime.
