कुलदीप कुमार शर्मा ने 11 से मतगणना शुरू करवाने के लिए लिखा था पत्र

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। हाल ही संपन्न हुए राजस्थान बार काउंसिल चुनाव के बाद मतगणना जल्द शुरू करवाने की मांग को लेकर बीकानेर से प्रत्याशी कुलदीप कुमार शर्मा ने हाई पावर इलेक्शन कमेटी को पत्र लिखकर 11 मई से राजस्थान बार काउंसिल भवन में मतगणना शुरू करवाने की मांग की। जिस पर रिटर्निंग अधिकारी बार काउंसिल ऑफ राजस्थान ने नोटिस जारी कर 11 मई को दोपहर 2 बजे से बार काउंसिल भवन जोधपुर में मतगणना शुरू करने का नोटिस जारी किया है।

एडवोकेट कुलदीप कुमार शर्मा ने बताया कि बार काउंसिल में 23 सदस्यों के चुनाव हेतु मतदान अंतिम रूप से सम्पूर्ण राजस्थान में 4 मई को संपन्न हुआ था। जिसमें 84,000 कुल मतदाता पंजीबद्ध किए गए जिसमें से 63,800 अधिवक्ताओं ने अपने मताधिकार का प्रयोग किया।

इस बार चुनाव में सर्वाधिक 234 उम्मीदवारों ने चुनाव लड़ा जिसमें से 57 महिला अधिवक्ता भी चुनावी मैदान में उतरी।

बार काउंसिल में कुल 25 सदस्य के पद हे जिसमें इस बार 7 पद महिला अधिवक्ता के लिए रिजर्व रखे गए हे जिनमें से 5 का चयन चुनावी प्रक्रिया से होगा तथा शेष बचे 2 पदों पर महिला अधिवक्ताओं को नॉमिनेट किया जाएगा

Following the recently concluded Rajasthan Bar Council elections, Bikaner candidate Kuldeep Kumar Sharma wrote to the High Power Election Committee, requesting that the counting of votes begin at the Rajasthan Bar Council building on May 11th. The Returning Officer, Bar Council of Rajasthan, has issued a notice to begin counting of votes at the Bar Council building in Jodhpur on May 11th at 2 p.m.

Advocate Kuldeep Kumar Sharma stated that the final voting for the election of 23 members to the Bar Council was completed across Rajasthan on May 4th. A total of 84,000 voters were registered, of which 63,800 advocates exercised their right to vote.

This time, a maximum of 234 candidates contested the elections, of which 57 were women advocates.

There are a total of 25 member positions in the Bar Council, of which 7 positions have been reserved for women advocates. Five of these positions will be selected through the electoral process, and women advocates will be nominated for the remaining two positions.
