बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। NCC की 7 वीं राज बटालियन बीकानेर द्वारा दिसम्बर माह में जैसलमेर सैन्य क्षेत्र में आयोजित विशेष राष्ट्रीय एकीकृत कैंप (SNIC) के दौरान पाइपिंग सेरेमनी में राजकीय पॉलीटेक्निक महाविद्यालय बीकानेर के असोसिएट एनसीसी अधिकारी कैप्टन एस एल राठी को अशोक चिह्न लगाकर मेजर रैंक से अलंकृत किया गया।
समारोह में एनसीसी जोधपुर के ग्रुप कमांडर कर्नल जितेन्द्र सिंह राठौड़ व 7 वीं राज बटालियन एनसीसी बीकानेर के कमान अधिकारी कर्नल नारायण सिंह ने कैप्टन राठी को अशोक चिन्ह लगाया।
समारोह में कर्नल एम एस निज्जर, लेफ्टिनेंट कर्नल सहित 17 निदेशालयों के 22 असोसिएट एनसीसी ऑफ़िसर्स (ANO), 18-JCO/NCO तथा भारत के विभिन्न राज्यों के 300 कैडेट्स उपस्थित रहे।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. During the piping ceremony held in December at the Jaisalmer military area during the Special National Integration Camp (SNIC) organized by the 7th Rajasthan Battalion of the NCC, Captain S.L. Rathi, Associate NCC Officer of Government Polytechnic College, Bikaner, was awarded the rank of Major and presented with the Ashoka Chakra emblem.
At the ceremony, Group Commander Colonel Jitendra Singh Rathore of NCC Jodhpur and Commanding Officer Colonel Narayan Singh of the 7th Rajasthan Battalion NCC Bikaner presented Captain Rathi with the Ashoka Chakra emblem.
The ceremony was attended by Colonel M.S. Nijjar, Lieutenant Colonel, 22 Associate NCC Officers (ANOs) from 17 directorates, 18 JCOs/NCOs, and 300 cadets from various states of India.
