शिक्षा विभाग का बड़ा आदेश, प्रश्न पत्रों को लेकर नई गाइडलाइन जारी…..
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। राज्य स्तरीय समान वार्षिक परीक्षा आगामी 7 मार्च से शुरू होगी। इसमें कक्षा 9 एवं 11 के विद्यार्थी शामिल होंगे। जिन विषयों की परीक्षा समय सारिणी में शामिल नहीं है, उनकी परीक्षा विद्यालय स्तर पर आयोजित की जाएगी।
राजस्थान के शिक्षा विभाग ने स्पष्ट किया है कि किसी भी परिस्थिति में निजी विद्यालयों में प्रश्न पत्र नहीं रखे जाएंगे। निजी स्कूलों के प्रश्न पत्र संबंधित यूसीईईओ एवं पीईईओ के पास सुरक्षित रखे जाएंगे। यदि परीक्षा से पहले प्रश्न पत्रों के लिफाफे खुले पाए गए, तो इसकी पूरी जिम्मेदारी पीईईओ और यूसीईईओ की होगी।
24 घंटे कार्मिकों की ड्यूटी और रात्रिकालीन पहरा अनिवार्य
प्रश्न पत्रों की सुरक्षा के मद्देनजर यथासंभव उन्हें पुलिस थानों में रखने की व्यवस्था की जाएगी। यदि प्रश्न पत्र किसी कारण से पीईईओ या यूसीईईओ कार्यालय अथवा विद्यालय में रखे जाते हैं, तो वहां 24 घंटे कार्मिकों की ड्यूटी और रात्रिकालीन पहरा अनिवार्य होगा। प्रश्न पत्र कहां रखे जाएंगे, इसका अंतिम निर्णय जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी करेंगे।
संयुक्त निदेशक की होगी जिम्मेदारी
शिक्षा निदेशक सीताराम जाट की ओर से जारी गाइडलाइन में कहा गया है कि प्रश्न पत्र निर्माण से जुड़ा कोई भी संदेश या गतिविधि यदि सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल होती है, तो इसकी जिम्मेदारी संबंधित संयुक्त निदेशक की होगी। संबंधित पीईईओ एवं यूसीईईओ कार्यालय का कार्यभार जिस कार्मिक के पास होगा, उसी कार्मिक को परीक्षा आयोजन के दौरान प्रभारी एवं केन्द्राधीक्षक बनाया जाएगा।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. The state-level common annual examination will begin on March 7th. Students of classes 9 and 11 will participate. Examinations for subjects not included in the timetable will be conducted at the school level.
The Rajasthan Education Department has clarified that question papers will not be kept in private schools under any circumstances. The question papers for private schools will be kept securely with the concerned UCEEO and PEEO. If the envelopes containing the question papers are found open before the examination, the entire responsibility will lie with the PEEO and UCEEO.
24-hour staff duty and night watch mandatory
In view of the security of the question papers, arrangements will be made to keep them in police stations wherever possible. If, for any reason, the question papers are kept in the PEEO or UCEEO office or school, then 24-hour staff duty and a night watch will be mandatory. The final decision on where the question papers will be kept will be made by the District Education Officer.
Responsibility of the Joint Director
The guidelines issued by Education Director Sitaram Jat state that if any message or activity related to the preparation of question papers goes viral on social media, the responsibility will lie with the concerned Joint Director. The staff member in charge of the concerned PEEO and UCEEO office will be appointed as the in-charge and center superintendent during the examination.
