बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज बीकानेर में आज आइडिया जेनरेशन प्रोसेस, स्कैंपर तकनीक एवं उद्यमिता विषय पर एक एकदिवसीय फैकेल्टी डेवलपमेंट प्रोग्राम का आयोजन किया गया।

कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ महाविद्यालय रजिस्ट्रार डॉ. अमित सोनी द्वारा किया गया। अपने उद्घाटन संबोधन में महाविद्यालय रजिस्ट्रार डॉ. सोनी ने कहा कि वर्तमान समय में शिक्षकों की भूमिका केवल पाठ्यक्रम तक सीमित न रहकर विद्यार्थियों में नवाचार, रचनात्मकता एवं उद्यमशील सोच विकसित करने की दिशा में अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण हो गई है।

कार्यक्रम के मुख्य वक्ता डॉ. नवीन शर्मा ने अपने व्याख्यान में आइडिया जेनरेशन प्रोसेस को सरल एवं व्यावहारिक उदाहरणों के माध्यम से समझाया।

उन्होंने स्कैंपर तकनीक के विभिन्न चरणों पर प्रकाश डालते हुए बताया कि किस प्रकार मौजूदा विचारों को नवाचारपूर्ण एवं व्यावसायिक दृष्टि से उपयोगी बनाया जा सकता है।

उन्होंने कहा कि उद्यमिता केवल व्यवसाय प्रारंभ करने तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि यह एक सोच है, जिसे शिक्षा के माध्यम से विकसित किया जाना आवश्यक है।

कार्यक्रम में डॉ. अवधेश व्यास, डॉ. विजय मोहन व्यास, डॉ. सी. एन. श्रीमाली, डॉ. प्रीति नरूका, डॉ. शिवांगी बरसा, डॉ. विकास शर्मा, डॉ. ऋतुराज सोनी, डॉ. नरपत सिंह शेखावत, डॉ. अजय चौधरी, डॉ. मनोज छिपा, डॉ. अरुण पुरोहित, डॉ. विजय शर्मा, कमलेश कुमार सहित महाविद्यालय के अनेक संकाय सदस्य उपस्थित रहे। कार्यक्रम को लेकर प्रतिभागियों में विशेष उत्साह देखा गया और इसे अत्यंत ज्ञानवर्धक बताया गया।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. A one-day Faculty Development Program on Idea Generation Process, SCAMPER Technique, and Entrepreneurship was organized today at Engineering College Bikaner.

The program was inaugurated by the college Registrar, Dr. Amit Soni. In his inaugural address, Dr. Soni said that in the present times, the role of teachers is no longer limited to the curriculum but has become extremely important in developing innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurial thinking among students.

The main speaker of the program, Dr. Naveen Sharma, explained the idea generation process through simple and practical examples in his lecture.

He highlighted the various stages of the SCAMPER technique and explained how existing ideas can be made innovative and commercially viable.

He said that entrepreneurship is not limited to starting a business; it is a mindset that needs to be developed through education.

Many faculty members of the college, including Dr. Awadhesh Vyas, Dr. Vijay Mohan Vyas, Dr. C. N. Shrimali, Dr. Preeti Naruka, Dr. Shivangi Barsa, Dr. Vikas Sharma, Dr. Ruturaj Soni, Dr. Narpat Singh Shekhawat, Dr. Ajay Chaudhary, Dr. Manoj Chhipa, Dr. Arun Purohit, Dr. Vijay Sharma, and Kamlesh Kumar, were present at the program. The participants showed great enthusiasm for the program and described it as highly informative.
