राजस्थानी भाषा व संस्कृति का रक्षक आज के युवा – राजवीर सिंह चलकोई

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। महाराजा गंगा सिंह विश्वविद्यालय के स्ववित्तपोषित राजस्थानी विभाग एवं अधिष्ठाता, छात्र कल्याण के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में रंग राजस्थानी कार्यक्रम का आयोजन संत मीराबाई सभागार में किया गया।

मुख्य अतिथि चलकोई फाउंडेशन के राजवीर सिंह चलकोई ने राजस्थानी साहित्य : इतिहास, कला, संस्कृति का संरक्षण और संवर्धन विषय पर बोलते हुए कहा कि जनगणना में जब भाषा पूछी जाए तो राजस्थानी लिखो, जब इटली से एल पी टेस्सिटोरी बीकानेर आकर राजस्थानी व्याकरण पर किताब लिख गए तो ये सवाल कैसे उठता है कि राजस्थानी कौनसी भाषा है? क्यों नहीं आज तक इसे मान्यता दी गई? जब भाषा नहीं होती तो व्याकरण कैसे होता?

राजस्थानी की जीभ काटकर कैसे राजस्थान को आगे बढ़ाया जा सकता है? डोंगरी, मणिपुरी जैसा भाषाओं को सरकार की मान्यता है लेकिन फिर राजस्थानी के साथ ये विभेद क्यों?

राजस्थानी बोलते बच्चों को माता पिता रोकते हैं कि ऐसे नहीं ढंग से बोलो, उनका अर्थ हिंदी या अंग्रेज़ी बोलने से होता है, ऐसे में बच्चा अपनी भाषा संस्कृति के साथ कैसे जुड़ेगा? उसे अपनी भाषा बोलने में ग्लानि महसूस करवाई जाती है यही विडंबना है और इसी मानसिकता के चलते राजस्थानी भाषा अन्य स्थानीय भाषाओं के साथ दौड़ में पिछड़ी है।आंदोलन चलाना पड़ेगा वोट की चोट देनी पड़ेगी क्योंकि रोए बिना मां भी दूध नहीं पिलाती।

इससे पूर्व मंचस्थ अतिथियों ने मां सरस्वती के समक्ष माल्यार्पण कर कार्यक्रम का विधिवत शुभारंभ किया।

राजस्थानी विभाग की सह प्रभारी डॉ. लीला कौर ने स्वागत भाषण पढ़ा तो डीन स्टूडेंट्स वेलफेयर डॉ. मेघना शर्मा ने अपने उद्बोधन में राजस्थानी साहित्य को इतिहास की धरोहर बताया और कहा कि वंशावलियों के अध्ययन के साथ साथ वीर गाथाओं को आमजन तक पहुंचाने का कार्य राजस्थानी साहित्य करता है।
इससे पूर्व राजस्थानी स्वागत नृत्य में विभाग की विद्यार्थियों ने राजस्थानी छटा बिखेरी।

समारोह की अतिथि मरु कोकिला सीमा मिश्रा ने अपने मीठे कंठ से राजस्थानी गीतों का गायन मंच से कर समस्त सभागार में उपस्थित अतिथियों व विद्यार्थियों को मंत्रमुग्ध कर दिया। उद्योगपति प्रहलाद राय गोयनका ने कहा कि
राजस्थान में कई तरह की बोलियां बोली जाती हैं लेकिन भाषा एक ही है, वो है राजस्थानी।

राजस्थानी के चार स्तंभ हैं मीरा, अमृतादेवी बिश्नोई, पन्नाधाय और महाराणा प्रताप जिनके इतिहास से युवा बहुत कुछ सीख सकते हैं।

अध्यक्षीय उद्बोधन में आचार्य मनोज दीक्षित ने कहा कि आज के दौर में अपनी दृष्टि से, स्वदेशी लेखकों की दृष्टि से लिखे इतिहास को जानना सर्वथा आवश्यक है तभी हम इतिहास के मूल तक पहुंच पाएंगे।

समारोह में राजस्थानी विभाग के विद्यार्थियों को मंच से छात्रवृति वितरण किया गया गई। अंत में धन्यवाद ज्ञापन डॉ. धर्मेश हरवानी द्वारा दिया गया। समारोह का मंच संचालन अतिथि शिक्षक रामोवतार उपाध्याय ने किया।

आयोजन में प्रो. अनिल कुमार छंगाणी, प्रो. राजाराम चोयल, डॉ अनिल कुमार दुलार, डॉ. गौतम मेघवंशी, डॉ सीमा शर्मा, डॉ ज्योति लखानी, डॉ संतोष कंवर शेखावत, डॉ गौरी शंकर प्रजापत, डॉ नमामि शंकर आचार्य,वृंदा व्यास, मनोज आचार्य, उमेश शर्मा, आशीष शर्मा, बाबूलाल मोहता, राजस्थानी मोटियार परिषद के जिलाध्यक्ष हिमांशु टाक, राजेश चौधरी, प्रशांत जैन सहित विभिन्न महाविद्यालयों के विद्यार्थी सहित भारी संख्या लोग में उपस्थित रहे।

Today’s youth are the protectors of Rajasthani language and culture – Rajveer Singh Chalkoi

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. The Rang Rajasthani program was organized at the Sant Mirabai Auditorium under the joint auspices of the self-financed Rajasthani Department and the Dean of Student Welfare of Maharaja Ganga Singh University.

The chief guest, Rajveer Singh Chalkoi of the Chalkoi Foundation, speaking on the topic of Rajasthani Literature: Preservation and Promotion of History, Art, and Culture, said that when asked about language in the census, write Rajasthani. When L.P. Tessitori from Italy came to Bikaner and wrote a book on Rajasthani grammar, how can the question arise as to what kind of language Rajasthani is? Why has it not been given recognition till now? If there is no language, how can there be grammar?

How can Rajasthan progress by cutting off the tongue of Rajasthani? Languages ​​like Dogri and Manipuri have been recognized by the government, but why this discrimination against Rajasthani?

Parents stop children from speaking Rajasthani, telling them to speak properly, meaning in Hindi or English. In such a situation, how will the child connect with their language and culture? They are made to feel ashamed of speaking their own language; this is the irony, and due to this mentality, the Rajasthani language has lagged behind other local languages. An agitation will have to be launched, and the power of the vote will have to be used because even a mother doesn’t feed her child without crying.

Earlier, the guests on the stage formally inaugurated the program by offering garlands to Goddess Saraswati.

Dr. Leela Kaur, the co-in-charge of the Rajasthani Department, delivered the welcome address, while Dean of Student Welfare Dr. Meghna Sharma, in her address, described Rajasthani literature as a historical heritage and said that Rajasthani literature works to bring heroic tales to the common people along with the study of genealogies.
Earlier, the students of the department showcased the beauty of Rajasthani culture through a Rajasthani welcome dance. The guest of honor at the ceremony, Maru Kokila Seema Mishra, captivated all the guests and students present in the auditorium with her melodious rendition of Rajasthani songs from the stage. Industrialist Prahlad Rai Goenka said that
many dialects are spoken in Rajasthan, but the language is one, and that is Rajasthani.

The four pillars of Rajasthani culture are Meera, Amrita Devi Bishnoi, Panna Dhai, and Maharana Pratap, from whose history the youth can learn a great deal.

In his presidential address, Acharya Manoj Dixit said that in today’s times, it is absolutely essential to know history written from our own perspective, from the perspective of indigenous writers, only then will we be able to reach the root of history.

Scholarships were distributed to the students of the Rajasthani department from the stage during the ceremony. Finally, the vote of thanks was given by Dr. Dharmesh Harwani. The stage was managed by guest lecturer Ramavatar Upadhyay.
