बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। सादूल राजस्थानी रिसर्च इंस्टीट्यूट, बीकानेर एवं मुक्ति संस्था के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में इटली मूल के प्रसिद्ध राजस्थानी भाषा शोधकर्ता डॉ. एल.पी. तैस्सितोरी की 138वीं जयंती के अवसर पर आयोजित दो दिवसीय मातृभाषा महोत्सव का समापन रविवार को सामाजिक-सांस्कृतिक चेतना से ओतप्रोत वातावरण में हुआ।

कार्यक्रम संयोजक राजाराम स्वर्णकार ने बताया कि महोत्सव के अंतिम दिवस का मुख्य आकर्षण राजस्थानी भाषा मान्यता जागरूकता यात्रा रही, जो मुख्य डाकघर के आगे जनसभा के रूप में सम्पन्न हुई।कार्यक्रम के मुख्य अतिथि पोकरमल राजरानी गोयल ट्रस्ट के अध्यक्ष डॉ. नरेश गोयल रहे, जबकि अध्यक्षता प्रसिद्ध कवि और पोस्टमास्टर विशाल भारद्वाज ने की।

इस अवसर पर बीकानेर साहित्य-जगत व स्थानीय नागरिकों की उत्साहपूर्ण भागीदारी देखने को मिली।
वरिष्ठ कवि-कथाकार राजेन्द्र जोशी ने अपने सारगर्भित वक्तव्य में राजस्थानी भाषा को भारतीय संविधान की आठवीं अनुसूची में शामिल किए जाने के महत्व पर बल दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि भाषा किसी समाज की सांस्कृतिक पहचान होती है, और राजस्थानी भाषा को उसका संवैधानिक अधिकार मिलना समय की माँग है। उन्होंने उपस्थित जनसमूह से इस आंदोलन को जन-आन्दोलन का रूप देने की अपील की।

मुख्य अतिथि डॉ. नरेश गोयल ने कहा “राजस्थानी केवल संवाद का माध्यम नहीं बल्कि हमारी लोक-संस्कृति, इतिहास और अस्मिता की धड़कन है।

उन्होंने कहा कि डॉ. तैस्सितोरी जैसे विदेशी विद्वान ने जब इस भाषा के अध्ययन में अपना जीवन समर्पित किया, तब यह सिद्ध हुआ कि राजस्थानी भाषा का महत्व सीमाओं से परे भी है।

डाॅ. गोयल ने जन समुदाय से कहा कि अब समय है कि राजस्थान सरकार स्वयं अपनी मातृभाषा के सम्मान के लिए आगे आए। जब तक राजस्थानी को संविधान की आठवीं अनुसूची में स्थान नहीं मिलता, तब तक हमारी सांस्कृतिक पहचान अधूरी रहेगी।

अध्यक्षता कर रहे कवि एवं पोस्टमास्टर विशाल भारद्वाज ने कहा भाषा का अस्तित्व तभी जीवित रहता है जब उसके बोलने वाले गर्व से उसे अपनाते हैं।

राजस्थानी हमारी मातृभावना से जुड़ी हुई भाषा है । इसमें हमारी मिट्टी की खुशबू, हमारे लोकगीतों की तान और हमारी संस्कृति की आत्मा बसती है।”उन्होंने कहा कि इस महोत्सव का उद्देश्य महज़ उत्सव नहीं, बल्कि आंदोलन की नई चेतना जगाने का है।

कार्यक्रम संयोजक एवं साहित्यकार राजाराम स्वर्णकार ने दो दिवसीय महोत्सव की विस्तृत रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करते हुए बताया कि महोत्सव के प्रथम दिन राजस्थानी भाषा की समृद्ध परंपरा और रचनात्मकता का दर्शन हुआ।

उन्होंने कहा कि तैस्सितोरी जैसे विदेशी विद्वान का राजस्थानी परामर्श इस बात का प्रतीक है कि यह भाषा केवल क्षेत्र नहीं, बल्कि विश्व की विरासत है।

कवि-आलोचक डॉ. गौरीशंकर प्रजापत ने अपने विचारों में कहा कि राजस्थानी भाषा को मान्यता मिलना केवल भाषा का प्रश्न नहीं, बल्कि सांस्कृतिक आत्म-सम्मान का प्रश्न है। उन्होंने स्थानीय युवाओं से इस मुहिम में सक्रिय भागीदारी का आह्वान किया।

जन-जागरूकता कार्यक्रम के समापन पर उपस्थित जनसमूह ने राजस्थानी भाषा मान्यता की मान्यता के लिए सैकड़ो लोगो ने हस्ताक्षर कर समर्थन प्रकट किया।

महोत्सव का वातावरण पूरी तरह मातृभाषा प्रेम और लोक-संस्कृति की गूंज से सराबोर रहा।

The two-day Mother Tongue Festival, organized jointly by the Sadul Rajasthani Research Institute, Bikaner, and Mukti Sanstha, on the occasion of the 138th birth anniversary of the renowned Italian-born Rajasthani language researcher Dr. L.P. Tessitori, concluded on Sunday in an atmosphere brimming with socio-cultural awareness.

Program coordinator Rajaram Swarnakar informed that the main attraction of the final day of the festival was the Rajasthani Language Recognition Awareness Rally, which culminated in a public meeting in front of the main post office. The chief guest of the program was Dr. Naresh Goyal, Chairman of the Pokarmal Rajrani Goyal Trust, while the program was presided over by the renowned poet and postmaster Vishal Bhardwaj.

On this occasion, enthusiastic participation was witnessed from the literary community of Bikaner and local citizens.
Senior poet and storyteller Rajendra Joshi, in his insightful address, emphasized the importance of including the Rajasthani language in the Eighth Schedule of the Indian Constitution. He said that language is the cultural identity of a society, and granting Rajasthani language its constitutional right is the need of the hour. He appealed to the assembled crowd to transform this movement into a mass movement. Chief Guest Dr. Naresh Goyal said, “Rajasthani is not merely a medium of communication, but the very heartbeat of our folk culture, history, and identity.”

He said that when foreign scholars like Dr. Tessitori dedicated their lives to the study of this language, it proved that the importance of the Rajasthani language transcends boundaries.

Dr. Goyal urged the public to demand that the Rajasthan government take the lead in honoring its mother tongue. He stated that until Rajasthani is included in the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution, our cultural identity will remain incomplete.

The presiding officer, poet and postmaster Vishal Bhardwaj, said that a language survives only when its speakers embrace it with pride.

“Rajasthani is a language deeply connected to our motherland. It carries the fragrance of our soil, the melodies of our folk songs, and the soul of our culture,” he said. He added that the purpose of this festival was not merely to celebrate, but to awaken a new consciousness for this movement.

Program coordinator and writer Rajaram Swarnakar presented a detailed report of the two-day festival, stating that the first day showcased the rich tradition and creativity of the Rajasthani language.

He said that the work of foreign scholars like Tessitori on Rajasthani is a symbol that this language is not just a regional language, but a world heritage.

Poet and critic Dr. Gaurishankar Prajapat, in his remarks, said that recognition for the Rajasthani language is not just a linguistic issue, but a matter of cultural self-respect. He appealed to the local youth to actively participate in this campaign.

At the conclusion of the public awareness program, hundreds of people present expressed their support for the recognition of the Rajasthani language by signing a petition.

The atmosphere of the festival was completely imbued with love for the mother tongue and the resonance of folk culture.
