बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। आगामी बीकानेर ट्रेड फेयर एक्सपो के सफल आयोजन को लेकर बीकानेर व्यापार उद्योग मंडल की एक आवश्यक बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में ट्रेड एक्सपो की संपूर्ण रूपरेखा, उद्देश्य एवं विस्तृत कार्ययोजना पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई।

बैठक की अध्यक्षता व्यापार उद्योग मंडल के अध्यक्ष जुगल राठी ने की, जबकि मंडल के सचिव संजय जैन सहित वरिष्ठ पदाधिकारी एवं सदस्य बड़ी संख्या में उपस्थित रहे।

बैठक के दौरान ट्रेड एक्सपो की तैयारियों को सुचारु एवं प्रभावी ढंग से संपन्न कराने हेतु विभिन्न समितियों का गठन किया गया। गठित समितियों को आयोजन, प्रबंधन, प्रचार-प्रसार, स्टॉल आवंटन, वित्त, सुरक्षा एवं आगंतुक सुविधाओं से जुड़े दायित्व सौंपे गए।

बैठक में यह निर्णय लिया गया कि एक्सपो के माध्यम से स्थानीय एवं क्षेत्रीय व्यापारियों, उद्योगों, स्टार्टअप्स एवं हस्तशिल्प को विशेष रूप से प्रोत्साहित किया जाएगा। साथ ही एक्सपो से प्रत्यक्ष एवं अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से रोजगार के नए अवसर सृजित होने तथा स्थानीय अर्थव्यवस्था को मजबूती मिलने की संभावना जताई गई।

आयोजन स्थल पर सुरक्षा, स्वच्छता, पार्किंग एवं आगंतुक सुविधाओं को लेकर विशेष प्रबंध किए जाने पर भी सहमति बनी। उपस्थित सदस्यों द्वारा दिए गए महत्वपूर्ण सुझावों पर विचार कर उन्हें कार्ययोजना में सम्मिलित करने का निर्णय लिया गया, जिससे ट्रेड फेयर एक्सपो को अधिक आकर्षक, सुव्यवस्थित एवं जनहितकारी बनाया जा सके।

व्यापार उद्योग मंडल ने सभी पदाधिकारियों, सदस्यों, व्यापारियों एवं नागरिकों से इस आयोजन को सफल बनाने में सहयोग का आह्वान किया है। ट्रेड फेयर एक्सपो की तिथि एवं स्थान की औपचारिक घोषणा शीघ्र किए जाने की जानकारी भी दी गई।

Essential Meeting of the Bikaner Chamber of Commerce and Industry Held Regarding Preparations for the Bikaner Trade Fair Expo…..

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. An essential meeting of the Bikaner Chamber of Commerce and Industry was held to discuss the successful organization of the upcoming Bikaner Trade Fair Expo. The meeting included a detailed discussion on the complete framework, objectives, and detailed action plan of the trade expo.

The meeting was chaired by the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Jugal Rathi, while the Secretary, Sanjay Jain, along with senior office bearers and members, were present in large numbers.

During the meeting, various committees were formed to ensure the smooth and effective execution of the trade expo preparations. The formed committees were assigned responsibilities related to organization, management, publicity, stall allocation, finance, security, and visitor facilities.

It was decided in the meeting that the expo would specifically encourage local and regional traders, industries, startups, and handicrafts. It was also anticipated that the expo would create new direct and indirect employment opportunities and strengthen the local economy.

Agreement was also reached on making special arrangements for security, cleanliness, parking, and visitor facilities at the venue. The important suggestions given by the members present were considered and incorporated into the action plan to make the Trade Fair Expo more attractive, well-organized, and beneficial to the public.

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry appealed to all office bearers, members, traders, and citizens to cooperate in making this event a success. It was also announced that the date and venue of the Trade Fair Expo would be formally announced soon.
