कृषि भूमि को कथित रुप से फर्जी दस्तावेज तैयार कर हड़पने और बेचने पर जेठ ननदों पर मामला दर्ज…..

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। कोर्ट ने गंभीर आरोपों वाले एक प्रकरण में थाना बीछवाल को एफआईआर दर्ज करने के आदेश जारी किए हैं।

यह मामला महिला पुष्पा देवी के हिस्से की कृषि भूमि को कथित रूप से फर्जी दस्तावेज तैयार कर हड़पने और बेचान से जुड़ा हुआ है।

प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार, प्रार्थी शिवदास साध, जो कि पुष्पा देवी का मुख्त्यार आम (पावर ऑफ अटॉर्नी धारक) है, ने परिवाद प्रस्तुत किया था कि पुष्पा देवी के ससुर भागचन्द की 10 बीघा 2 बिस्वा खातेदारी भूमि में 1/3 हिस्सा (3 बीघा 7 बिस्वा) आता था।

पुष्पा देवी के पति भीयाराम के निधन के बाद तीनों जेठ भजनाराम, फरसाराम, गोविंदलाल तथा दो ननदें गोदावरी और रेवंती देवी ने कथित रूप से आपराधिक षड्यंत्र रचकर उनके वैधानिक हिस्से को दर्ज नहीं करवाया और भूमि का अवैध रूप से बयाना कर दिया।

परिवाद में यह भी आरोप है कि आरोपियों ने महिला को मानसिक रूप से कमजोर साबित करने की नीयत से उसके साथ मारपीट की, भूखा रखा और घर से बाहर निकाल दिया। इतना ही नहीं, आरोपियों द्वारा कथित रूप से उसके सोने-चांदी के जेवरात, स्ट्रीधन और दस्तावेज भी कब्जे में लेकर उसे सडक़ों पर छोड़ दिया गया।

प्रार्थी का कहना है कि मामले की शिकायत पहले बीछवाल थाने व पुलिस अधीक्षक बीकानेर को दी गई, लेकिन कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई। इसके बाद अदालत की शरण ली गई।

न्यायालय ने परिवाद में लगाए गए आरोपों को प्रथम दृष्टया गंभीर मानते हुए थाना बीछवाल को धारा 175(2) बीएनएसएस के तहत एफआईआर दर्ज करने और धारा 318(4), 336(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) बीएनएस 2023 में मामला दर्ज कर जांच करने के आदेश दिए हैं। मामले की जांच एएसआई संपतसिंह को सौंपी गई है।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. The court has ordered the Bichwal police station to register an FIR in a case involving serious allegations.

This case relates to the alleged usurpation and sale of agricultural land belonging to Pushpa Devi through the use of forged documents.

According to information received, the applicant, Shivdas Sadh, who is Pushpa Devi’s general power of attorney holder, filed a complaint alleging that Pushpa Devi’s father-in-law, Bhagchand, owned 1/3 of the 10 bigha 2 biswa khatedari land.

After the death of Pushpa Devi’s husband, Bhiyaram, her three brothers-in-law, Bhajanaram, Farsaram, Govindlal, and her two sisters-in-law, Godavari and Revanti Devi, allegedly conspired to deny their legal share in the land and illegally mortgaged it.

The complaint also alleges that the accused, with the intention of proving her mentally unstable, assaulted her, starved her, and threw her out of the house. Furthermore, they allegedly confiscated her gold and silver jewelry, her necklace, and documents, leaving her stranded on the streets.

The applicant states that a complaint was first filed with the Bichwal police station and the Bikaner Superintendent of Police, but no action was taken. Subsequently, the court was approached.

The court, finding the allegations in the complaint prima facie serious, ordered the Bichwal police station to register an FIR under Section 175(2) of the BNSS and to investigate the case under Sections 318(4), 336(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2), and 61(2) of the BNSS Act 2023. The investigation has been assigned to ASI Sampat Singh.
