जयपुर/बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। साइबर अपराधों को रोकने के लिए पुलिस महानिदेशक राजीव कुमार शर्मा के निर्देशानुसार राजस्थान पुलिस की साइबर क्राइम शाखा ने आमजन को एक गंभीर साइबर खतरे के प्रति आगाह किया है।
विवाह-शादी के इस सीज़न में साइबर ठग सोशल मीडिया, व्हाट्सएप और ईमेल के माध्यम से ई-निमंत्रण और गिफ्ट लिंक के बहाने एक खतरनाक जाल बिछा रहे हैं। इस चेतावनी का उद्देश्य साइबर अपराधों पर अंकुश लगाना है।
उप महानिरीक्षक पुलिस साइबर क्राइम विकास शर्मा ने बताया कि अपराधी एक फर्जी एपीके फाइल जिसका नाम अक्सर आमंत्रण.apk होता है, साझा कर रहे हैं। उपयोगकर्ता जैसे ही शादी के आमंत्रण या लोकेशन लिंक समझकर इस पर क्लिक करते हैं, यह एप्लिकेशन मोबाइल में इंस्टॉल हो जाता है। यह कोई साधारण ऐप नहीं बल्कि एक बैकडोर मैलवेयर है, जो डिवाइस को हैक कर लेता है।
एक बार इंस्टॉल होने के बाद यह मैलवेयर चुपके से एसएमएस, संपर्क सूची, कैमरा और फाइल एक्सेस जैसी संवेदनशील अनुमतियां प्राप्त कर लेता है। इसके बाद यह गुप्त रूप से उपयोगकर्ता की व्यक्तिगत जानकारी, बैंकिंग डिटेल्स, ओटीपी और पासवर्ड को एकत्रित करना शुरू कर देता है।
साइबर अपराधी इसी चोरी किए गए डेटा का उपयोग करके बड़े पैमाने पर धोखाधड़ी को अंजाम दे रहे हैं, जिससे आमजन की गाढ़ी कमाई खतरे में पड़ रही है।
पुलिस ने दी ये 5 महत्वपूर्ण सुरक्षा सलाह
साइबर क्राइम शाखा ने आमजन से अपील की है कि वे किसी भी संभावित नुकसान से बचने के लिए इन सुरक्षा उपायों का कड़ाई से पालन करें:
● किसी भी ई-निमंत्रण या गिफ्ट लिंक पर क्लिक करने से पहले भेजने वाले की पहचान सुनिश्चित करें।
◆ मोबाइल सेटिंग्स में Install from unknown sources विकल्प को तुरंत Disabled करें।
◆ हमेशा केवल गूगल प्ले स्टोर या एप्पल ऐप स्टोर जैसे अधिकृत ऐप स्टोर से ही एप्लिकेशन डाउनलोड करें।
◆ अपने मोबाइल में एक विश्वसनीय एंटीवायरस या मोबाइल सिक्योरिटी एप्लिकेशन का उपयोग करें।

Cyber fraudsters are sending fake e-invitation links during the wedding season; clicking on them could steal your personal information and banking details.
Jaipur/Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Following the instructions of Director General of Police Rajiv Kumar Sharma to prevent cybercrime, the Cyber Crime Branch of Rajasthan Police has warned the public about a serious cyber threat.
During this wedding season, cyber fraudsters are spreading a dangerous trap through social media, WhatsApp, and email under the guise of e-invitations and gift links. This warning aims to curb cybercrime.
Deputy Inspector General of Police, Cyber Crime, Vikas Sharma, stated that criminals are sharing a fake APK file, often named Invitation.apk. As soon as users click on it, thinking it’s a wedding invitation or location link, the application is installed on their mobile device. This isn’t a simple app, but rather a backdoor malware that hacks the device.
Once installed, this malware secretly obtains sensitive permissions such as SMS, contact list, camera, and file access. It then begins secretly collecting the user’s personal information, banking details, OTPs, and passwords.
Cybercriminals are using this stolen data to commit large-scale fraud, putting the hard-earned money of ordinary people at risk.

The Cyber Crime Branch has appealed to the public to strictly follow these security measures to avoid any potential harm:
● Ensure the identity of the sender before clicking on any e-invitation or gift link.
◆ Immediately disable the Install from unknown sources option in your mobile settings.
◆ Always download applications only from authorized app stores like the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
◆ Use a reliable antivirus or mobile security application on your mobile.
