बीकानेर में थ्री व्हीलर ऑटो का ‘हेलमेट चालान’! चालक हैरान, क्या ऑटो चलाने वाले भी पहनेंगे हेलमेट?….

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। बीकानेर में ट्रैफिक पुलिस का एक अनोखा चालान सोशल मीडिया पर चर्चा का विषय बन गया है। शहर में एक थ्री व्हीलर ऑटो टैक्सी (RJ07PB5265) पर बिना हेलमेट वाहन चलाने का चालान काट दिया गया।

यह चालान 10 अप्रैल 2024 को सब-इंस्पेक्टर अनिल कुमार द्वारा जारी किया गया था। चालान में साफ लिखा है —
“चालक या सवार द्वारा बिना हेलमेट के वाहन चलाया गया।”
इस आधार पर पुलिस ने 1000 रुपए का जुर्माना लगा दिया।

मामला तब सामने आया जब ऑटो चालक संजय आचार्य ने वाहन को बेचने से पहले चालान की स्थिति जांचनी चाही। ऑनलाइन रिकॉर्ड देखने पर वह दंग रह गया – थ्री व्हीलर ऑटो पर हेलमेट न पहनने का चालान दर्ज था।

ऑटो चालक ने हैरानी जताते हुए कहा-
“ऑटो चलाने वाले के लिए हेलमेट पहनने का कोई नियम नहीं है, फिर ये चालान कैसे बन गया?”

घटना के बाद यह मामला सोशल मीडिया पर तेजी से वायरल हो गया है। लोग पुलिस की कार्यशैली पर सवाल उठा रहे हैं और मजाकिया अंदाज़ में कह रहे हैं
“अब ऑटो ड्राइवर भी हेलमेट पहनकर सवारी उठाएंगे क्या?”

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. A unique challan issued by the traffic police in Bikaner has become a topic of discussion on social media. A three-wheeler auto taxi (RJ07PB5265) in the city was issued a challan for driving without a helmet.

The challan was issued by Sub-Inspector Anil Kumar on April 10, 2024. The challan clearly states:

“The driver or passenger was driving without a helmet.”

On this basis, the police imposed a fine of ₹1,000.

The matter came to light when auto driver Sanjay Acharya wanted to check the status of the challan before selling the vehicle. Upon checking the online records, he was shocked: a challan for not wearing a helmet was registered against the three-wheeler.

The auto driver expressed surprise, saying, “There’s no rule requiring auto drivers to wear helmets. How did this challan get issued?”

After the incident, the matter quickly went viral on social media. People are questioning the police’s approach and jokingly asking, “Will auto drivers now also wear helmets while picking up passengers?”
