बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज बीकानेर के शोधार्थी कबीराज आचार्य ने राजस्थान तकनीकी विश्वविद्यालय से पीएचडी उपाधि प्राप्त की; उनका शोध — ‘इम्पैक्ट ऑफ मर्जर एंड एक्विज़िशन्स ऑन ऑर्गनाइज़ेशनल परफॉर्मेंस ऑफ सेलेक्टेड बैंक्स एंड फाइनेंशियल इंस्टीट्यूशन्स इन नेपाल’ — इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज बीकानेर के प्रबंधन संकाय के असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर डॉ. नवीन शर्मा के निर्देशन में सम्पन्न, प्राचार्य डॉ. ओमप्रकाश जाखड़ ने दी शुभकामनाएं

इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज बीकानेर (ईसीबी) के प्रबंधन अध्ययन विभाग के शोधार्थी कबीराज आचार्य ने पीएचडी शोधकार्य सफलतापूर्वक पूर्ण किया है। उन्होंने राजस्थान तकनीकी विश्वविद्यालय से पीएचडी उपाधि प्राप्त की।
विशेष रूप से उल्लेखनीय है कि कबीराज आचार्य नेपाल से पीएचडी करने हेतु इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज बीकानेर में आए और अपने शोधकार्य को इसी प्रतिष्ठित संस्थान में सम्पन्न किया।

उनके शोध का विषय था “इम्पैक्ट ऑफ मर्जर एंड एक्विज़िशन्स ऑन ऑर्गनाइज़ेशनल परफॉर्मेंस ऑफ सेलेक्टेड बैंक्स एंड फाइनेंशियल इंस्टीट्यूशन्स इन नेपाल”, जिसमें नेपाल की बैंकों व वित्तीय संस्थानों के विलय एवं अधिग्रहण के बाद उनके संगठनात्मक प्रदर्शन का गहन विश्लेषण किया गया।

यह शोध कार्य इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज बीकानेर के प्रबंधन संकाय के असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर डॉ. नवीन शर्मा के निर्देशन में सम्पन्न हुआ। शोध में यह दर्शाया गया है कि विलय एवं अधिग्रहण से बैंकिंग सेक्टर में प्रतिस्पर्धा, संसाधनों के बेहतर उपयोग और ग्राहक संतुष्टि के नए अवसर पैदा हुए हैं।

कॉलेज के प्राचार्य डॉ. ओमप्रकाश जाखड़ ने इस उपलब्धि पर खुशी व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि ईसीबी शोध एवं नवाचार के क्षेत्र में निरंतर अग्रणी भूमिका निभा रहा है। कबीराज आचार्य का यह शोध कार्य संस्थान और समाज दोनों के लिए उपयोगी साबित होगा।

इस उपलब्धि ने ईसीबी का मान बढ़ाया है और भविष्य के शोधार्थियों को प्रेरणा प्रदान की है।

Kabiraj Acharya from Nepal completed his PhD at Engineering College Bikaner, a major study on mergers and acquisitions in the banking sector.

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Kabiraj Acharya, a research scholar at Engineering College Bikaner, received his PhD from Rajasthan Technical University. His research—”Impact of Mergers and Acquisitions on Organizational Performance of Selected Banks and Financial Institutions in Nepal”—was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Naveen Sharma, Assistant Professor, Faculty of Management, Engineering College Bikaner. Principal Dr. Om Prakash Jakhar extended his best wishes.

Kabiraj Acharya, a research scholar at the Department of Management Studies, Engineering College Bikaner (ECB), has successfully completed his PhD. He received his PhD from Rajasthan Technical University.

It is particularly noteworthy that Kabiraj Acharya came to Engineering College Bikaner from Nepal to pursue his PhD and completed his research at this prestigious institution.

His research topic was “Impact of Mergers and Acquisitions on Organizational Performance of Selected Banks and Financial Institutions in Nepal,” which provided an in-depth analysis of the organizational performance of Nepal’s banks and financial institutions following mergers and acquisitions.

This research was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Naveen Sharma, Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Management, Engineering College, Bikaner. The research demonstrated that mergers and acquisitions have created new opportunities for competition, better resource utilization, and customer satisfaction in the banking sector.

College Principal Dr. Omprakash Jakhar expressed his delight at this achievement, stating that ECB continues to play a leading role in research and innovation. Kabiraj Acharya’s research will prove useful to both the institution and society.

This achievement has enhanced ECB’s reputation and inspired future researchers.
