बीकानेर के लिए बहुत महत्वपूर्ण वंदे भारत ट्रेन, अब एक दिन में दिल्ली जाकर वापिस आया जा सकेगा: श्री मेघवाल

केंद्रीय मंत्री श्री मेघवाल के प्रयास लाए रंग, रेल क्षेत्र में बीकानेर की एक और बड़ी उपलब्धि

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने गुरुवार को बांसवाड़ा में आयोजित कार्यक्रम के दौरान बीकानेर को अनेक सौगातें दी। इनमें बीकानेर दिल्ली केंट वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस सबसे खास रही।

प्रधानमंत्री ने जैसे ही वर्चुअल मोड पर ट्रेन को हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया, बीकानेर के रेलवे स्टेशन पर मौजूद केंद्रीय विधि एवं न्याय मंत्री अर्जुन राम मेघवाल तथा बीकानेर पूर्व विधानसभा क्षेत्र विधायक सिद्धि कुमारी सहित विभिन्न जनप्रतिनिधियों, अधिकारियों और आमजन ने तालियों की गड़गड़ाहट के बीच खड़े होकर इस क्षण के साक्षी बने। इसके साथ ही केंद्रीय मंत्री श्री मेघवाल के बीकानेर से वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस संचालित करने के प्रयास रंग लाए, जो बीकानेर के लिए रेल क्षेत्र की बड़ी उपलब्धि है। अब यह ट्रेन 28 सितम्बर से निर्धारित कार्यक्रम के अनुसार चलेगी।

इस अवसर पर केंद्रीय मंत्री अर्जुन राम मेघवाल ने कहा कि पंडित दीनदयाल उपाध्याय की जयंती के अवसर पर प्रधानमंत्री ने बीकानेर को वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस के रूप में बहुत ऐतिहासिक सौगात दी है। इसके संचालन से बीकानेर की बहुत बड़ी मांग पूरी हुई है। उन्होंने कहा कि बीकानेर से दिल्ली कैंट के बीच संचालित होने वाली वंदे भारत ट्रेन का संचालन बीकानेर के यात्रियों को रेल यात्रा का नया अनुभव प्रदान करेगा।

वंदे भारत पूर्णतया स्वदेशी तकनीक से बनी सेमी हाई स्पीड ट्रेन है। इससे बीकानेर के अलावा श्रीडूंगरगढ़, रतनगढ़, चूरू, सादुलपुर, लोहारू, महेंद्रगढ़ और गुड़गांव क्षेत्र के यात्रियों को भी सुगम और तीव्र रेल यात्रा का लाभ मिलेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि वंदे भारत ट्रेन के संचालन से बीकानेर के विभिन्न उद्योगों को बढ़ावा मिलेगा और राजस्थान के शेखावाटी और हरियाणा के विभिन्न भागों का आपसी संपर्क बढ़ेगा।

केंद्रीय मंत्री ने बताया कि यह वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस बीकानेर से दिल्ली कैंट की 448 किलोमीटर की दूरी लगभग 6 घंटे में तय करेगी। यह ट्रेन बीकानेर से सुबह चलेगी और यहां से जाने वाला व्यक्ति अपना काम कर रात को पुनः बीकानेर आ सकेगा। इससे उनके समय और ऊर्जा की बचत होगी। केंद्रीय मंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के आह्वान पर प्रत्येक भारतीय को स्वदेशी को प्रोत्साहित किया जाना जरूरी है।

श्री मेघवाल ने कहा कि हमारा दायित्व है कि दैनिक जरूरत में स्वदेश में बनी चीजें ही खरीदें। उन्होंने कहा कि स्वदेशी प्रोत्साहन हमारी विदेश नीति की रणनीति का महत्वपूर्ण भाग है। प्रधानमंत्री का संकल्प है कि भारत दुनिया के सभी देशों की अगुवाई करे। इसमें स्वदेशी प्रोत्साहन की भूमिका महत्वपूर्ण है। उन्होंने जीएसटी 2.0 को देश के विकास के लिए मील का पत्थर बताया और कहा कि इसके लागू होने से बाजार और आम उपभोक्ता में उत्साह का माहौल है।

बीकानेर पूर्व विधानसभा क्षेत्र विधायक सिद्धि कुमारी ने इसे बीकानेर के विकास का नया अध्याय बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि इससे बीकानेर के पर्यटन को भी पंख लगेंगे।

मंडल रेल प्रबंधक गौरव गोविल ने कहा कि भारतीय रेलवे ने नवीनतम तकनीक का उपयोग कर इस ट्रेन का निर्माण किया है। इसकी एयरो डायनेमिक डिजाइन, आंतरिक साज सज्जा, सुदृढ़ संरक्षा के लिए टक्कर रोधी कवच प्रणाली, अत्याधुनिक सुविधाएं, आरामदायक यात्रा, सुरक्षा प्रबन्धन और संरक्षित सफर के मापदंडों की पालना सुनिश्चित की है।

उन्होंने बताया कि इस वन्दे भारत एक्सप्रेस में 1 वातानुकूलित एग्जीक्यूटिव तथा 7 वातानुकूलित कुर्सीयान डिब्बे होंगे। यह ट्रेन सुबह 5.40 बजे बीकानेर से प्रस्थान करेगी और प्रातः 11.55 बजे दिल्ली कैंट पहुंचेगी। दिल्ली कैंट से सायं 4.45 बजे प्रस्थान कर रात 11.05 बजे बीकानेर पहुंच जाएगी।

इस दौरान संभागीय आयुक्त विश्राम मीणा, महानिरीक्षक पुलिस हेमंत शर्मा, सीनियर डीसीएम भूपेश यादव, श्याम पंचारिया, चंपालाल गैदर, नरेश गोयल, अनंतवीर जैन, कृष्ण इणखिया, अशोक प्रजापत, संपत पारीक तथा विनोद चोपड़ा, डॉ. सत्य प्रकाश आचार्य सहित विभिन्न जनप्रतिनिधि एवं अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।

इस दौरान विभिन्न सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों की प्रस्तुतियां दी गई। केंद्रीय मंत्री ने वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस से जुड़ी निबंध प्रतियोगिता के विजेताओं को पुरस्कार दिए।

प्रधानमंत्री ने बीकानेर को दी कई सौगातें
प्रधानमंत्री ने बांसवाड़ा से वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस के अलावा बीकानेर को कई सौगातें दी। जिनमें बीकानेर जिले में 8 हजार 500 सौ करोड़ रुपए की 590 मेगावाट की अक्षय ऊर्जा परियोजना का शिलान्यास, बीकानेर सहित विभिन्न जिलों में 15.5 गीगावाट क्षमता की विद्युत प्रसारण लाइनों के 13 हजार 183 करोड़ रुपए के कार्यों का शिलान्यास तथा बीकानेर और जैसलमेर जिलों में 220 केवी के तीन जीएसएस और संबंधित लाइनों के 384 करोड़ रुपए के शिलान्यास के कार्य प्रमुख थे। वहीं प्रधानमंत्री ने बीकानेर के 567 युवाओं को सरकारी नौकरियों के नियुक्ति पत्र भी प्रदान किए।

ट्रेन के साथ सेल्फी की दिखी होड़, पहली बार की ऐतिहासिक यात्रा के बने गवाह
रवानगी से पूर्व स्टेशन पर खड़ी सजी-धजी ट्रेन के साथ सेल्फी लेने वालों को होड़ देखने को मिली। हर कोई इस ऐतिहासिक क्षण को अपने कैमरे में कैद करना चाहता था। सजी धजी ट्रेन सामने थी तो लोगों में उत्साह का माहौल था। बीकानेर से विधिवत तरीके से पहली बार रवाना हुई ट्रेन के साथ सफर करने का गवाह बनने को लेकर भी आमजन में उत्साह था। श्रीमती सुमन छाजेड़ ट्रेन के साथ रवाना हुई। वहीं कई जनप्रतिनिधि और अन्य लोग भी ट्रेन के पहले सफर के गवाह बने।

Union Minister Mr. Meghwal’s efforts have borne fruit, marking another major achievement for Bikaner in the rail sector.

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Prime Minister Narendra Modi presented several gifts to Bikaner during a program held in Banswara on Thursday. The Bikaner-Delhi Cantt Vande Bharat Express was the most notable of these.

As the Prime Minister virtually flagged off the train, Union Law and Justice Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal, Bikaner East MLA Siddhi Kumari, and other public representatives, officials, and the public present at the Bikaner Railway Station witnessed the moment amid thunderous applause. With this, Union Minister Shri Meghwal’s efforts to launch the Vande Bharat Express from Bikaner bore fruit, marking a major rail achievement for Bikaner. The train will now run as scheduled from September 28th.

On this occasion, Union Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal said that on the occasion of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay’s birth anniversary, the Prime Minister has given Bikaner a historic gift in the form of the Vande Bharat Express. Its launch has fulfilled a significant demand in Bikaner. He added that the Vande Bharat Express, running between Bikaner and Delhi Cantt, will provide Bikaner passengers with a new rail travel experience.

Vande Bharat is a semi-high-speed train built using completely indigenous technology. This will benefit passengers from Bikaner, Sridungargarh, Ratangarh, Churu, Sadulpur, Loharu, Mahendragarh, and Gurgaon regions, as well as the benefits of easy and fast rail travel. He stated that the operation of the Vande Bharat Express will boost various industries in Bikaner and enhance connectivity between Shekhawati region of Rajasthan and various parts of Haryana.

The Union Minister stated that the Vande Bharat Express will cover the 448-kilometer distance from Bikaner to Delhi Cantt in approximately six hours. The train will depart from Bikaner in the morning, allowing passengers to complete their work and return to Bikaner at night. This will save time and energy. The Union Minister stated that, in keeping with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s call, it is essential for every Indian to promote Swadeshi.

Mr. Meghwal stated that it is our responsibility to purchase only locally produced products for daily needs. He added that promoting Swadeshi is an important part of our foreign policy strategy. The Prime Minister’s resolve is to make India a leader among all countries in the world. Swadeshi promotion plays a crucial role in this effort. He described GST 2.0 as a milestone for the country’s development and said that its implementation has created an atmosphere of enthusiasm in the market and among the general consumer.

Siddhi Kumari, MLA from Bikaner East Assembly constituency, described it as a new chapter in Bikaner’s development. She said that this will also boost Bikaner’s tourism.

Divisional Railway Manager Gaurav Govil said that Indian Railways has built this train using the latest technology. Its aerodynamic design, interior decoration, anti-collision shield system for enhanced safety, state-of-the-art amenities, comfortable travel, safety management, and safe travel standards have been ensured.

He informed that this Vande Bharat Express will have one AC Executive coach and seven AC Chair Car coaches. The train will depart from Bikaner at 5:40 am and reach Delhi Cantt at 11:55 am. It will depart from Delhi Cantt at 4:45 pm and reach Bikaner at 11:05 pm.

During this, Divisional Commissioner Vishram Meena, Inspector General of Police Hemant Sharma, Senior DCM Bhupesh Yadav, Shyam Pancharia, Champalal Gaidar, Naresh Goyal, Anantveer Jain, Krishna Inkhia, Ashok Prajapat, Sampat Pareek and Vinod Chopra, Dr. Satya Prakash Acharya along with various public representatives and officials were present.

During the event, various cultural programs were presented. The Union Minister presented prizes to the winners of an essay competition related to the Vande Bharat Express.

Prime Minister bestows many gifts upon Bikaner
In addition to the Vande Bharat Express from Banswara, the Prime Minister presented several gifts to Bikaner. These included the foundation stone laying of a 590 MW renewable energy project worth ₹8,500 crore in Bikaner district, the foundation stone laying of 15.5 GW power transmission lines worth ₹13,183 crore in various districts, including Bikaner, and the foundation stone laying of three 220 kV GSSs and related lines worth ₹384 crore in Bikaner and Jaisalmer districts. The Prime Minister also presented appointment letters for government jobs to 567 youth from Bikaner.

Selfie-taking spree with the train, witnesses to the historic first-time journey
Before departure, a competition was seen among those taking selfies with the decorated train parked at the station. Everyone wanted to capture this historic moment on camera. The decorated train was in full swing, and there was excitement among the people. People were also excited to witness the train’s first official departure from Bikaner. Mrs. Suman Chhajed departed with the train. Several public representatives and others also witnessed the train’s maiden journey.
