बीकानेर/श्रीडूंगरगढ़, @MaruSangram। हिंदी दिवस के अवसर पर राष्ट्रभाषा हिंदी प्रचार समिति श्री डूंगरगढ़ द्वारा आयोजित भव्य समारोह में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में बोलते हुए महाराजा गंगा सिंह विश्वविद्यालय के कुलगुरु आचार्य मनोज दीक्षित ने कहा कि हमारे भारतवर्ष का इतिहास प्रतिरोध का इतिहास है। इसमें यहां की भाषाओं का बड़ा योगदान रहा है। भाषाओं ने लोक और संस्कृति तथा इतिहास को जिंदा रखने का काम किया है।

उन्होंने हिंदी और कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता विषय पर बोलते हुए कहा कि ए आई को भी संचालित कोई बुद्धिमान व्यक्ति ही करता है पर वह डेटाबेस पर आधारित है। लेखन में विश्वसनीय नहीं कही जा सकती। ए आई का सीधा इस्तेमाल नहीं कर उसका सावधानी पूर्वक परीक्षण किया जाना आवश्यक है।

कुलगुरु मनोज दीक्षित ने राष्ट्रभाषा हिंदी प्रचार समिति के साहित्यिक कार्यों की प्रशंसा करते हुए भरोसा दिलाया कि वे आगामी दिनों में गंगासिंह विश्वविद्यालय से इसको किसी न किसी रूप में जोड़ने का कार्य करेंगे।

भगवती पारीक ‘मनु’ की सरस्वती वन्दना से प्रारंभ हुए समारोह में समिति मंत्री व संयोजक रवि पुरोहित ने संस्था की 65 वर्षीय विकास यात्रा साझा की‌।

मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में बोलते हुए स्थानीय विधायक ताराचंद सारस्वत ने कहा कि हिंदी एवं हमारी भारतीय संस्कृति दोनों अनुस्यूत है- एक दूसरे से जुड़ी हुई है, इसलिए संस्कृति को बचाने के लिए हिंदी को आगे बढ़ाने की आवश्यकता है।

सारस्वत में इस बात पर भी बल दिया कि हमें हिंदी के साथ-साथ दैनन्दिनी जीवन में स्वदेशी अपनाना चाहिए।

हिंदी दिवस के अवसर पर “हिंदी और कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता- संभावनाएं और चुनौतियां” विषय पर आयोजित संगोष्ठी का विषय प्रवर्तन करते हुए महारानी सुदर्शना बालिका महाविद्यालय बीकानेर के पूर्व प्राचार्य डॉ. उमाकांत गुप्त ने त्रिस्तरीय ए आई के प्रयोग समझाते हुए कहा कि एआई के आने से बहुत सी चीजें सरल हुई हैं तथा भाषा के स्तर पर देखें तो शोधार्थियों के लिए एआई ने संदर्भों को सुगम किया है। चिकित्सा जगत तथा मशीनीकरण में उसकी उपायदेयता उत्तम कहीं जा सकती है।

विशिष्ट अतिथि साहित्यकार व समालोचक डॉ. गजादान चारण ने कहा कि कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता में संवेदना का अभाव रहता है। कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता से कविता तो लिखी जा सकती है पर उसमें काव्य के लालित्य तथा संवेदनाओं का अभाव देखा जा सकता है।

राष्ट्रभाषा हिंदी प्रचार समिति के अध्यक्ष श्याम महर्षि ने समिति के द्वारा की जाने वाली साहित्यिक सेवाओं के बारे में जानकारी प्रस्तुत की।

हिंदी दिवस के अवसर पर संस्था के सर्वोच्च सम्मान साहित्य श्री से डॉ. पद्मजा शर्मा को सम्मानित किया गया, उन्होंने कहा कि मैं अपना यह सम्मान अपनी कृतियों के पात्रों को समर्पित करती हूं।

नंदलाल महर्षि स्मृति हिंदी सर्जन पुरस्कार जबलपुर के देवेंद्र कुमार मिश्रा, सुरेश कंचन ओझा लेखन पुरस्कार कुमार सुरेश, चंद्र मोहन हाड़ा हिमकर स्मृति पुरस्कार उपन्यास लेखक विश्वनाथ तंवर को प्रदान किया गया। रामकिशन उपाध्याय समाज सेवा पुरस्कार हरिशंकर बाहेती को प्रदत्त किया गया।

बाहेती ने समर्पित राशि को दुगुना कर समिति को सौंपते हुए कहा कि इसे साहित्यिक व सेवा के कार्यों में खर्च किया जाए।

शिव प्रसाद सिखवाल महिला लेखन पुरस्कार संगीता सेठी बीकानेर, शब्द शिल्पी सम्मान अजमेर के सुरेश कुमार श्रीचंदानी तथा श्याम सुंदर नगला बाल साहित्य पुरस्कार शाहजहांपुर के डॉ. नागेश पांडेय को समर्पित किया गया। कार्यक्रम का सफल संचालन डॉ. मोनिका गौड़ ने किया।

Speaking as the chief guest in a grand ceremony organized by Rashtriya Bhasha Hindi Prachar Samiti Sri Dungargarh on the occasion of Hindi Diwas, Acharya Manoj Dixit, Vice Chancellor of Maharaja Ganga Singh University, said that the history of our India is a history of resistance. The languages ​​here have contributed a lot to this. Languages ​​have worked to keep the folk, culture and history alive.

Speaking on the subject of Hindi and Artificial Intelligence, he said that AI is also operated by an intelligent person but it is based on database. It cannot be said to be reliable in writing. It is necessary to test AI carefully instead of using it directly.

Vice Chancellor Manoj Dixit praised the literary works of Rashtriya Bhasha Hindi Prachar Samiti and assured that in the coming days, he will work to connect it with Ganga Singh University in some form or the other.

In the ceremony which began with Saraswati Vandana by Bhagwati Pareek ‘Manu’, committee minister and convener Ravi Purohit shared the 65-year development journey of the institution.

Speaking as the chief guest, local MLA Tarachand Saraswat said that both Hindi and our Indian culture are intertwined – connected to each other, hence there is a need to promote Hindi to save the culture.

Saraswat also stressed that we should adopt Swadeshi in our daily lives along with Hindi.

Introducing the topic of the seminar organized on the occasion of Hindi Day on the topic “Hindi and Artificial Intelligence – Possibilities and Challenges”, former Principal of Maharani Sudarshana Girls College Bikaner, Dr. Umakant Gupta, while explaining the use of three-tier AI, said that many things have become easier with the advent of AI and if seen at the level of language, AI has made references easier for researchers. Its usefulness in the medical world and mechanization can be said to be excellent.

Special guest writer and critic Dr. Gajadaan Charan said that artificial intelligence lacks sensitivity. Poetry can be written with artificial intelligence but it lacks the elegance and sensitivity of poetry.

Shyam Maharshi, President of Rashtriya Bhasha Hindi Prachar Samiti, presented information about the literary services done by the committee.

On the occasion of Hindi Day, Dr. Padmaja Sharma was honored with the highest honor of the organization, Sahitya Shri, she said that I dedicate this honor to the characters of my works.

Nandlal Maharshi Smriti Hindi Surgeon Award was given to Devendra Kumar Mishra of Jabalpur, Suresh Kanchan Ojha Lekhan Award was given to Kumar Suresh, Chandra Mohan Hada Himkar Smriti Award was given to novel writer Vishwanath Tanwar. Ramkishan Upadhyay Samaj Seva Award was given to Harishankar Baheti.

Baheti doubled the dedicated amount and handed it over to the committee and said that it should be spent in literary and service works.

Shiv Prasad Sikhwal Women Writing Award was given to Sangeeta Sethi Bikaner, Shabd Shilpi Samman was given to Suresh Kumar Srichandani of Ajmer and Shyam Sundar Nagla Children Literature Award was given to Dr. Nagesh Pandey of Shahjahanpur. The program was successfully conducted by Dr. Monica Gaur.
