बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। बीकानेर से 24 किलोमीटर दूर स्थित ईष्टदेव कोडमदेसर भैरव मंदिर एक ऐसा स्थान है जहाँ लोग मन्नतें पूरी होने पर या विशेष दिनों, जैसे अष्टमी, चतुर्दशी, और अमावस्या पर दूर-दूर से पैदल चलकर आते हैं। यह मंदिर महाराष्ट्र के शनि शिंगणापुर की तरह ही एक मुक्त आकाश के नीचे है और इसकी स्थापना बीकानेर की स्थापना से भी पहले की मानी जाती है। 

प्रतिवर्ष भादवे महीने मे लगने वाला यह मेला  इस वर्ष 4 और 5 सितंबर को भव्य रूप से मेला भरने जा रहा है। शताब्दियों से चली आ रही इस परंपरा में बारस, तेरस और चौदस की तिथियों पर आस्था की गंगा उमड़ती है और हजारों की संख्या में पदयात्री तथा श्रद्धालु बाबा भैरवनाथ के दरबार में अपनी मनोकामनाएँ लेकर पहुंचते हैं।

बीकानेर शहर से ही नहीं, अपितु चहू ओर से बड़ी संख्या में लोग इस मेले में आते हैं। भक्तजन बीकानेर से पैदल यात्रा कर कठिन पदयात्रा पूरी कर भक्ति-भाव से बाबा के दरबार में हाजिरी लगाते हैं और आशीर्वाद प्राप्त करते हैं।

पुजारी परिवार के तेजकरण गहलोत ने बताया कि इस अवसर पर मंदिर को विशेष श्रृंगार और सजावट से सुसज्जित किया जाता है। प्रातःकालीन आरती के समय भव्य श्रृंगार, दीप-प्रज्वलन और शंख-घंटी की ध्वनि से सम्पूर्ण परिसर गूंज उठता है। श्रद्धालुओं का स्वागत सिंदूर तिलक लगाकर किया जाता है और प्रसाद वितरण का क्रम निरंतर चलता रहता है। दर्शन के लिए बांस बलियों से लाइनबद्ध व्यवस्था की जाती है जिससे हजारों श्रद्धालु सहज रूप से बाबा के दर्शन कर सकें।

मेले शुरू होने से पूर्व पदयात्रियों के सेवार्थ समाजसेवी और भामाशाहों द्वारा जगह-जगह सेवा शिविर लगाए जाते हैं जिनमें पानी, दूध, चाय, बिस्किट, बूंदी-नमकीन और रात्रिभोज तक की निःशुल्क व्यवस्था होती है। चिकित्सा शिविर और प्राथमिक उपचार की सुविधाएँ भी मौजूद रहती हैं।

मेल परिसर के आसपास श्रद्धालुओं के ठहरने के लिए धर्मशालाओं के साथ-साथ अस्थाई शिविर भी लगाए जाते हैं।

पुलिस प्रशासन ने भी इस बार विशेष तैयारियाँ की हैं। गजनेर थानाधिकारी सुभाष गोदारा ने बताया कि श्रद्धालुओं की सुविधा हेतु मंदिर परिसर से बाहर बस व बड़े वाहनों के लिए अलग से पार्किंग की व्यवस्था की गई है। मेले में भीड़ नियंत्रण के लिए विशेष पुलिस बल तैनात रहेगा। गांव में प्रवेश करने वाले सभी भारी वाहनों पर प्रतिबंध रहेगा और मंदिर से 500 मीटर के दायरे तक दोपहिया व चारपहिया वाहनों की एंट्री पूरी तरह बंद कर दी गई है, केवल पदयात्रियों को प्रवेश मिलेगा। राजमार्गों पर पुलिसकर्मी पदयात्रियों की सहायता और मार्गदर्शन के लिए मौजूद रहेंगे।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. The Ishtadev Kodmadesar Bhairav ​​temple, located 24 km from Bikaner, is a place where people come walking from far away places on the fulfillment of wishes or on special days, such as Ashtami, Chaturdashi, and Amavasya. This temple is under the open sky just like Shani Shingnapur of Maharashtra and its establishment is believed to be even before the establishment of Bikaner.

This fair, which is held every year in the month of Bhadwa, is going to be held in a grand manner on 4th and 5th September this year. In this tradition which has been going on for centuries, the Ganga of faith overflows on the dates of Baras, Teras and Chaudas and thousands of pilgrims and devotees reach the court of Baba Bhairavnath with their wishes.

Not only from Bikaner city, but a large number of people come to this fair from all over. Devotees travel on foot from Bikaner and complete the difficult journey and pay their obeisance at Baba’s court with devotion and receive blessings.

Tejkaran Gehlot of the priest family told that on this occasion the temple is decorated with special decorations and adornments. During the morning aarti, the entire complex resounds with grand decorations, lighting of lamps and the sound of conch and bells. Devotees are welcomed by applying vermilion tilak and the process of distribution of prasad continues continuously. For darshan, a line-up arrangement is made with bamboo sticks so that thousands of devotees can easily have darshan of Baba.

Before the start of the fair, social workers and philanthropists set up service camps at various places for the pilgrims in which water, milk, tea, biscuits, boondi-namkeen and even dinner are provided free of cost. Medical camps and first aid facilities are also available.

Along with dharamshalas, temporary camps are also set up for the devotees to stay around the fair premises.

The police administration has also made special preparations this time. Gajner Thanadhikari Subhash Godara said that for the convenience of the devotees, separate parking has been arranged for buses and big vehicles outside the temple premises. Special police force will be deployed for crowd control in the fair. All heavy vehicles entering the village will be banned and the entry of two-wheelers and four-wheelers has been completely stopped within a radius of 500 meters from the temple, only pilgrims will be allowed entry. Policemen will be present on the highways to help and guide the pilgrims.
