बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। भारत सरकार के संस्कृति मंत्रालय एवं राज्य सरकार के “हर घर तिरंगा, हर घर स्वच्छता” अभियान के तहत राजकीय पॉलिटेक्निक महाविद्यालय बीकानेर परिसर में प्राचार्य के के सुथार एवं विभागाध्यक्ष बाबूलाल के निर्देशन में एनसीसी कडेटस एनएसएस स्वयंसेवक रोवर्स एवं अन्य विद्यार्थियों सहित सभी स्टाफ सदस्यों द्वारा कैप्टन एस एल राठी के नेतृत्व में संस्था परिसर में स्वच्छता अभियान चलाकर श्रमदान किया।
“हर घर तिरंगा” कार्यक्रम के तहत ही विद्युत् विभाग के स्मार्ट कक्ष में भाषण एवं पोस्टर प्रतियोगिता आयोजित की गई।
कंप्यूटर प्रवक्ता प्रशांत जोशी के निर्देशन में आयोजित भाषण प्रतियोगिता में इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स विभाग के छात्र प्रज्ज्वल-प्रथम, कृष्णा व्यास-द्वितीय, अशोक कुमार तृतीय स्थान प्राप्त किया जबकि तिरंगा थीम पर आधारित पोस्टर प्रतियोगिता में विद्युत् विभाग के पुर्जित स्वामी विजेता रहे।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान SLMT श्री एस एल राठी तथा डॉ वाईबी माथुर ने निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा राजस्थान में जारी विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण (SIR) के महत्त्व की जानकारी दी एवं सभी मतदाताओ को ऑनलाइन तथा बीएलओ के माध्यम से ऑफलाइन गणना प्रपत्र भरकर आयोग द्वारा निर्धारित 11 दस्तावेजो में से जरुरी दस्तावेजो सहित ऑनलाइन या बीएलओ को ऑफलाइन फॉर्म जमा करवाने की प्रक्रिया की जानकारी दी। साथ ही मतदाताओ की चार श्रेणियों (A,B,C,D) को विस्तार से बताया।
वोटर्स की चार श्रेणियां और अनिवार्यताए
- श्रेणी ए : इस श्रेणी में उन वोटर्स को रखा गया है जिनका नाम वर्ष 2002 की वोटर लिस्ट में दर्ज है। इन्हें कोई अन्य दस्तावेज़ जमा नहीं करवाना होगा उन्हें केवल गणना प्रपत्र ही भरना होगा वर्ष 2002 की वोटर लिस्ट में स्थित नाम वाले पेज की कॉपी बीएलओ द्वारा अपलोड की जाएगी।
- श्रेणी बी : इस श्रेणी में वे लोग होंगे जिनका नाम वर्ष 2002 की वोटर लिस्ट में नहीं था और जिनका जन्म 01 जुलाई 1987 से पहले हुआ है उन्हें स्वयं का मात्र एक दस्तावेज़ देना होगा।
- श्रेणी सी : इस श्रेणी में वे लोग आते हैं जिनका जन्म 01 जुलाई 1987 से दिसंबर 2004 के बीच में हुआ है उन्हें दो दस्तावेज़ के तहत एक स्वयं और माता या पिता में से किसी एक का दस्तावेज़ देना होगा
- श्रेणी डी: इस श्रेणी में उन युवा मतदाताओं को रखा गया है जिनका जन्म 02 दिसंबर 2004 के बाद हुआ है उन्हें तीन दस्तावेजों के तहत स्वयं माता और पिता के दस्तावेज़ जमा कराने होंगे
इस दौरान एम एस गौड़, भवानी प्रकाश, एम आई काजी, डॉ अलोक व्यास, हितेश सैनी, डॉ वी एस ताखर, डॉ एस एल प्रजापत, सुमित राज भाटी सहित अन्य स्टाफ सदस्य उपस्थित रहे।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Under the “Har Ghar Tiranga, Har Ghar Swachhata” campaign of the Ministry of Culture of the Government of India and the State Government, in the Government Polytechnic College Bikaner campus, under the guidance of Principal KK Suthar and Head of Department Babulal, all the staff members including NCC cadets, NSS volunteers, Rovers and other students, carried out a cleanliness campaign in the institution campus under the leadership of Captain SL Rathi and did Shramdaan.
Under the “Har Ghar Tiranga” program, speech and poster competition was organized in the smart room of the Electricity Department.
In the speech competition organized under the guidance of Computer Lecturer Prashant Joshi, Electronics Department student Prajjwal- first, Krishna Vyas- second, Ashok Kumar got third place, while Purjit Swami of the Electricity Department was the winner in the poster competition based on the tricolor theme.
During the program, SLMT Shri S.L. Rathi and Dr. Y.B. Mathur informed about the importance of Special Intensive Revision (SIR) issued by the Election Commission in Rajasthan and informed all the voters about the process of submitting the counting form online or offline to BLO along with the necessary documents from the 11 documents prescribed by the Commission. Also, the four categories of voters (A, B, C, D) were explained in detail.
Four categories of voters and requirements
- Category A: This category includes those voters whose name is recorded in the voter list of the year 2002. They will not have to submit any other document, they will only have to fill the counting form. A copy of the page containing the name in the voter list of the year 2002 will be uploaded by the BLO. 2. Category B: This category includes those people whose name was not in the voter list of the year 2002 and who were born before 01 July 1987. They will have to submit only one document of themselves.
- Category C: This category includes those people who were born between 01 July 1987 and December 2004. They will have to submit two documents, one of themselves and one of their parents.
- Category D: This category includes those young voters who were born after 02 December 2004. They will have to submit three documents of their parents.
During this, MS Gaur, Bhavani Prakash, MI Kazi, Dr Alok Vyas, Hitesh Saini, Dr VS Takhar, Dr SL Prajapat, Sumit Raj Bhati and other staff members were present.
