एमजीएसयू के इतिहास विभाग द्वारा हुआ विशाल पौधारोपण कार्यक्रम….
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। सावन के अंतिम सोमवार को महाराजा गंगा सिंह यूनिवर्सिटी के इतिहास विभाग द्वारा विश्वविद्यालय परिसर में महर्षि वशिष्ठ भवन के सामने स्थित उद्यान में पौधारोपण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया।
विभागाध्यक्ष डॉ. मेघना शर्मा ने बताया कि कार्यक्रम में विद्यार्थियों को पर्यावरण संरक्षण का संदेश देते हुए कुलगुरु मनोज दीक्षित व कुलसचिव अरविंद बिश्नोई द्वारा सर्वप्रथम पौधा रोपकर सभी को प्रकृति के संतुलन को बनाए रखने की दिशा में कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए गए।
डॉ. मेघना ने इस अवसर पर कहा कि सनातन में प्रकृति पूजा ना केवल एक धार्मिक परंपरा है अपितु एक जीवनशैली भी मानी गई है।
सनातन में जहां पृथ्वी को माता माना गया है तो पंचमहाभूत सिद्धांत के तहत पृथ्वी, जल, अग्नि, वायु और आकाश की शुद्धता बनाए रखना मनुष्य का नैतिक दायित्व माना गया है।
इस अवसर पर प्रथम, द्वितीय व चतुर्थ सेमेस्टर्स के विद्यार्थियों ने उद्यान में नीम, शीशम, बोगनवेलिया आदि के पौधे रोपकर उनका लगातार संरक्षण करने का भी संकल्प लिया।
आयोजन प्रो. अनिल कुमार छंगाणी, प्रो. राजाराम चोयल, अतिरिक्त कुलसचिव डॉ. बिट्ठल बिस्सा, डॉ. गौतम मेघवंशी, डॉ. सीमा शर्मा, डॉ. प्रगति सोबती, डॉ. अनिल कुमार दुलार, डॉ. प्रभुदान चारण, डॉ. अभिषेक वशिष्ठ, डॉ. लीला कौर, कुलदीप जैन, कमल कांत शर्मा के अतिरिक्त अतिथि शिक्षक आदि शामिल रहे।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. On the last Monday of Sawan, the History Department of Maharaja Ganga Singh University organized a tree plantation program in the garden located in front of Maharishi Vashisht Bhawan in the university campus.
Department Head Dr. Meghna Sharma said that in the program, giving the message of environmental protection to the students, Vice Chancellor Manoj Dixit and Registrar Arvind Bishnoi first planted a sapling and instructed everyone to work towards maintaining the balance of nature.
Dr. Meghna said on this occasion that in Sanatan, nature worship is not only a religious tradition but is also considered a lifestyle.
While in Sanatan, the Earth is considered as Mother, under the Pancha Mahabhuta principle, it is considered the moral duty of man to maintain the purity of Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Sky.
On this occasion, students of first, second and fourth semesters planted saplings of neem, sheesham, bougainvillea etc. in the garden and pledged to protect them continuously.
