बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। बीकानेर के उद्योग व व्यापार जगत को नीतिगत एवं सहिष्णु बनाने की मंशा से बीकानेर जिला उद्योग संघ के नेतृत्व में उद्योग एवं व्यापार एक सच्ची सेवा विषय पर गंगाशहर के तेरापंथ भवन में संगोष्ठी का आयोजन किया जा रहा है।
व्याख्यान देते हुए अणुव्रत अनुशास्ता आचार्य श्री महाश्रमण जी के आज्ञानुवर्ती उग्रविहारी तपोमूर्ति मुनि कमल कुमार जी ने बताया कि व्यापार एवं उद्योग में सफलता का मूल मन्त्र नैतिकता है।
आज बीकानेर उद्योग व व्यापारिक दृष्टिकोण में देश विदेश में अपनी ख्याति कायम किये हुए है और हम सभी का यह उद्देश्य भी होना चाहिए कि आज की पीढ़ी में भी नैतिकता व प्रमाणिकता का बीजारोपण करें ताकि देश विदेश में बनी बीकानेर की ख्याति को और उंचा स्थान प्राप्त हो। एक सफल कारोबारी की सफलता का मुख्य कारण उसकी वाणी की मधुरता है और अपने लाभ के लिए किसी अन्य को नुकसान ना पहुंचाना हैं।
उद्योग विभाग से सेवानिवृत आर के सेठिया ने बताया कि कारोबारी को सफलता के शिखर पर जाने के लिए अपने दिमांग को ठंडा, अपने मुंह से मीठी वाणी तथा अपने छोटे से लेकर बड़े कर्मचारी के प्रति अपने दिल में प्रेम व सत्कार का भाव रखें।
उद्योगपति कन्हैयालाल बोथरा ने बताया कि आज उद्योगपति व व्यापारी इस देश की अर्थव्यवस्था की रीढ़ की हड्डी है जिनका देश की अर्थव्यवस्था में काफी बड़ा योगदान है।
उद्योगपति गणेश बोथरा ने बताया कि कारोबार करना एक जटिल प्रक्रिया है इसमें नैतिकता का संयोजन आवश्यक है तथा अनैतिकता से कमाया हुआ धन ज्यादा लंबा नहीं चलता।
बीकानेर जिला उद्योग संघ अध्यक्ष द्वारकाप्रसाद पचीसिया ने बताया कि यदि हर व्यक्ति सफल होने के साथ यह सोच ले कि समाज से कमाया हुआ धन वापस समाज के हित में लगाना है तो इससे वह अपने जिले, राज्य तथा देश की तस्वीर बदल सकता हैं।
बीकानेर के औद्योगिक व व्यापारिक विकास को आगे बढाने के लिए उद्योगपतियों और व्यापारियों को संगठित होने की आवश्यकता है। मंच का संचालन विमल सिंह चौरड़िया ने किया।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. With the intention of making Bikaner’s industry and business world ethical and tolerant, a seminar is being organized in Gangashahar’s Terapanth Bhawan on the subject of Industry and Trade is a true service under the leadership of Bikaner District Industries Association.
Delivering a lecture, Ugravihari Tapamurti Muni Kamal Kumar Ji, a follower of Anuvrat Anushastha Acharya Shri Mahashramanji, said that the basic mantra of success in business and industry is morality.
Today Bikaner has established its fame in the country and abroad in terms of industry and business and it should be the aim of all of us to sow the seeds of morality and authenticity in today’s generation too so that Bikaner’s fame in the country and abroad gets a higher place. The main reason for the success of a successful businessman is the sweetness of his speech and not harming anyone else for his own benefit.
R.K. Sethia, retired from the Industry Department, said that to reach the peak of success, a businessman should keep his mind cool, speak sweetly and keep love and respect in his heart for his employees from small to big.
Industrialist Kanhaiyalal Bothra said that today industrialists and businessmen are the backbone of the economy of this country, who have a huge contribution in the country’s economy.
Industrialist Ganesh Bothra said that doing business is a complex process, in which a combination of morality is necessary and money earned through immorality does not last long.
Bikaner District Industry Association President Dwarka Prasad Pachisia said that if every person, after being successful, thinks that the money earned from the society should be invested back in the interest of the society, then he can change the picture of his district, state and country.
There is a need for industrialists and businessmen to unite to promote industrial and business development in Bikaner. The stage was conducted by Vimal Singh Choudhary.
