विधायक भी स्कूलों की मरम्मत के लिए एमएलए-लेड वार्षिक फंड से दे सकेंगे 20 प्रतिशत तक राशि

जयपुर, @MaruSangram। मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा ने झालावाड़ जिले के पीपलोदी ग्राम के राजकीय विद्यालय में हुई हृदय विदारक घटना को संज्ञान में लेते हुए जीर्ण-क्षीर्ण, मरम्मत योग्य राजकीय संस्थानों, विद्यालयों एवं आंगनबाड़ी भवनों के मरम्मत संबंधी कार्य प्राथमिकता से करवाने के निर्देश दिए हैं। इस संबंध में उन्होंने डांग, मगरा, मेवात क्षेत्रीय विकास योजना के तहत इन संस्थानों और भवनों की मरम्मत हेतु अनुमत राशि को 15 प्रतिशत से बढ़ाकर 20 प्रतिशत करने का निर्णय किया है।

इसी प्रकार अब विधायक भी स्थानीय क्षेत्र विकास योजना के अंतर्गत किसी भी योजना से निर्मित राजकीय संस्थानों, विद्यालयों एवं आंगनबाड़ी भवनों के मरम्मत संबंधी कार्यों के लिए अपने वार्षिक आवंटन की 20 प्रतिशत राशि की अनुशंसा कर सकेंगे। पहले एमएलए-लेड में निर्मित भवनों की मरम्मत का कार्य ही इस कोष से करवाया जा सकता था।

मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा ने सभी विधायकों से पुराने और जर्जर सरकारी स्कूलों के भवनों की मरम्मत एवं रखरखाव के लिए प्राथमिकता से राशि की अनुशंसा करने का आग्रह किया है। इससे राजकीय संस्थानों, विद्यालयों एवं आंगनबाड़ी केन्द्र के भवनों का सुदृढ़ीकरण हो सकेगा तथा भविष्य में किसी भी अप्रिय घटना को रोका जा सकेगा।

उल्लेखनीय है कि राज्य सरकार ने इस वर्ष के बजट में बिना भवन के और जर्जर विद्यालयों के नवीन भवनों के निर्माण और मरम्मत के लिए 375 करोड़ रूपये का प्रावधान किया है। प्रत्येक विधानसभा क्षेत्र को भी 3 करोड़ रुपये मरम्मत कार्यों के लिए दिए जा रहे हैं। इसके अंतर्गत सरकारी स्कूलों, राजकीय संस्थानों और आंगनबाड़़ी भवनों के मरम्मत कार्य करवाए जा सकेंगे।

मुख्यमंत्री ने शुक्रवार को मुख्यमंत्री निवास पर उच्च स्तरीय बैठक कर जिला कलेक्टर्स एवं संबंधित विभागों को स्कूलों, अस्पतालों सहित सभी सरकारी इमारतों का तत्काल निरीक्षण कर मरम्मत कार्य करवाने के निर्देश दिए थे। साथ ही, विशेषज्ञों की एक समिति गठित कर 5 दिनों के भीतर रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने के लिए भी निर्देशित किया।

Repair work can be done with 20 percent amount in Dang, Magra, Mewat Regional Development Scheme

MLAs can also give up to 20 percent amount from MLA-led annual fund for the repair of schools

Jaipur, @MaruSangram. Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma, taking cognizance of the heart-wrenching incident that took place in the Government School of Piplodi village of Jhalawar district, has given instructions to get the repair work of dilapidated, repairable Government institutions, schools and Anganwadi buildings done on priority. In this regard, he has decided to increase the amount allowed for the repair of these institutions and buildings under Dang, Magra, Mewat Regional Development Scheme from 15 percent to 20 percent.

Similarly, now MLAs will also be able to recommend 20 percent of their annual allocation for repair works of government institutions, schools and Anganwadi buildings constructed under any scheme under the Local Area Development Scheme. Earlier, only the repair work of buildings constructed under MLA-led could be done from this fund.

Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma has urged all the MLAs to recommend funds on priority for the repair and maintenance of old and dilapidated government school buildings. This will strengthen the buildings of government institutions, schools and Anganwadi centres and prevent any untoward incident in future.

It is worth mentioning that the state government has made a provision of Rs 375 crore in this year’s budget for the construction and repair of new buildings of dilapidated and unbuilt schools. Rs 3 crore is also being given to each assembly constituency for repair works. Under this, repair works of government schools, government institutions and Anganwadi buildings can be done.

The Chief Minister held a high-level meeting at the Chief Minister’s residence on Friday and directed the District Collectors and the concerned departments to immediately inspect all government buildings including schools and hospitals and get the repair work done. Along with this, he also directed to constitute a committee of experts and submit a report within 5 days.
