झालावाड़, @MaruSangramnews। राजस्थान के झालावाड़ जिले में मनोहरथाना ब्लॉक के पीपलोदी सरकारी स्कूल में शुक्रवार सुबह एक दर्दनाक हादसा हुआ, जिसमें क्लासरूम की छत ढहने से 8 बच्चों की मौत हो गई और 28 बच्चे घायल हो गए, जिनमें 9 की हालत गंभीर है। हादसे के समय 7वीं कक्षा के 35 बच्चे क्लासरूम में मौजूद थे, जो भारी बारिश के कारण कमजोर हुई छत के मलबे में दब गए।

5 बच्चों की मौके पर ही मौत:
जानकारी के मुताबिक हादसे के दौरान सुबह से हो रही बारिश के कारण प्रार्थना सभा के लिए बच्चों को मैदान में इकट्ठा करने के बजाय क्लासरूम में बैठाया गया था। ग्रामीणों और शिक्षकों ने तुरंत बचाव कार्य शुरू किया और मलबे से बच्चों को निकालकर मनोहरथाना अस्पताल पहुंचाया। अस्पताल के अनुसार, 5 बच्चों की मौके पर ही मौत हो गई, जबकि 2 ने इलाज के दौरान दम तोड़ दिया। वहीं, 9 गंभीर घायलों को झालावाड़ जिला अस्पताल रेफर किया गया। स्कूल में कुल 7 क्लासरूम थे और हादसे के समय 71 बच्चे मौजूद थे। दो शिक्षक स्कूल में थे, लेकिन वे इमारत के बाहर होने के कारण सुरक्षित रहे।

मानवाधिकार आयोग सख्त, 5 शिक्षक निलंबित:
हादसे के बाद शिक्षा विभाग ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए स्कूल की हेडमास्टर मीना गर्ग और शिक्षकों जावेद अहमद, रामविलास लववंशी, कन्हैयालाल सुमन, और बद्रीलाल लोधा को निलंबित कर दिया। दूसरी ओर, राजस्थान मानवाधिकार आयोग ने स्वत: संज्ञान लेते हुए झालावाड़ जिला कलेक्टर, जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी, शिक्षा निदेशक, और एसपी को नोटिस जारी कर 7 अगस्त तक अनुपालन रिपोर्ट मांगी है। आयोग के अध्यक्ष जस्टिस जीआर मूलचंदानी ने घटना को हृदय विदारक बताते हुए दोषियों के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई, मृतकों के परिजनों को उचित मुआवजा, और घायलों को तत्काल सहायता प्रदान करने के निर्देश दिए।

ग्रामीणों ने जताया विरोध, चौराहा किया जाम:
इधर, हादसे के विरोध में पीपलोदी गांव के ग्रामीणों ने मुआवजे और मुख्यमंत्री के दौरे की मांग को लेकर मनोहरथाना-अकलेरा रोड पर बुराड़ी चौराहे को जाम कर दिया। कलेक्टर अजय सिंह राठौड़ ने बताया कि शिक्षा विभाग को जर्जर भवनों में स्कूल न चलाने के निर्देश दिए गए थे, लेकिन यह स्कूल जर्जर सूची में शामिल नहीं था। हैरानी की बात है कि जांच से पहले प्रशासन ने स्कूल की शेष इमारत को जेसीबी से ढहा दिया, जिससे सबूत नष्ट होने की आशंका जताई जा रही है।

देश के बड़े नेताओं ने जताया दुख:
बताते चलें कि राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मु, प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी, और लोकसभा में विपक्ष के नेता राहुल गांधी ने हादसे पर गहरा दुख जताया। राहुल गांधी ने शोक संतप्त परिवारों के प्रति संवेदना व्यक्त की और कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ताओं से राहत कार्यों में सहायता करने की अपील की।

वहीं, सरकार और प्रशासन पर दबाव बढ़ रहा है कि ऐसी घटनाओं को रोकने के लिए तत्काल कदम उठाए जाएं और जिम्मेदारों को सजा दी जाए।

A tragic accident took place on Friday morning at Piplodi Government School in Manoharthana block in Jhalawar district of Rajasthan, in which 8 children died and 28 children were injured due to collapse of the classroom roof, out of which 9 are in critical condition. At the time of the accident, 35 children of class 7 were present in the classroom, who got buried under the debris of the roof which had weakened due to heavy rains.

5 children died on the spot:

According to the information, during the accident, due to the rain since morning, the children were made to sit in the classroom instead of gathering them in the field for the prayer meeting. Villagers and teachers immediately started rescue work and took the children out of the debris and took them to Manoharthana Hospital. According to the hospital, 5 children died on the spot, while 2 died during treatment. At the same time, 9 seriously injured were referred to Jhalawar District Hospital. There were a total of 7 classrooms in the school and 71 children were present at the time of the accident. Two teachers were in the school, but they remained safe as they were outside the building.

Human Rights Commission strict, 5 teachers suspended:

After the accident, the Education Department took immediate action and suspended the school’s headmaster Meena Garg and teachers Javed Ahmed, Ramvilas Lavvanshi, Kanhaiyalal Suman, and Badrilal Lodha. On the other hand, the Rajasthan Human Rights Commission, taking suo motu cognizance, has issued a notice to the Jhalawar District Collector, District Education Officer, Director of Education, and SP and sought a compliance report by August 7. Commission Chairman Justice GR Mulchandani described the incident as heart-wrenching and directed to take legal action against the culprits, provide proper compensation to the families of the deceased, and provide immediate assistance to the injured.

Villagers protested, blocked the intersection:

Here, in protest against the accident, the villagers of Peeplodi village blocked the Burari intersection on Manoharthana-Aklera road demanding compensation and the visit of the Chief Minister. Collector Ajay Singh Rathore said that the education department was instructed not to run schools in dilapidated buildings, but this school was not included in the dilapidated list. Surprisingly, before the investigation, the administration demolished the remaining building of the school with a JCB, due to which there is a possibility of destruction of evidence.

Big leaders of the country expressed grief:

Let us tell you that President Draupadi Murmu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi expressed deep grief over the accident. Rahul Gandhi expressed condolences to the bereaved families and appealed to Congress workers to assist in relief work.

At the same time, pressure is mounting on the government and administration to take immediate steps to prevent such incidents and punish those responsible.
