मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा के प्रयासों से संवर रहा प्रदेश के लाखों युवाओं का भविष्य
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। मुख्यमंत्री भजन लाल शर्मा के नेतृत्व में राज्य सरकार युवा कल्याण को लेकर संकल्पबद्ध है। सरकार द्वारा पांच वर्ष में चार लाख युवाओं को सरकारी नौकरियां देने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया है। इस क्रम में अब तक 75 हजार से अधिक युवाओं को नियुक्ति पत्र प्रदान किए गए हैं। इस वर्ष 81 हजार परीक्षाओं का कलैण्डर जारी किया जा चुका है। वहीं एक ही दिन में 26 हजार नौकरियों की भर्ती जारी कर सरकार ने इतिहास रचा है। सरकार द्वारा राजस्थान लोक सेवा आयोग के सदस्यों की संख्या 7 से बढ़ाकर दस करने का निर्णय लिया है। प्रत्येक परीक्षा पारदर्शी तरीके से हो, यह भी सरकार की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकताओं में है।
हाल ही में सूचना सहायक के पद पर चयनित प्रेरणा आचार्य ने बताया कि प्रतियोगी परीक्षा के आयोजन से परिणाम जारी होने और नियुक्ति पत्र मिलने तक की सम्पूर्ण गतिविधियां समयबद्ध हुई। इसके लिए उसने मुख्यमंत्री की विजनरी सोच का आभार जताया। प्रतियोगी परीक्षा की तैयारी करने वाले भीनासर के राघव सोलंकी ने विश्वास जताते हुए कहा कि सरकार ने इतनी सारी नौकरियां एक साथ निकाली हैं, तो अधिक से अधिक युवाओं का कॅरियर संवरेगा। उसने सरकार की इस पहल को सराहनीय बताया।
निजी क्षेत्र में भी खुली रोजगार की राह
मुख्यमंत्री की संकल्पना के अनुसार निजी क्षेत्र में भी रोजगार की राह खुली है। राज्य सरकार के निर्देशानुसर बीकानेर जिले में गत डेढ़ वर्ष में 6 कौशल, रोजगार एवं उद्यमिता शिविर तथा 4 कैंपस प्लेसमेंट शिविर सहित कुल 10 रोजगार सहायता शिविर आयोजित हुए हैं। इन दस रोजगार सहायता शिविरों में कुल 12 हजार 580 युवाओं की भागीदारी रही और इन शिविरों में 122 नियोजकों द्वारा 2 हजार 786 बेरोजगार आशार्थियों का रोजगार के लिए प्राथमिक चयन किया गया।
रोजगार विभाग द्वारा इस वर्ष 27 मार्च को बीकानेर शहर में आयोजित रोजगार सहायता शिविर में बीकॉम, एमकॉम, एलएलबी योग्यताधारी युवा प्रखर मुंजाल को आकाश इंस्टीट्यूट में सेल्स मार्केटिंग मैनेजर के पद पर नियुक्ति मिली।
आज मुंजाल 6 लाख 30 हजार रुपए के वार्षिक पैकेज पर कार्य कर रहा है। उसने बताया कि वह अपने गृह नगर में ही यह नौकरी पाकर खुश है। उसने बताया कि मुख्यमंत्री की संवेदनशील सोच की बदौलत आयोजित शिविर ने ही उसके जीवन को नई दिशा दी है।
रोजगार विभाग द्वारा सितम्बर 2024 में आयोजित रोजगार सहायता शिविर के दौरान एसबीआई क्रेडिट कार्ड में टीम लीडर के रूप में गंगाशहर के सुमित अग्रवाल का चयन हुआ।
सेल्स एंड मार्केटिंग में एमबीए योग्यताधारी अग्रवाल ने बताया कि उसे 4.7 लाख रुपए सालाना पैकेज पर यह नौकरी मिली। उसने बताया कि शिविर नहीं होता तो शायद यह अवसर नहीं मिलता।

The future of lakhs of youths of the state is improving due to the efforts of Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma
Bikaner, @MaruSangram. The state government under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma is committed to youth welfare. The government has set a target of giving government jobs to four lakh youths in five years. In this sequence, appointment letters have been provided to more than 75 thousand youths so far. This year the calendar of 81 thousand examinations has been released. At the same time, the government has created history by releasing recruitment for 26 thousand jobs in a single day. The government has decided to increase the number of members of Rajasthan Public Service Commission from 7 to 10. Every examination should be conducted in a transparent manner, this is also among the top priorities of the government.
Prerna Acharya, who was recently selected for the post of Information Assistant, said that all the activities from conducting the competitive examination to releasing the results and getting the appointment letter were time bound. For this, she thanked the visionary thinking of the Chief Minister. Raghav Solanki of Bhinasar, who is preparing for the competitive examination, expressed confidence and said that since the government has announced so many jobs at once, the career of more and more youth will improve. He described this initiative of the government as praiseworthy.
Road to employment has opened in the private sector as well
As per the concept of the Chief Minister, road to employment has opened in the private sector as well. As per the instructions of the state government, a total of 10 employment assistance camps including 6 skill, employment and entrepreneurship camps and 4 campus placement camps have been organized in Bikaner district in the last one and a half years. A total of 12 thousand 580 youth participated in these ten employment assistance camps and in these camps, 2 thousand 786 unemployed aspirants were selected for employment by 122 employers.
In the employment assistance camp organized by the Employment Department in Bikaner city on March 27 this year, B.Com, M.Com, LLB qualified youth Prakhar Munjal got appointment as Sales Marketing Manager in Aakash Institute.
Today Munjal is working on an annual package of Rs 6 lakh 30 thousand. He told that he is happy to get this job in his hometown itself. He told that the camp organized due to the sensitive thinking of the Chief Minister has given a new direction to his life.
During the employment assistance camp organized by the Employment Department in September 2024, Sumit Agarwal of Gangasahar was selected as Team Leader in SBI Credit Card.
Aggarwal, who has MBA qualification in Sales and Marketing, told that he got this job on an annual package of Rs 4.7 lakh. He told that if the camp had not been held, perhaps this opportunity would not have been available.
