बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। मानसून की कामना और दृश्य कला की अभिव्यक्ति के संगम ‘रंग मल्हार’ का 16वां संस्करण रविवार को जिला उद्योग संघ परिसर, रानी बाजार में भव्य रूप से आयोजित हुआ। यह अंतरराष्ट्रीय कला उत्सव धोरा इंटरनेशनल आर्टिस्ट समिति, भोज कला प्रन्यास, रोटरी क्लब बीकानेर रॉयल्स, रोटरी क्लब बीकानेर अपराज और बीकानेर जिला उद्योग संघ के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में संपन्न हुआ।
रोटरी क्लब बीकानेर रॉयल्स के अध्यक्ष सुनील चामड़िया ने बताया कि प्रसिद्ध अंतरराष्ट्रीय चित्रकार डॉ. विद्यासागर उपाध्याय की संकल्पना पर आधारित इस आयोजन की थीम इस वर्ष ‘क्ले तवा’ रखी गई, जिसमें देशभर से आए 100 से अधिक कलाकारों ने मिट्टी के तवे को कैनवास बनाकर अपनी रचनात्मकता का प्रदर्शन किया। यह आयोजन एक दिवसीय ओपन वर्कशॉप के रूप में आयोजित हुआ, जिसमें बीकानेर सहित अन्य राज्यों से कलाकारों ने भाग लिया।
कार्यक्रम के मुख्य अतिथि संभागीय आयुक्त श्री विश्राम मीणा थे, जबकि अध्यक्षता सीएम मूंधड़ा मेमोरियल ट्रस्ट, मुंबई के ट्रस्टी श्रीकिशन मूंधड़ा ने की। विशिष्ट अतिथियों में रोटरी इंटरनेशनल डिस्ट्रिक्ट 3053 के आगामी डिस्ट्रिक्ट गवर्नर (डीजीई) बृजमोहन अग्रवाल, बीकानेर जिला उद्योग संघ अध्यक्ष द्वारकाप्रसाद पचीसिया, राष्ट्रपति पुरस्कार प्राप्त चित्रकार महावीर स्वामी, एवं भोज कला प्रन्यास अध्यक्ष मनोज सोलंकी मंचासीन रहे।
आयोजन संयोजक और वरिष्ठ चित्रकार सुनील दत्त रंगा ने बताया कि रंग मल्हार की शुरुआत वर्ष 2009 में जयपुर से हुई थी और अब यह भारत के साथ-साथ अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर भी लोकप्रिय हो चुका है। विगत वर्षों में मास्क, पंखी, झंडे, टी-शर्ट, बैग, छाता, साइकिल, लालटेन और केतली जैसे माध्यमों पर कलाकारों ने अपनी कला का प्रदर्शन किया है। इस बार पहली बार मिट्टी के तवे को कैनवास बनाकर कलाकारों ने अपनी भावनाओं को आकार दिया।
रोटरी क्लब बीकानेर अपराज की अध्यक्ष रुचि दफ्तरी ने बताया कि कार्यक्रम में वरिष्ठ चित्रकार महावीर स्वामी, सतीश हतीला, डॉ. मोना सरदार डूडी, धर्मा स्वामी, योगेन्द्र पुरोहित, मूलचंद महात्मा, चंद्रप्रकाश महात्मा, अनुराग स्वामी, ज्योति स्वामी, मनस्वी शर्मा, यश कुमार, अरमान कादरी, शिवकुमार आचार्य, राम भादाणी, दामोदर तंवर सहित कुल 125 कलाकारों ने भाग लिया।
रोटरी क्लब बीकानेर रॉयल्स की ओर से सह प्रांतीयपाल पंकज पारीक, डॉ. मनोज कुड़ी, सचिव विपिन लड्डा, कोषाध्यक्ष जगदीप ओबेरॉय, संयोजक भुवनेश स्वामी, डॉ. संदीप खरे, डॉ. पुनीत खत्री, नितिन रंगा, दीपक व्यास तथा रोटरी अपराज की ओर से शिवाली कोठारी, पारुल अग्रवाल, नेहा ओझा, कोमल पोपली और धोरा ग्रुप की ओर से सौरभ शर्मा, शिव आचार्य सहित कई युवा कलाकारों ने सक्रिय भागीदारी निभाई।
कलाकृतियों में बीकानेर के ऐतिहासिक स्थलों जैसे जूनागढ़ किला, सागर की छतरियाँ, नृत्य करते ऊँट, राजस्थानी लोक नृत्य, मांडना चित्रकारी, विलुप्तप्राय गोडावन प्रजाति, उस्ता शैली, सुनहरी कलम, मथेरन शैली, बादलों का चित्रण, यथार्थवादी पोर्ट्रेट और लैंडस्केप आदि के माध्यम से वर्षा के स्वागत का सुंदर एवं सृजनात्मक संदेश प्रस्तुत किया गया।
कार्यक्रम के अंत में सभी प्रतिभागी कलाकारों को स्मृति चिन्ह और प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान कर सम्मानित किया गया। अतिथियों ने सभी कलाकृतियों का अवलोकन किया और कलाकारों के प्रयासों की मुक्त कंठ से सराहना की।

The 16th edition of ‘Rang Malhar’, a confluence of monsoon wishes and expression of visual art, was organized in a grand manner on Sunday at the District Industries Association Complex, Rani Bazar. This international art festival was held under the joint aegis of Dhora International Artist Committee, Bhoj Kala Pranyas, Rotary Club Bikaner Royals, Rotary Club Bikaner Aparaaj and Bikaner District Industries Association.
Rotary Club Bikaner Royals President Sunil Chamdiya said that the theme of this event based on the concept of famous international painter Dr. Vidyasagar Upadhyay was kept as ‘Clay Tawa’ this year, in which more than 100 artists from all over the country displayed their creativity by making clay pans as canvas. This event was organized as a one-day open workshop, in which artists from Bikaner and other states participated.
The chief guest of the program was Divisional Commissioner Shri Vishram Meena, while the trustee of CM Mundhra Memorial Trust, Mumbai, Shri Kishan Mundhra presided over it. Among the special guests were the upcoming District Governor (DGE) of Rotary International District 3053 Brijmohan Agarwal, Bikaner District Industries Association President Dwarkaprasad Pachisia, President Award winning painter Mahavir Swami, and Bhoj Kala Pranyas President Manoj Solanki.
Event coordinator and senior painter Sunil Dutt Ranga said that Rang Malhar started in Jaipur in the year 2009 and now it has become popular not only in India but also internationally. In the past years, artists have displayed their art on mediums like masks, fans, flags, T-shirts, bags, umbrellas, bicycles, lanterns and kettles. This time for the first time, artists gave shape to their feelings by making clay pans as canvas.
Rotary Club Bikaner Aparaaj President Ruchi Daftari said that a total of 125 artists including senior painters Mahavir Swami, Satish Hatila, Dr. Mona Sardar Doodi, Dharma Swami, Yogendra Purohit, Moolchand Mahatma, Chandraprakash Mahatma, Anurag Swami, Jyoti Swami, Manasvi Sharma, Yash Kumar, Arman Qadri, Shivkumar Acharya, Ram Bhadani, Damodar Tanwar participated in the program.
Co-Provincial Governor Pankaj Pareek, Dr. Manoj Kudi, Secretary Vipin Laddha, Treasurer Jagdeep Oberoi, Convenor Bhuvnesh Swami, Dr. Sandeep Khare, Dr. Puneet Khatri, Nitin Ranga, Deepak Vyas from Rotary Club Bikaner Royals and Shivali Kothari, Parul Agarwal, Neha Ojha, Komal Popli from Rotary Aparaaj and Saurabh Sharma, Shiv Acharya and many young artists from Dhora Group actively participated.
In the artworks, a beautiful and creative message of welcoming the rain was presented through the historical places of Bikaner like Junagarh Fort, Sagar’s Chhatri, dancing camels, Rajasthani folk dance, Mandana painting, endangered Godavan species, Usta style, Golden Pen, Matheran style, painting of clouds, realistic portrait and landscape etc.
At the end of the program, all the participating artists were honored by giving mementoes and certificates. The guests observed all the artworks and praised the efforts of the artists wholeheartedly.
