बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति-2020 के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन हेतु महाराजा गंगा सिंह विश्वविद्यालय, बीकानेर द्वारा विद्यार्थियों की जिज्ञासा एवं समस्याओं के निराकरण हेतु मुख्य धारा से जुडे़ विश्वविद्यालय कार्मिकों के लिए प्रशिक्षण कार्यशाला का आयोजन हुआ।

विश्वविद्यालय कुलगुरु आचार्य मनोज दीक्षित की कल्पना है कि यदि किसी भी संस्थान में नीति को शिखर तक पहुंचाना है तो उसके लिए वहां पर कार्यरत कार्मिकों को उसकी जानकारी होना अति-आवश्यक है जिससे वे विश्वविद्यालय में आने वाले विद्यार्थियों की समस्याओं का सुगमता से निराकरण कर सकें।

कार्यशाला के प्रारम्भ में विश्वविद्यालय कुलसचिव एवं वित्त नियंत्रक अरविन्द बिश्नोई ने प्रशिक्षण कार्यशाला में उपस्थित प्रशिक्षकों एवं कार्मिकों का स्वागत करते हुए प्रशिक्षण कार्यशाला के उद्देश्य एवं प्रस्तावना से कार्मिकों को अवगत कराया।

उन्होंने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति के प्रावधानों से हमारे कार्मिक रूबरू होने चाहिए तभी वे विद्यार्थियों के लिए तैयार करवाये जाने वाले पाठ्यक्रम एवं परीक्षा आयोजन में अपनी भूमिका निभा सकते है।

कुलगुरु आचार्य मनोज दीक्षित ने हम विद्यार्थियों की सुविधा हेतु कार्मिकों को प्रशिक्षित कर राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति-2020 में उल्लेखित प्रावधानानुसार पाठ्यक्रम तैयार करने की प्रक्रिया, अकादमिक बैंक ऑफ क्रेडिट, डिजिलाॅकर, च्वाइस बेस्ड क्रेडट सिस्टम, मल्टीपल एंटी और मल्टीपल एग्जिट, परीक्षा स्कीम, क्रेडिट और ग्रेडिंग पाॅइंट सिस्टम, सेमेस्टर ड्यू स्कीम आदि बिन्दुओं की जानकारी उनको विस्तृत रूप दे सकें। अभी तक हम वार्षिक आधार पर पुराने नियमों से कार्य व्यवस्था संचालित कर रहे थे।

आगामी समय में राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति के प्रावधानों को समाहित करते हुए अपने ऑडिनेंस तैयार करेंगे जिससे हमारे शिक्षक एवं कार्मिक उन ऑडिनेंस के आधार पर पाठ्यक्रम एवं परीक्षा आयोजन जैसी महत्वपूर्ण कार्य सम्पन्न कर सकें।

उन्होंने कहा कि आगामी समय राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति-2020 का है। इसी को ध्यान में रखते हुए हम प्रशिक्षण कार्यशाला को हम तीन चरणों में करना चाहते है जिसके तहत प्रथम चरण में अपने शिक्षकों एवं अधिकारियों के लिए द्वितीय चरण में महाविद्यालयों में स्थापित प्राचार्य एवं संकाय सदस्यों के लिए एवं तृतीय चरण के अन्तर्गत हम विश्वविद्यालय एवं महाविद्यालयों में अध्ययरत विद्यार्थियों को राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 से होने वाले उनके शैक्षणिक उन्नयन के संबंध में उनको जानकारी प्रदान करेंगे जिसके लिए हम महाविद्यालयों को सहयोग भी प्राप्त करेंगे।

प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में राजकीय डूंगर महाविद्यालय, बीकानेर से पधारे प्रो. दिव्या जोशी ने समग्र एवं बहुविषयक शिक्षा, राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति, एनईपीद्ध 2020 का कार्यान्वयन विषय पर प्रकाश डाला।

प्रो. नरेन्द्र भोजक ने आईडीपी प्रशासन, संकाय और सहायक कर्मचारियों की भूमिका पर तथा डाॅ. पंकज जैन ने विकल्प आधारित क्रेडिट प्रणाली, सीबीसीएसद्ध पाठ्यक्रम, क्रेडिट आधारित सेमेस्टर प्रणाली, सीबीएसएसद्ध, क्रेडिट प्वाइंट, क्रेडिट, संचयी ग्रेड पॉइंट औसत, ग्रेड प्वाइंट, सेमेस्टर ग्रेड प्वाइंट औसत, एसजीपीएद्ध की जानकारी कार्मिकों को दी।

विश्वविद्यालय के राष्टीय शिक्षा नीति-2020 के समन्वय डाॅ. धर्मेश हरवानी ने राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 का उच्च शिक्षा में प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन पर कार्मिकों को विस्तार से अवगत कराया।

निदेशक, शोध डाॅ. अभिषेक वशिष्ठ ने पीएच.डी. में प्रवेश हेतु निर्धारित दिशा-निर्देशों की जानकारी कार्मिकों को उपलब्ध करवाई।

इससे पूर्व कार्यशाला में प्रो. अनिल कुमार छंगाणी, प्रो. राजाराम चोयल, परीक्षा नियंत्रक डाॅ. बिट्ठल दास बिस्सा एवं उप कुलसचिव,परीक्षा डाॅ. गिरिराज हर्ष ने वर्तमान में राष्ट्रीय नीति-2020 के अनुसार अपनाई जा रही प्रक्रियाओं की जानकारी प्रदान की।

National Education Policy-2020 organized in MGSU “Personnel Training Workshop”……

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. For the effective implementation of National Education Policy-2020, Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner organized a training workshop for university personnel connected with the mainstream to resolve the queries and problems of the students.

University Vice Chancellor Acharya Manoj Dixit envisions that if the policy has to be taken to the top in any institution, then it is very important for the personnel working there to know about it so that they can easily resolve the problems of the students coming to the university.

At the beginning of the workshop, University Registrar and Finance Controller Arvind Bishnoi welcomed the trainers and personnel present in the training workshop and made the personnel aware of the objective and introduction of the training workshop.

He said that our personnel should be familiar with the provisions of the National Education Policy, only then they can play their role in preparing the curriculum and organizing the examinations for the students.

Vice Chancellor Acharya Manoj Dixit said that we can train the personnel for the convenience of the students and give them detailed information about the process of preparing the curriculum as per the provisions mentioned in the National Education Policy-2020, Academic Bank of Credit, Digilocker, Choice Based Credit System, Multiple Entry and Multiple Exit, Examination Scheme, Credit and Grading Point System, Semester Due Scheme etc. Till now we were operating the work system with the old rules on an annual basis.

In the coming time, we will prepare our ordinances incorporating the provisions of the National Education Policy so that our teachers and personnel can complete important tasks like organizing the curriculum and examinations on the basis of those ordinances.

He said that the coming time is of National Education Policy-2020. Keeping this in mind, we want to conduct the training workshop in three phases, under which in the first phase for our teachers and officers, in the second phase for the principals and faculty members established in the colleges and under the third phase, we will provide information to the students studying in universities and colleges regarding their educational upgradation due to the National Education Policy 2020, for which we will also get support from the colleges.

In the training program, Prof. Divya Joshi from Government Dungar College, Bikaner threw light on the subject of holistic and multidisciplinary education, implementation of National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.

Prof. Narendra Bhojhak spoke on IDP administration, role of faculty and support staff and Dr. Pankaj Jain gave information to the personnel about option based credit system, CBCS (Courses), credit based semester system, CBSS (Courses), credit point, credit, cumulative grade point average, grade point, semester grade point average, SGPA.

Dr., Coordinator of National Education Policy-2020 of the University. Dharmesh Harwani informed the personnel in detail about the effective implementation of National Education Policy 2020 in higher education.

Director, Research Dr. Abhishek Vashisht provided information about the guidelines prescribed for admission to Ph.D. to the personnel.

Earlier in the workshop, Prof. Anil Kumar Changani, Prof. Rajaram Choyal, Controller of Examinations Dr. Bitthal Das Bissa and Deputy Registrar, Examinations Dr. Giriraj Harsh provided information about the processes currently being adopted as per the National Policy-2020.
