बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। बीकानेर भाजपा जिला महामंत्री मोहन सुराणा ने आज बीडीए आयुक्त से मुलाकात कर सुझाव पत्र दिया जिसमें बीकानेर विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा संचालित जोड़ बीड़ योजना में लॉटरी प्रणाली के माध्यम से पारदर्शी ढंग से आम नागरिकों को जोड़बीड़ योजना में प्लॉट आवंटन की सराहना की इस योजना ने अनेक मध्यमवर्गीय एवं आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्गों को अपने सपनों का घर बनाने की आशा दी है। साथ की सुराणा ने आयुक्त को आगाह किया यह जानकारी प्राप्त हो रही है कि बीकानेर के कुछ प्रभावशाली भूमाफिया तत्व इस योजना में बाधा डालने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं।
यह जानकारी चिंताजनक है कि उक्त तत्व योजना को स्थगित करवाने या उसमें कानूनी अड़चनें उत्पन्न करने की तैयारी कर रहे हैं।
यदि ऐसा होता है, तो यह सीधे-सीधे आम नागरिकों के गाढ़े पसीने की कमाई, उनकी उम्मीदों और उनके अधिकारों पर कुठाराघात होगा।
सुराणा ने आयुक्त को सुझाव दिए योजना की लॉटरी प्रक्रिया को पूर्ण पारदर्शिता और निष्पक्षता से पूर्ण करवाया जाए। यदि किसी प्रकार की कानूनी चुनौती उत्पन्न होती है, तो उसका त्वरित एवं प्रभावी समाधान किया जाए।
भूमाफियाओं के किसी भी प्रकार के दबाव या षड्यंत्र को निष्फल करने हेतु प्रशासनिक एवं कानूनी स्तर पर कड़े कदम उठाए जाएं।
आमजन को विश्वास दिलाया जाए कि किसी भी दशा में आमजन के गाड़े पसीने की और मेहनत की कमाई सुरक्षित है तथा उन्हें उनके वैध हक अवश्य प्राप्त होंगे।योजना में हो रहे कार्यों की निगरानी हेतु एक स्वतंत्र निगरानी समिति का गठन भी किया जा सकता है।
हमें विश्वास है कि बीकानेर विकास प्राधिकरण आमजन के हितों की रक्षा हेतु प्रतिबद्ध है और इस योजना को सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न कर आम जनता का विश्वास कायम रखेगा।

Bikaner BJP District General Secretary Mohan Surana met the BDA Commissioner today and gave a suggestion letter in which he appreciated the allotment of plots in Jodbid scheme to common citizens in a transparent manner through lottery system in Jodbid scheme run by Bikaner Development Authority. This scheme has given hope to many middle class and economically weaker sections to build their dream house. Surana also warned the Commissioner that it is being learnt that some influential land mafia elements of Bikaner are trying to create obstacles in this scheme.
This information is worrying that the said elements are preparing to get the scheme postponed or create legal hurdles in it.
If this happens, then it will be a direct blow to the hard earned money of common citizens, their hopes and their rights.
Surana suggested to the commissioner that the lottery process of the scheme should be completed with full transparency and fairness. If any kind of legal challenge arises, then it should be resolved quickly and effectively.
Strict steps should be taken at the administrative and legal level to foil any kind of pressure or conspiracy of land mafias.
The common people should be assured that in any case, the hard-earned money of the common people is safe and they will definitely get their legal rights. An independent monitoring committee can also be formed to monitor the work being done in the scheme.
We believe that Bikaner Development Authority is committed to protecting the interests of the common people and will maintain the trust of the common people by successfully completing this scheme.
