जयपुर, @MaruSangram। ऑनलाइन सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म पर ‘लाइक्स’ और ‘रेटिंग’ देकर पार्ट-टाइम नौकरी या अतिरिक्त कमाई करने का सुनहरा अवसर तलाश रहे हैं, तो सावधान। राजस्थान पुलिस की साइबर क्राइम शाखा ने एक नई और संगठित साइबर धोखाधड़ी के प्रति गंभीर चेतावनी जारी की है, जिसमें आम लोगों को भारी वित्तीय नुकसान हो रहा है।
एसपी साइबर क्राइम शांतनु कुमार ने बताया कि साइबर अपराधी लगातार अपनी कार्यप्रणाली बदल रहे हैं और अब वे लोगों को व्यापारिक वेबसाइटों पर ‘लाइक्स’ और ‘रेटिंग’ देने के बदले आकर्षक भुगतान का लालच दे रहे हैं। यह धोखाधड़ी बेहद सुनियोजित तरीके से की जाती है।
शुरुआत में साइबर अपराधी कॉल या सोशल मीडिया के माध्यम से लोगों से संपर्क करते हैं और उन्हें कुछ वेबसाइटों या पोस्टों को ‘लाइक’ या ‘रेटिंग’ देने के लिए कहते हैं।
शुरुआती टास्क के लिए वे तुरंत थोड़े पैसे का भुगतान करते हैं, जिससे पीड़ितों का विश्वास जीतना आसान हो जाता है। एक बार जब पीड़ित को लगने लगता है कि यह एक वास्तविक अवसर है तो अपराधी उनसे उनकी यूपीआई आईडी, फोन नंबर जैसे व्यक्तिगत विवरण मांगते हैं और उन्हें ऐसे सोशल मीडिया ग्रुप्स में शामिल करते हैं जहाँ साइबर अपराधियों के अन्य सहयोगी भी मौजूद होते हैं। इन ग्रुप्स में अपराधी के सहयोगी लगातार ‘लाइक्स’ और ‘रेटिंग’ से हुई मोटी कमाई के फर्जी स्क्रीनशॉट साझा करते हैं, जिससे दूसरों को भी ज़्यादा पैसे कमाने का लालच आता है।
जैसे ही पीड़ित ‘लाइक्स’ और ‘रेटिंग’ के अपने टास्क पूरे करते हैं और मेहनताने का दावा करते हैं, अपराधी उनसे कमीशन या टैक्स के नाम पर बड़ी रकम की मांग करना शुरू कर देते हैं। वे पीड़ितों को यह विश्वास दिलाते हैं कि एक बड़ी राशि इकट्ठा हो रही है जिसे निकालने के लिए ये शुल्क आवश्यक हैं।
लालच में फंसे लोग लगातार पैसे देते रहते हैं, लेकिन उन्हें कभी भी अपनी मूल कमाई या दिए गए पैसे वापस नहीं मिलते। इस प्रक्रिया में वे न केवल अपनी मेहनत की कमाई गंवा देते हैं, बल्कि अपनी गोपनीय जानकारी भी साइबर अपराधियों के हाथ लग जाती है, जिसका दुरुपयोग किया जा सकता है।
राजस्थान पुलिस की सलाह:
∆ ऑनलाइन प्लेटफॉर्म पर ‘रेटिंग’ या ‘लाइक्स’ करने के लिए पैसे नहीं मिलते हैं। ऐसे किसी भी प्रलोभन से बचें।
∆ ऑनलाइन ग्रुप्स में दिखाए जा रहे कमाई के स्क्रीनशॉट पर आँख बंद करके भरोसा न करें। ये अक्सर धोखेबाजों के सहयोगी द्वारा डाले गए फर्जी प्रमाण होते हैं।
∆ यदि आप इस प्रकार की किसी घटना के शिकार होते हैं, तो तुरंत कार्रवाई करें। साइबर हेल्पलाइन नंबर 1930, साइबर क्राइम रिपोर्टिंग पोर्टल https://cybercrime.gov.in पर या अपने निकटतम पुलिस स्टेशन/साइबर पुलिस स्टेशन में इसकी सूचना दें।
एसपी शांतनु कुमार ने कहा कि याद रखें साइबर अपराध से बचाव में जागरूकता और सावधानी ही सबसे बड़ा हथियार है।
किसी भी अज्ञात या अविश्वसनीय स्रोत से आने वाले लुभावने प्रस्तावों से बचें और अपनी व्यक्तिगत व वित्तीय जानकारी को सुरक्षित रखें।

Jaipur, @MaruSangram. If you are looking for a golden opportunity to do part-time job or extra income by giving ‘likes’ and ‘ratings’ on online social media platforms, then be careful. The Cyber Crime Branch of Rajasthan Police has issued a serious warning against a new and organized cyber fraud, in which common people are suffering huge financial losses.
SP Cyber Crime Shantanu Kumar said that cyber criminals are constantly changing their modus operandi and now they are luring people with attractive payments in exchange for giving ‘likes’ and ‘ratings’ on business websites. This fraud is done in a very planned manner.
Initially, cyber criminals contact people through calls or social media and ask them to give ‘likes’ or ‘ratings’ to certain websites or posts.
They pay a small amount of money immediately for the initial task, which makes it easy to win the trust of the victims. Once the victim starts believing that this is a real opportunity, the criminals ask them for personal details like their UPI ID, phone number and add them to social media groups where other associates of the cyber criminals are also present. In these groups, the associates of the criminal constantly share fake screenshots of huge earnings from ‘likes’ and ‘ratings’, which tempts others to earn more money.
As soon as the victims complete their tasks of ‘likes’ and ‘ratings’ and claim the wages, the criminals start demanding huge amounts of money from them in the name of commission or taxes. They make the victims believe that a huge amount is being accumulated and these charges are necessary to withdraw it.
People trapped in greed keep paying money continuously, but they never get back their original earnings or the money given. In this process, they not only lose their hard-earned money, but their confidential information also falls into the hands of cyber criminals, which can be misused.
Rajasthan Police’s advice:
∆ One does not get money for ‘rating’ or ‘liking’ on online platforms. Avoid any such temptation.
∆ Do not blindly trust the screenshots of earnings being shown in online groups. These are often fake proofs put up by associates of fraudsters.
∆ If you fall victim to any such incident, take immediate action. Report it to cyber helpline number 1930, cyber crime reporting portal https://cybercrime.gov.in or your nearest police station/cyber police station.
SP Shantanu Kumar said that remember awareness and caution are the biggest weapons to prevent cyber crime.
Avoid tempting offers from any unknown or unreliable sources and keep your personal and financial information safe.
